I've always enjoyed shopping at Hallmark stores, but a recent experience left me feeling frustrated. On January 15th, I visited a local Hallmark store to exchange duplicate t-shirts I had received for Christmas. Due to low stock, I was issued a gift card instead. About two months ago, I found a t-shirt I liked on sale for 20% off and attempted to purchase it using the gift card. Unfortunately, the card was deemed invalid, requiring the sales associate to contact Hallmark for assistance. After numerous attempts to resolve the issue, I was informed that a replacement gift card would be issued, potentially taking a couple of months. Despite my efforts to reach Hallmark by phone, I never connected with anyone. Today, May 29th, I received a letter from Hallmark indicating a 0 balance and an invalid card, advising me to contact the issuing store. Following the store's instructions, I spoke with the manager and will be receiving a store credit. Although the store staff has been kind, I am greatly disappointed in Hallmark's lack of resolution and communication. I will be sharing my experience with others. - S. H.

I encountered issues trying to watch shows on your platform. I attempted to watch "Chesapeake Shores," but upon selecting it, the screen froze on an image of a lady with her eyes closed. Additionally, I tried to watch a movie; one was locked, and the other played briefly before shutting off. This occurred during my 7-day free trial. I mistakenly reached out to a different customer service entity (pissed off customer) instead of Hallmark and received unhelpful responses prompting me to share on social media, which I declined. As a long-time Gold Card member, I visited the store in Conroe, Texas, to make a return today. Last week, I had purchased a significant amount of items for donation, but realizing I had overbought, I attempted to return some today. Despite having my receipts, I was informed that I could not receive credit for seasonal items. This policy was not explained to me during my initial purchase, where I even assisted the new cashier with the transactions. The refusal to provide credit led to a negative encounter with the clerk, who was rude, and another staff member who joined in, escalating the situation. The suggestion to donate the items instead was not well received. This unpleasant experience has left me feeling upset, and I am reluctant to return to the store in the future, despite being a regular customer.

I would like to discuss two of the best Hallmark Romantic Movies: 1. "Christmas at Graceland" 2. "Wedding at Graceland" I have already purchased "Christmas at Graceland" and now I am interested in buying "Wedding at Graceland." I adore both movies, but "Wedding at Graceland" has captured my heart! The wedding date in the movie, June 1st, is also my wedding anniversary! I have been a fan of Kellie Pickler since her time on American Idol, and Wes Brown, especially in Hallmark films, is my favorite. The chemistry between them is outstanding! Wes Brown's performance makes me feel young at heart, happy, and full of love. I have watched "Wedding at Graceland" more than 50 times since June 1st! I am eagerly looking forward to purchasing my own copies of "Wedding at Graceland." Hallmark Romantic Love Stories, thank you for creating these movies! The performances of all actors, especially Sally, Ted, Mr. Franklin, Claire Elizabeth Green, and the lovely parents, were delightful. Kellie and Clay sing beautifully together! I have been attempting to get in touch regarding my Hallmark Card Studio software, but have been unable to speak with a live representative. I own multiple Studio packages and have always enjoyed using them, however, the last two versions have been causing issues with printing traditional size cards. While my [redacted] version works well, the [redacted] and [redacted] versions are problematic. I am unable to create cards of the desired size. Additionally, I face challenges with saving the cards I make to track what I have sent. Even recommending the software to my daughter led to her experiencing the same printing difficulties. I am frustrated with Hallmark's lack of customer service support during this time.

I have been a loyal Hallmark customer for over 42 years. However, after a recent experience at the Paper Store on Hamburg Turnpike in Wayne, NJ, I am disappointed and will not be returning to Hallmark stores. I had a flier for a free holiday gift bag, which I have received in previous years without any issues. Yet, when I tried to redeem it this time, the manager insisted that I had to reserve a holiday ornament to qualify for the bag. I offered to purchase an ornament on the spot since I was unaware of this requirement, but I was informed that I had to pre-order the ornament and could not buy it that day, therefore disqualifying me from receiving the gift bag. This new prerequisite was not communicated in the past, and it left me feeling frustrated and unappreciated as a long-time customer.

