I set up my account with [redacted] with 2-step verification, but unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone that was linked to it. When I attempt to recover my account, I receive notifications indicating that I am already logged in and the recovery process is being cancelled. This prevents me from accessing my account or recovering it through the usual method. Additionally, the system is attempting to send verification codes to the same inaccessible phone, making it impossible for me to regain access to my account.

Hello,
Yesterday, I forgot my password, so I reset it. However, I couldn't log in due to the two-step verification needing 8 digital backup codes which I don't have. Google didn't send the verification code to my navy email [redacted] or to my phone [redacted]. Despite trying different ways, I got blocked for too many login attempts for 3-5 days. Also, my Galaxy Note 20 didn't show the Tap Yes notification, only regular texts like G-xxxxx.
I urgently need to access my email [redacted] If necessary, you can verify me over the phone at [redacted].

I am having trouble logging into my Gmail account because I lost my SIM card, and two-step authentication is enabled. I can remember my email address and password. Unfortunately, the SIM card company has a policy that once a SIM card is deactivated, the same number cannot be provided again. Despite contacting customer support multiple times, they are unable to reactivate my old number. All the OTPs are going to that number, and without it, I cannot access my Google account.
I created my Google account in the first quarter of [redacted] in London, UK. Unfortunately, I had a serious accident in August which resulted in me losing access to my Google account. The last device I used to log in was my laptop with an IP address in London and operating system Windows Standard [redacted] Edition. Sadly, I lost both the device and the SIM card associated with the account. I urgently need help to regain access to my account as it contains important personal data, including my bank account information. I am feeling very distressed about this situation and would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering my account. Thank you for your help.

On December 30, [redacted], I encountered an issue with accessing my Gmail account. When I attempted to sign in, I was informed that my password had been changed 13 hours earlier, though I had not made any changes. Upon opting to reset my password and entering the verification code sent via text, I encountered a prompt suggesting an alternative method of receiving a code via email, which was inaccessible to me due to my login issue. Unfortunately, no other options were presented for obtaining a verification code. This created a predicament as I could not access my email to receive the code. As a result, my account is currently locked, and I am seeking assistance from a technician to resolve this matter. Thank you for any support you can provide.

Please unlock my account so I can reset my password. Someone unknown may have gained access and changed my password because I received an error message stating the log-in was incorrect and that the password had been altered 13 hours prior. I attempted to follow the steps to reset the password, but Gmail did not accept the verification code I entered accurately. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, my account has been locked for approximately 15 hours. Upon trying to sign in again after 15 hours, I was prompted to change my password, but was then informed there were too many failed attempts and to try again in a few hours. I require assistance from a technician to proceed further. Your help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

After resetting my phone, I'm unable to access my Google account due to verification issues. Despite knowing my email and password, Google is prompting me to verify my identity by accessing settings on my phone, which I can't do without logging in first. The verification code is sent to the email I can't access without verification. This has left me in a loop with no way to verify my account. My Gmail account, [redacted], holds essential information, and I'm hoping for guidance on how to overcome this obstacle.

I lost my phone and also filed a complaint about it. Unfortunately, I can't access my Gmail account due to an error in my recovery settings. I mistakenly entered my account [redacted] as the secondary recovery email instead of another one, and now I can't receive the OTP needed to access my account. I've tried various avenues without success. Please help me regain access to my Gmail so I can retrieve important documents and cherished family memories. Kindly assist me in resolving this issue promptly.
Thank you,

Hello and Happy New Year,
Several years ago, I set up a Gmail account as a backup but didn't use it much. Now, I want to access it, but the password I have written down isn't working. When I try to reset it, it only gives me the option to receive a code on my old U.S. phone, which I no longer have. I'd prefer to get the code sent to my Yahoo email address. I made the Gmail account on an old Acer computer, so my current Lenovo laptop isn't recognized. I would appreciate your help in recovering my Gmail account.
Thank you,
Carol L.
In the U.S., I also go by Kiwaku
Please respond to my Yahoo account.

I have been hacked and locked out of my accounts that I have had for 13 years. I had to create a new account to access Google. Upon checking my phone, I discovered unauthorized activities on my account, including credit and merchandise purchases in my and my 6-year-old daughter's name. They even set up a fake business named Debbie's Creative Child Care Centre Inc. in Brooklyn. Additionally, I noticed there are two identical phones on my account, one of which is a clone that I cannot remove. The hackers are also applying for social security cards and benefits in our names. I have tried making complaints and reports, but no one is taking this seriously. They have removed parental controls from my phone. This situation has been a nightmare. I urgently need assistance. My name is Debbie Salmons, and my email is [redacted] This is a desperate situation, and I hope to receive help promptly.

