I've been trying to get in touch with support regarding Adsense, but have had no luck. I spoke with two representatives who redirected me to Adsense. I find it disappointing that such a well-known platform doesn't have a direct email contact. I signed up for Adsense, and it works well for my blog. However, in WordPress, I am struggling to add the codes as I can't find the header or footer plugin. It's frustrating when customer issues are not addressed properly. I feel let down because basic help is not provided. I don't use my phone much, as I am handicapped and mostly bedridden. It's challenging for me to keep charging my phone. I prefer online communication as I am always working. Despite reaching out multiple times, I keep getting redirected back to Adsense or asked to contact the domain service provider.

Hi Go Daddy, I believe the domain name bargfroshboy.com is no longer registered with you but with Weebly. When I checked my Go Daddy account, I couldn't find an option to renew any domains. Can you please confirm this for me? Thank you, Nawal

Subject: Refund Request for Coldcasefiles.co.uk Dear Sirs, I am following up on my discussion with Krum yesterday regarding a refund for my account with the number [redacted]9. After carefully following your online instructions, I deleted my domain name, coldcasefiles.co.uk, to facilitate the refund process. I promptly contacted your after-sales department to initiate the refund procedure. However, I was informed that Nominet does not provide refunds for UK Domains on auto-renew. Nevertheless, I made the initial payment through Paypal to your company, making it your responsibility to process the refund. I would like to draw your attention to 'The UK Consumer Protection Regulations,' which allow for a cooling-off period of 14 days for all services and goods. Therefore, I kindly request that you expedite the refund for the renewal payment without any further delay. Should there be a need for additional grievances, I will escalate the matter to ICANN and transfer all my other domain names to a different registrar. Best regards, J. Barnes

Hello, I recently came back from the hospital after receiving cancer treatment and was unable to tend to my website, greenwerx.com.au, hosted by GoDaddy. To my surprise, I found out that my site had been deleted. Despite setting it for automatic renewal, it had expired, and I was informed it would cost $[redacted] to retrieve it. I am disappointed as I did not receive any warning before deletion and the process of setting up the site, though small, was challenging for me as I am not tech-savvy. Due to my health situation, I hadn't been checking emails regularly and missed any notifications. I would appreciate a prompt response from GoDaddy. Thank you, Mark G.

I am growing increasingly frustrated with GoDaddy for various reasons. Here are a few examples: - It's concerning that GoDaddy does not allow me to remove a payment method without adding a new one, which seems suspicious, especially since other companies offer this option. - Despite the high fees I pay GoDaddy, they do not inform me about better solutions they offer nor other providers that could be more suitable for me. - Each time I log in, my account appears in different languages, despite my attempts to change it or switch browsers. - Recently, I have been receiving emails in various languages, and I am worried about missing important information. - Contacting customer support has become a frustrating process, even after dealing with web providers over the past ten years. These are just a few of the issues contributing to my growing dissatisfaction with GoDaddy.

I am writing as the current Executive Director of a homeless shelter in Wenatchee, Washington known as Hospitality Ministries. Approximately 2 years ago, a former employee of August-Edge, an accounting firm in the area, assisted in transitioning our organization's website to Go Daddy. Our webpage was changed from hhmwen.org to hospitalityministries.org during this process. Unfortunately, the employee who made these changes has since left the accounting firm under unfavorable circumstances and I am no longer able to contact them. As a result, we lack the necessary access codes or passwords to make any updates to our website. I am reaching out to inquire if there is a way for Go Daddy to provide me or Hospitality Ministries with the access information needed to manage our hospitalityministries.org webpage. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated as we are eager to update and modify our website. You can reach me, Paul Hughes, at my cell phone number: [redacted], or at my work phone number: [redacted]. My work email is [redacted] Our general organization contact email, which is still functional, is [redacted] Additionally, the former employee who may have initially set up the hhmwen.org webpage is Irene Bazan, who currently resides in California and did not leave any passwords with us when she departed. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can offer, especially considering it is Friday evening. Feel free to respond directly to my cell phone, or alternatively, you can reach me via my work email or the [redacted] email, and I will see the response on Monday.

I am using Wordfence on my website and received the following notification: "Your DNS records have been altered Type: DNS Change Issue Identified: 5th March [redacted] 7:15 am High Details Old DNS Records: tsmcounselling.com points to [redacted].[redacted].[redacted].16 New DNS Records: tsmcounselling.com points to [redacted].[redacted].[redacted].[redacted] Details: We have observed a modification in the A records of your DNS configuration for tsmcounselling.com. An A record is a DNS entry that links a domain name to an IP address. Changes in your DNS records may be an indication of unauthorized access to your DNS system, redirecting your email or website to a malicious server. It could also mean that your domain has expired. If you made this change, you can mark it 'resolved' and disregard it." I have checked my GoDaddy account, and it displays the IP address [redacted].[redacted].[redacted].[redacted]. Can someone verify if this is correct and dismiss any concerns mentioned by Wordfence? Thank you.

