I purchased the Tax Pro review for assistance with claiming a qualified COVID relief withdrawal from my 401K. Unfortunately, the tax pro initially overlooked this information in the review. After sending last year's return, the pro incorporated the necessary form and adjusted figures. However, I identified an error in one of the entries on the form. Despite messaging him three times, it took multiple attempts to get a response regarding the issue. Even after the pro claimed to have corrected it, upon checking the forms, the error persisted. After additional messages, he modified the figures, suggesting that a colleague reviewed it as well. Despite explaining the correct figures, the entries remain wrong. I believe a refund for the Tax Pro review is warranted due to the ongoing errors and lack of competence in handling the matter.

I have been using the HR Block online app on Chrome for several years without any issues. However, this year I encountered a problem with the data pulled into my [redacted] return regarding my rental property purchased in [redacted]. After spending 6 hours on the phone over multiple days, I learned that this is a known issue and I have to handle the depreciation on my own. Due to this error, I also lost my early file discount. I believe HR Block should provide me with a no-charge return to compensate for their mistake before I file. I hope someone can help restore my faith in HR Block so I won't have to seek another solution next year.

I am using the [redacted] Deluxe with State program. I have encountered several crashes while entering my federal information. To manage this, I saved my data often and restarted the program multiple times until all the information was entered. Currently, I am facing difficulties downloading the California program as it keeps crashing. I attempted to resolve the issue by restarting my computer, but it did not improve the situation. I completed my federal and Indiana state taxes online with H&R Block, submitting both returns for refunds in early February. Recently, when I checked my Indiana return on the H&R Block site, I found that I now owe Indiana $[redacted]. The change appeared in Schedule 2: Deductions, specifically regarding a "Civil Service Annuity Deduction" on line 11a. I received helpful assistance on the support chat this morning regarding finding activation codes for three additional states in my re-installed [redacted] deluxe software. However, I'm faced with the options of adding a new state and incurring a charge, or reinstalling an already installed state when I have already paid for the additional states in [redacted]. The support chat this morning re-sent me confirmation emails with the necessary codes for these states. Despite this, there seems to be no way to avoid the credit card charge when adding the states.
Later in the afternoon, I chatted with Daniel T from support who then transferred me to Tier 2 - Nancy S. Unfortunately, after waiting for 15 minutes without a response, I was abruptly cut off. When I reconnected, I found myself as the 47th person in line with an estimated 31-minute wait. This experience felt disrespectful.

I have been a loyal customer for many years. Recently, I moved into my 5th-wheel after selling my house and faced some challenges with printing my IRS forms due to my printer being disconnected. I contacted the El Cajon, CA office to request assistance with printing the forms, but was informed that H&R Block does not print blank forms for customers. Despite my disappointment with this policy, I would like to provide feedback in hopes that the company considers changing it. As a result, I will no longer be using H&R Block for my tax filings in Idaho or recommending their services to others. I am requesting urgent assistance from a manager. I am facing challenges filing my taxes and the support I have received so far has been lacking. I have reached a point of great frustration. I specifically require a call back from a manager or director.
I have already completed payment for the services. This situation has been incredibly frustrating, and this may influence my decision to use H&R Block in the future. I have been attempting to file my taxes since February and requesting a tax advisor since 3/24/[redacted]. All fees have been settled, and I expect no additional charges on the website, other than the state fee. My experience has been filled with errors and inconsistencies, leaving me extremely upset. With the tax deadline approaching, I still lack the necessary assistance despite my efforts since the 24th. I reiterate, I have paid all fees except for the state fee and will not entertain any further charges. H&R Block's actions are jeopardizing my ability to meet the filing deadline, and this is unacceptable.

I need to schedule an appointment with the H&R Block tax professional we saw last year. Our appointment was at 8:00 PM tonight, but after arriving at 7:45 PM, we left at 8:30 PM without being seen. I have been a loyal client of H&R Block for 39 years, and have never experienced such poor service in the past three years at the Midland/Odessa Texas locations. Yesterday, I entered my credit card details for my NJ State tax refund through Chase. The payment is currently pending until NJ processes my return. However, when attempting to e-file my state return today, the software is prompting me for another credit card number. I'm concerned about being double-charged. Should I use a different credit card or would it be better to print the return and mail it to prevent any confusion?

I am having trouble importing returns from HR Block Business [redacted] into HR Block Business [redacted]. An error message appears stating the prior year software is in use and I need to close the program, despite closing down the computer. This issue occurs in HR Block [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]. I cannot access the returns prepared. After waiting on hold for hours, I reached someone who transferred me to software support, but the call was disconnected after a brief conversation.

Last night, I sought customer support, and I interacted with Jhonkennth R, who seemed to misunderstand my concerns. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, he mentioned none was available. I expressed my intention to report his behavior. I found his assistance inadequate and unprofessional, leading me to consider seeking help from another company next year. Regarding my tax filing, though I haven't submitted it yet, I encountered an issue with the account details for my federal refund. Initially, I entered an account under my married name but then attempted to switch to the Spruce card. When I reviewed the details, the Spruce card information was missing. I'm unsure which account is set up to receive the federal refund. I urge for improved training for Jhonkennth R or to be connected with someone who can assist promptly.
