I reached out to HP UK regarding cartridge issues with a printer under warranty. I spoke with Mr Ahmed Taieb Gasri from HP Customer Care about correcting my address and mobile number. Despite his assurance that UPS would contact me before delivery, I had doubts. When the UPS driver arrived, it was indeed for the wrong flat. The package indicates a refurbished machine instead of a new one as expected, and I have not opened it. I need HP to arrange for the item's retrieval as I plan to purchase a new printer locally instead.

I recently bought a laptop from QVC with Smart Friend service included. Despite being a loyal customer for 15 years and having owned HP computers and printers, my experience with Smart Friend has been disappointing. After multiple calls, the service has been subpar - struggling with accents, being abruptly disconnected with no callbacks, and incorrect notes claiming they couldn't reach me. Frustrated with their incompetence, I've decided to return the laptop and will no longer use Smart Friend. I hope this issue is addressed, as other reviews echo my sentiments.

I recently got a voicemail from HP support mentioning an incorrect serial number. They said the serial number WGOGHJCGC15SQ0 provided on the charger is not valid. I've tested this charger on several devices, but it still won't charge any of them. Despite the voicemail mentioning an email, I have not received one. I'm open to discussing this matter further with a representative.

After installing an update, when starting up my HP [redacted] Pavilion laptop, I encountered the Blue Screen of Death. Despite trying various Advanced Options, I am stuck in a loop and unable to resolve the issue. Both a local repair shop and the Geek Squad mentioned needing the BitLocker Key, which I do not possess. Microsoft confirmed they do not have it either. The laptop is less than four months old and still under warranty. I am seeking either a $[redacted] refund or a replacement laptop to be sent to me.

My all-in-one computer stopped functioning after I inserted a memory card into the slot. I was given case number [redacted] and informed that the repair would cost $[redacted].94. The card manufacturer is requesting a repair cost or diagnostic quotation from HP on their letterhead to authorize the repair. I inquired if an email confirmation from HP would be acceptable but have not received a response. I am reaching out here to see if HP can provide me with the necessary documentation as requested by the card company.

My HP printer MFP M479fdw has never been used to receive an incoming fax. Recently, I requested a company to fax me a document to the same telephone number shared with my landline. When the call came in, I heard fax tones but did not receive the fax. I checked for the driver on my PC but couldn’t find one, so I downloaded and installed it from HP Support. The fax was re-sent, but I still couldn't receive it. Now, whenever we receive a telephone call, the printer starts beeping with fax tones.
I have set up the printer/fax to respond after two rings, while the answering function on the phone is set to answer after four rings.
Can someone help me set up the fax properly for both incoming and outgoing faxes? Also, is there a way to test the setup to see if there are any changes made to my system?

Since the Windows 11 upgrade, my Laserjet Pro MFP M28w printer hasn't been working. Even though it's on the list of compatible printers, I've been unable to install and print. I spent two hours chatting with Microsoft support, and they mentioned that the printer requires a "compatible" driver that is not listed. It's frustrating as I was told by HP to contact Microsoft, and Microsoft advised me to reach out to HP. In the meantime, I'm running a small business and have to go to the library to print at 5 cents a copy after recently purchasing a new HP desktop and printer. This situation is making me incredibly frustrated and angry, and I can't even print the documents needed to resolve this issue!

I own an HP OfficeJet Pro [redacted] series printer. Recently, I contacted HP to opt-out of the Instant Ink program, which I never used or purchased. Following this, my printer stopped working, prompting me to complete the setup. Despite following the online instructions to create an account and set up the printer again, I suspect that I have inadvertently re-enrolled in the Instant Ink program. Currently, my printer remains non-functional as it keeps requesting me to complete the setup process.

I made a purchase from HP on June 6 with Order # H[redacted]44 and got a notification that it was shipped. However, the package never arrived. After tracking it, I found out that FEDEX sent it back to the shipper, claiming it was refused. I was home and FEDEX did not attempt delivery. I recently purchased a new computer with Windows 11 and set it up. When I tried to print medical records using my HP Desk Jet [redacted] All-In-One printer, I encountered an error message saying it had no driver. Although my printer name shows up in the list of print options, I am unable to select it, as an error message appears next to it. I need assistance with resolving a persistent issue with my HP ENVY [redacted] printer. After clearing a paper jam, I received a message instructing me to "Close Tray" as if the paper tray was open. Despite removing and reinserting the tray multiple times, the message persists. I have attempted to reset the printer by unplugging it and waiting before plugging it back in, but the problem remains. I am having trouble updating my email address with HP as I have recently changed from yahoo.com to mail.com. I am unable to operate a mobile phone due to my age and lack of finger dexterity. I'm having trouble with my printer. It won't print and keeps showing as offline. Additionally, it's saying I can't use the ink cartridge because I'm not subscribed, even though I am an Instant Ink customer. It keeps trying to print a test page but fails to do so. I've been dealing with this issue for weeks now. Whenever I try to call HP support, the phone menu doesn't work properly and disconnects the call. Also, I haven't been receiving the text code from the website. My cell phone number is [redacted]. I've attempted to get the code three times already.

I am currently assisting a kind retired gentleman on a fixed income with maintaining his HP PC. However, I have encountered difficulties with accessing helpful information on the HP website. It seems that user credentials are not being recognized, and the digital self-help service information is hard to find. Despite my efforts to search for assistance using Google, the results were not relevant. This experience has led me to reconsider recommending HP products in the future due to these frustrating issues. I believe that HP may be in violation of Minnesota's "Right to Repair" law and I plan to reach out to the Attorney General's office for guidance. All I am looking for is a service manual, which should be easily accessible digitally. I have been a loyal promoter of HP products for over 40 years, especially their Business line, but their current practices are disappointing. It's disheartening to see a company prioritize planned obsolescence over customer loyalty.

I purchased 2 printers through Instant Ink 3 months ago. After numerous attempts at online support, it was concluded that one of them cannot be repaired. I was supposed to return it for a replacement, but I never received the new one. The second printer I received still doesn't function properly. Despite updating my account details, I am being billed for 2 printers, ink, and paper that I cannot use. I don't have the time to go through another hour-long conversation with a representative. The problem seems to be on your end, and I kindly request that you rectify it.

I bought an HP laptop for my son's schoolwork. I disabled S mode and installed Google Chrome since it's necessary for school. However, Chrome won't open after installation. I urgently need help because my son needs Chrome for his class sessions and assignments. This is the second laptop with the same problem. I am disappointed with this product right now.

I recently purchased a second-hand Envy [redacted] printer with serial number TH08D3F0HY. I signed up for a £1 trial of Instant Ink, which has been deducted from my bank account. However, the printer is not functioning because it keeps showing that my ink contract has ended. I am reporting an overcharge issue concerning Raymond S., a truck driver at Arkansas Best Freight System in Missouri. The overcharge from his income has been ongoing for 60 years. When they send the detailed sheet, it's usually evident. In the past, when there were overcharges on our taxes, they would send a letter through the computer stating they would refund it within 21 days. However, this time, there has been no refund. The sheet displaying the overcharges is dated back to [redacted], and the norm is to refund within 21 days as per the letter sent to my computer. I am unaware of the tax ID number and if there is one linked to TurboTax, as I have never come across it before.