Hello,
I have encountered an issue with my Google account. After being abroad for several years, I returned to France and attempted to log in to my Google mail account. Unfortunately, I am unable to access it as it is linked to my old phone number which is no longer active. Despite remembering my ID and password, the two-factor identification process does not recognize my new device. I am stuck in a loop where I am prompted to verify my account through my old phone number that is no longer in use.
I urgently need to retrieve some important emails from my account and I have tried all possible solutions without success. Please assist me in regaining access to my account. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I'm Ethan P. I'm concerned that my Gmail account has been compromised as I can't access it and don't recognize the phone number linked to it during verification. Google's Find My Email tool also couldn't locate my account. It seems like my account info has been altered to lock me out. I'm unable to sign in on my phone or computer, which Google doesn't recognize. Unfortunately, my phone is broken, but you can reach me via my alternative email, [redacted] Feel free to message me there or call me at [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance.

My Gmail account was hacked on October 3, [redacted]. The hacked email is [redacted] I have already reported this to cybercrime. Google doesn't have a specific option for hacked email addresses and there is no contact for this issue. I have been trying all the recovery options provided by Google, but none of them are working because the hacker changed both my recovery email and mobile number. The last device I used to access my Gmail was my Redmi Note 8 Pro. This email is very important to me, so I really need help to recover it.

About a month ago, I accepted an offer to sell my Valorant Account and shared full Gmail access with the buyer. Despite changing the password to protect my personal information, we both got locked out of the account shortly after. I tried to recover the account but encountered issues as Google was unable to confirm my ownership even though I provided the correct passwords. My friend didn't change the password either, so I'm puzzled by why Google does not recognize me, considering the consistent devices and IP address used to access the account. I am eager to hear any insights on this situation.

I've forgotten the password for my Gmail account (justlooken18). When I try to recover it, it only asks for the last password I remember. I have other accounts with similar names but with a slight change in digits, and most are linked except for this one. I'm trying to access this account because it is linked to my bandlab where I make music, and I can't sign in there either since I've forgotten that password too.

I recently activated 2-step verification for my Gmail account [redacted] and used my mobile number [redacted] as part of the process. However, as I also used my own Gmail as the recovery email, I can no longer access the recovery emails. Now, when I try to log in on my phone, the mobile OTP is sent successfully, but the recovery OTP is sent to the Gmail address I can't access. I am seeking help to recover my account and would deeply appreciate any assistance you can provide. I am willing to provide any necessary legal documents. Please share a link that allows me to reset my password using only my mobile number for OTP verification.

Hello, my name is Mary A., and I am reaching out for assistance. Unfortunately, I lost access to my Gmail account after my phone was stolen while I was undergoing chemotherapy treatment in the hospital. Despite numerous attempts at account recovery, the individual who stole my phone changed my passwords, made unauthorized purchases, and stole money from my bank account. My Gmail is essential for communicating with my doctors, oncologist, lawyer, and financial institution, especially as I battle stage 3 lung cancer with less than a year to live. I am currently undergoing my second round of chemotherapy and feeling weak and ill. I am desperate to regain access to my account for important communications and cherished memories of my children. My email address is [redacted], and my current contact email is [redacted] Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently discovered why many of my contacts, associates, and vendors were unable to send emails to my Gmail account. It appears that they were being blocked by a reputation-based filtering system. These emails were not even going to my spam folder, simply being blocked altogether. After investigating, I found out that the reputation scam engine was the culprit.
I have managed to get some of them to forward me the rejection messages from their mail servers, indicating that their emails were stopped due to "reputation" issues. I find these reputation scam engines incredibly frustrating and disruptive.
I have been experimenting with setting up filters for my other domains to see if I can avoid triggering the scam engines. However, I am still not receiving emails even after conducting tests.
I am seeking guidance on how to configure my Gmail account to receive emails from all senders unless I explicitly block them or set up a whitelist. I strongly disagree with the current reputation system and automated blocking of emails without my consent.
I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring that I can receive emails from my friends promptly.
Best regards,
R.H.

I have several Gmail accounts for my different businesses. My main inbox is [redacted], while I have an mx server directing emails from @wanderluststaffing.com to my Gmail. I use the wanderluststaffing.com email alias to send and receive domain-specific emails. Twice now, clients have replied to emails sent to them from [redacted], but their responses went to my [redacted] account. I find this concerning because these accounts are not linked in any way. Although I received the emails in the alternative account, it was unsettling. The emails lacked the previous thread history. I verified that the emails were indeed sent from the wanderlust account. This issue has happened twice from the Gmail desktop version. I am unsure why this is occurring and would appreciate any insight on how to prevent this in the future.
Thank you,
Jimi