I recently noticed a charge on my account even though I had canceled the auto-renewal. I contacted customer service, and they mentioned they would issue a full refund, but I only received a refund for the taxes. I have shared all the email confirmations of my cancellation and have been waiting for three weeks without any resolution. I submitted a complaint detailing the situation and was supposed to receive a call from a manager within 72 hours, but it has been two weeks now, and there has been no follow-up. It is frustrating that my concerns have not been taken seriously, and despite assurances that someone will contact me, I have not heard back. Considering the lack of a proper complaints department or customer relations for a company of this size, I am disappointed with the level of service. I expect the full refund as initially promised. I have informed my family and friends about this experience and also reached out to them on Twitter without receiving a response.

I called today and believed I formally lodged a complaint with the advisor, Miah. She was polite but not very helpful, seeming more interested in talking than listening to my concerns as a customer. She suggested emailing my complaint, which I found frustrating since she could have mentioned that from the start. When I requested to speak with a senior staff member, I was connected to a Supervisor named Matt, who had a dismissive and brusque attitude. He denied my request for call transcripts twice. I would appreciate if you could review the calls and include any missed details in the complaint. Additionally, please provide details for your legal department as I was advised by Matt to subpoena the call transcripts and in regard to the email mentioned. Thank you, Adrian McKenzie.

I recently received an alarming email claiming that my email account has been compromised and demanding a bitcoin payment. The email is in image form, making it impossible to copy the text for analysis. I believe this is a scam targeting my GoDaddy email account. Can you please advise on the necessary steps to ensure the security of my email account? Thank you.

They provided details about the backup status and advised me to check my account for more information. If needed, I can contact their support team at [redacted] for assistance. The email included specifics such as the website and user affected.

Hello, I have been on the phone with GoDaddy's customer support for 2 hours, trying to resolve an issue with my account. They mentioned that Nominet is responsible for co.uk domains and that they have initiated a refund request with them on my behalf. I have two accounts with GoDaddy under different domain names. I updated my domain to gemmaroberts.co.uk when I changed my business name 3-4 years ago. I am being charged twice yearly for auto-renewal, which wasn't expected after I changed my domain. My current account number without the auto-renewal product is [redacted]32, and the old account number is [redacted]5. I am seeking a refund for the extra payment debited each year for the auto-renewal. The payment details can be found in my PayPal account. I prefer to continue with GoDaddy but will consider switching providers if not refunded for the double debits over the past 4 years. GoDaddy suggested contacting Nominet for the refund. I received an email from them explaining the renewal process. I hope to resolve this situation and receive a refund for the unnecessary auto-renewal charge. Thank you, Gemma R.

I have domains listed for sale with Sedo and they are not part of the SedoMLS Premium network. Sedo has requested me to forward the following email to my domain provider: Subject: Integration with SedoMLS Premium Hello, I currently have a significant domain portfolio with your company. This year, my goal is to maximize my domain sales earnings. To increase the exposure of my domain listings and facilitate instant transfer sales, I am interested in promoting my domains through the SedoMLS Premium program. It has come to my attention that your company is not yet integrated with SedoMLS Premium. I have learned that many registrars are partnering with Sedo for this service, and I would like to be able to list my portfolio in SedoMLS Premium through my account with your company. I encourage your Business Development team to reach out to Sedo's BizDev team at [redacted] to explore the benefits of this partnership and the steps required for implementation. Best regards,

I am writing to outline my frustrating experience with the website redesign service provided by GO DADDY. In December, I paid for the service with the expectation of a 10-day turnaround. However, after 6 weeks had passed, my project had not even started. Following this delay, despite my request for a refund, I was persuaded to give the project another chance. The subsequent designer assigned to me, Kaitlyn, assured me that the project would be expedited, with a proposed deadline of 7 days. Regrettably, after 14 days without any contact, I initiated a chargeback with my bank. It was at this point that Kaitlyn reached out to inform me that a design had been sent for my review, only to discover my business name was misspelled in the submission. This oversight was unacceptable after an 8-week delay. My patience exhausted, I declined further engagement with Kaitlyn and was later informed that my original website builder had been upgraded, necessitating additional payments. Despite numerous attempts to secure a refund, my efforts have been met with varying degrees of assistance. Recently, I interacted with Austin in the design team account management department, who pledged to escalate my case. However, I am still awaiting resolution. I seek a prompt refund of $2,[redacted].61, which was erroneously charged back to GO DADDY by my bank on February 6th. I urge a thorough review of my account notes to expedite the refund process and avoid prolonged and distressing interactions with multiple customer service representatives. Your timely attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I want to report an issue with my domain. Recently, it expired, and it was bought by a third party. They are asking for a large fee to give it back to me. I didn't receive any emails about the expiration as I should have according to GoDaddy's policy. This situation has caused me problems with my business and clients. I have proof that no notification emails were sent to me, and I would like you to investigate this matter. The domain in question is mjmupholstery.com.au. I also want to mention that the current owner does not have the ABN linked to this domain in Australia. Thank you, Michael.
