I am experiencing issues with accessing the internet or making calls through cellular data when I am away from a Wi-Fi network. I have followed the tutorial for my iPhone as instructed, but I am still unable to use the cellular function. I have submitted multiple support tickets over the past 12 days without any response to address this issue. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you. - RP

I am an 85-year-old senior on a tight budget and need to cut costs on my cell phone and internet bills. My cell phone is used sparingly, mainly for emergencies in the car, totaling around [redacted]-[redacted] minutes a year. Regarding the internet, my primary activities are playing card games, sending emails, and possibly exploring streaming services, which would require about 20 Mbps speed. I've heard about FreedomPop Hotspot and believe it could meet my needs, but I need guidance due to my limited tech knowledge. I am seeking advice on what services and costs would best suit my requirements from FreedomPop. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Thomas W. R. [redacted] [redacted]

When attempting to make calls with FreedomPop, although the screen shows the call going through, there is no ringing sound audible despite having the volume turned up. Eventually, the call fails and a window displays an error message instructing to check the dialed number for mistakes. The only option available is to click "OK." I am testing my phone service by calling valid numbers from the same room. However, there is no indication of the call on the receiving end. I have subscriptions to FreedomPop MMS and Group Messaging at $1.67 per month and Premium LTE 1GB Unlimited at $5.99 per month. Despite not using minutes or texts for months, this issue persists. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, -Rachael

FreedomPop will be discontinuing its free UK Essentials plan on July 29th. I wish to transfer my husband's phone to another provider while keeping his memorable number. To request a PAC code, the standard industry practice is to text PAC to [redacted] from the phone. Despite trying this three times, I have not received any response. Unfortunately, there is no phone contact for FreedomPop UK, and the Customer Service number only provides a recorded message. Additionally, I am unable to email as it requires logging in, which needs a password reset. The link sent to my email is ineffective, and codes sent to the phone do not come through. Could someone from FreedomPop.com assist me in obtaining a PAC code from FreedomPop UK?

After performing a recent Windows update on my PC, the wifi connection on my phone, which is tethered to the PC, stopped working properly with FreedomPop. Despite reinstalling the FreedomPop app and Messenger, I am still encountering issues. An error message keeps appearing on my Samsung Galaxy S7, indicating a problem communicating with the server. Although the website functions correctly when accessed from my PC, my phone continues to present the same error. My phone number linked to FreedomPop is [redacted].