Upon checking my recent orders, I noticed that two ornaments arrived damaged: the CHEERLEADING BOW ORNAMENT and the LETTERS TO SANTA MAILBOX ORNAMENT. I kindly request replacements for these items. Additionally, I have come across the GRADUATION CP AND DIPLOMA [redacted] ornament that I do not require and would like to return. As I intend to make more ornament purchases in the future, I am interested in receiving a credit for the returned GRADUATION ornament to apply to my next order. Our family is getting together for Thanksgiving, and we plan to take a photo wearing our "Hallmark Watching" shirts from a Hallmark store with Santa. We wish to include a banner that reads "This is our Hallmark Moment." The banner store requires your approval to use your name on the banner. In the past few years, I've been gifting my 3 nieces with Hallmark ornaments at Christmas. Recently, they lost everything in a house fire on October 21st. While ornaments are not a priority in this situation, I'm trying to replace little mementos that hold memories for them. I'm hoping to find out if Hallmark still carries ornaments from previous years and if there's a possibility of obtaining them at a discounted rate to help rebuild the series for my nieces. It would mean a lot to me to assist them in decorating for Christmas during this challenging time as they are temporarily in a friend's basement until their home is restored. I purchased Hallmark Card Studio Deluxe believing it was the new version for [redacted] as indicated on the card. I ended up receiving two copies of this software, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the [redacted] version. Now I have two [redacted] Card Studio Deluxe versions on my computer, which is not what I expected. Getting a third card with the same offer is turning my holiday season into a Hallmark nightmare. I kindly ask not to receive any more misleading advertisements.

I will no longer watch your channel since you decided to air same-sex ads. I believed you were a family-friendly channel for all ages, but this choice does not align with my beliefs. I cannot allow my children or wife to watch anymore. Your decision goes against Christian values and contradicts biblical teachings. Goodbye.

I have decided to stop watching the Hallmark channels due to the recent airing of a commercial featuring a same-sex couple. I used to enjoy your channels the most, but I feel that promoting traditional family values is important. Marriage, as defined in the Bible, is between a man and a woman. I will uphold these beliefs until the return of Jesus.

I appreciate that you initially chose not to air the gay wedding commercials on the "Hallmark Channel." I wanted to email you my support but couldn't find your contact information on the website. I am disheartened to hear that you have now decided to give in to the pressure from the LGTB community. Your original decision not to show the gay wedding was the right one. Please reconsider your stance. The Hallmark Channel should be a comforting and inclusive place for all viewers. It has always been my favorite channel to watch, but now I have some doubts. 😥

I watch Hallmark Christmas movies every day, and I'm certain I've seen every single one. I have decided to stop watching the channel because of your decision to give in to Hollywood pressure and cater to a specific group. This is a significant error on your part. My loved ones and I are deeply disappointed by Hallmark's stance. It's a truly upsetting day! I'll now resort to watching my collection of old Christmas CDs instead.

I recently came across a promotion featuring two women getting married and kissing on the Hallmark channel. I kindly request for this content to be removed permanently. As a fan of Christmas movies, Hallmark used to be a network where I felt my belief in traditional marriage was respected. I am disappointed to see the promotion of homosexuality on your channel. Consequently, I, along with many others, will no longer be tuning in to Hallmark or maintaining my subscription.

Our family has decided to stop watching any Hallmark channels and movies due to a disagreement with their recent content. We believe in traditional morals that align with societal norms regarding marriage between a husband and wife. We respect everyone's choices but do not agree with the promotion of alternative lifestyles. Several families, including ours, share this view and intend to influence others. Additionally, we are considering a campaign to reach out to Hallmark sponsors to voice our concerns.

I have always valued having the Hallmark Channel despite the higher cost, as they offer wholesome movies suitable for my entire family. I have recently discovered that there are plans to include same-sex couples in commercials and potentially in movies, a direction I find objectionable and not in line with family values. This goes against my beliefs according to God's law and the Bible. I have always appreciated the family-friendly content from Larry Levinson, but if this change indeed happens, I will have to discontinue my Hallmark Channel subscription. I am disappointed by Hallmark's recent decision to support same-sex marriages. I feel that this lifestyle is being imposed on me, contradicting Hallmark's wholesome image. I have chosen to boycott all Hallmark products to uphold my values. Although my boycott may not impact the company, it allows me to defend my beliefs and protect my family. My family and our friends have decided to stop watching the Hallmark Channel. We are against the channel's support of the LGBT agenda. It seems like they have prioritized political and financial motives over the moral values that used to be the foundation of their programming. This decision has led us to exclude their programming from our homes.

I want to make it known that my family and I are not in favor of same-sex kissing in commercials or program content. Corporate removed the offending commercial but is now thinking about showing it again. It seems like the financial aspect is more important to them than customer opinions. Everyone has the right to air what they want, but we also have the right to avoid watching these ads and programs and to show our disapproval by not supporting anything Hallmark. I hope our message is understood clearly.
