I noticed a charge of $39.98 on my bank account from FPop Mobile with an [redacted] phone number. I recently used this bank account for the first time today and am unfamiliar with this company. When I called the number provided, a recording directed me to their website and disconnected the call. Upon visiting the website, I encountered difficulties reaching out for assistance as it required a login. Not being able to access an account for a company I don't recognize has been frustrating. I have spent an hour trying to resolve this. This unauthorized charge has left me extremely upset, especially since I cannot speak to anyone about it. This matter needs to be addressed promptly. If not resolved today, I will have to involve my bank's fraud department to investigate further.

I am reaching out for assistance with my FreedomPop account. Currently, my account indicates that [redacted] is my phone number. I have requested to port this number to TING Mobile, but TING states that it shows as disconnected with OnVoy Telecommunications. I believe OnVoy holds my number. FreedomPop, could you please retrieve my number from OnVoy Telecommunications to facilitate the port to TING Mobile? Please contact me at [redacted] Your prompt attention is appreciated as I have encountered delays. Thank you. - David C. Bryant

I purchased a SIM card from FreedomPop for my mobile phone. I didn't receive any instructions, so I never used their service. I swapped their SIM card with my Tracfone card. I proceeded to cancel the service, but now my phone displays an error message from FreedomPop that I can't remove, rendering my phone unusable. I have attempted to contact the company using several phone numbers, but have been unable to speak with anyone. Despite emailing all listed contacts on the FreedomPop website, each response simply states "CANCELLED." I urgently require my phone to work and seek guidance on resolving this issue as the company has been uncooperative. Thank you.

I have been billed for the last 2 months for a service that my iPad was not using on their network. Initially, my iPad did not even have the SIM card inserted. Upon finally putting the SIM in, I still did not receive any service. The lack of communication from FreedomPop has been frustrating. I only discovered how to delete my account through a YouTube video. I have been charged $46.96 for services I have not been able to use. I demand a refund and will report them for fraudulent charges if necessary. Looking at my data usage, it shows I have used zero data. My account number is [redacted], and I am Stacey Merrill. I have not been able to remove my billing information from my account, which is concerning. If I am billed again, it will only add to my frustration with this situation.

My phone service with FreedomPop was cut off, claiming I exceeded my 5GB data limit before my next billing cycle. Despite having 2.68GB of rollover data and a $[redacted] credit, which were not considered. I've tried contacting them for three weeks without success. The billing records initially showed the credit but now don't reflect it, though I have email proof and screenshots. I've paid for six months of service without receiving it and seek a refund from FreedomPop as I can't reach a service rep for resolution. It's frustrating dealing with this company's policies.

I am having trouble activating my phone for the FreedomPop FREE Monthly Plan. I have inserted the sim card with the iccid number [redacted][redacted] into my Android device, but I am not able to set it up. I do not have a phone number on my phone and I need assistance in obtaining one and setting up the service. Your help with this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Doug.

I want to report unauthorized activity on my phone account linked to email [redacted] and phone number [redacted]. No legitimate transactions were made on my phone; it was a mistake by underage individuals playing with the phone. They activated an account that now has open access to my PayPal. This needs to be resolved immediately, and the charges refunded to my PayPal account. I am shocked that an account could be opened without proper verification. The phone and email are old and have been compromised. I intend to involve PayPal and take legal action if necessary to recover the over $[redacted] wrongly charged today.

Last month, I was surprised to see a $30 charge on my bank account for a service that was supposed to be free, with only a penny charged for the SIM card. I have never used this service because it doesn't work. I requested a refund last month, but I was charged again this month, totaling $60 that has been taken out of my account without my permission. I would appreciate it if you could refund this amount as soon as possible. Additionally, I would like to have my name and all my information removed from this nonfunctional service. Despite sending an inquiry in November about the initial charge, I never received a response. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have an old account that I used for a while before porting out my number to another carrier. I no longer use this account and would like to close it. I have tried to cancel it multiple times but the request doesn't go through.
I attempted to close my current account by going to Settings, then Account Status, and selecting Cancel Account, but it does not allow me to proceed. I need help resolving this issue as every time I submit a request, it automatically marks it as solved.

I am having issues with my old FreedomPop phone that now has a Ting sim card in it. I was charged $35.97 but still can't use the phone. The sim card was ordered under my old FreedomPop phone LogOn, but I can't log in using my current phone number [redacted]. The phone lets me order a new number, [redacted], but I still can't log in to use it. I see charges on my account and a balance of $20.00, and I want to either make the basic plan work or remove my Debit card from FreedomPop altogether. I got this phone from FreedomPop for my cousin Robert W. Turpen, and now that I have it back, I can't get it to work.
Thank you,

In [redacted], I verified my Facebook profile using my FreedomPop number ([redacted]). I no longer use this number, but Facebook is now requiring me to get a code from this number to log in. Unfortunately, I can't remember the email I used to register this number with FreedomPop. I tried resetting the password with a different email, but I am not receiving any codes at that email address. Can someone please advise me on how to reactivate my old phone number with FreedomPop so I can access my Facebook account? Thank you.

Hello, my name is Maria D. I bought a Freedompop Hotspot, but encountered difficulties using it with my car dashcam. As a result, I didn't utilize it much. Surprisingly, I noticed two charges on my account: $24.39 on December 3, [redacted], and another $24.39 on December 9, [redacted]. Since I didn't actively use the device due to the challenges I faced, I am unsure why I was charged twice. Kindly clarify this situation for me. If there was an error, I would appreciate a refund for the overcharge. Please provide an explanation at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your attention.

FreedomPop has been a disappointing experience for me. After waiting 25 days for the service, the SIM card arrived late, and I've had it for 10 days without any service. I struggled to find a compatible device as FreedomPop doesn't sell them; my purchased devices didn't work with the SIM card. This has been a waste of money and time, leaving me with no options for use. I request a full refund promptly. My experience has been frustrating, feeling like I've been mistreated and ignored, impacting my business negatively. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have ensured that I downloaded the correct app and set the APN to fp.com.attz. Although I can access Google Play, when I try to install the FreedomPop messaging phone/SIM app, an Activation error appears. It prompts me with three options - Emergency text, Retry, and activate - but I end up back at the same error page regardless of my selection. Even though the app shows as installed, clicking on it generates the same error. My phone is unlocked GSM. Additionally, dialing a number triggers a message stating, "The call you are attempting to place is not allowed from this line. Please dial [redacted] for customer service or dial 1-[redacted] from a landline phone."

Hello, my name is Patricia. I can be reached at [redacted] or by phone at [redacted]. I recently noticed a charge of $[redacted].36 on January 29, [redacted] from my PayPal account for services listed as utilities. I did not authorize this charge and do not have any affiliation with your company, FreedomPop. I have tried reaching out to no avail. I would like this charge refunded promptly and to ensure it does not occur again. I have taken steps with PayPal to prevent future unauthorized charges and will escalate this matter with my credit card company if necessary. I do not use your services nor have I received any products or devices from you. I have not received any communication or bills from your company and require this matter to be resolved immediately. I plan to follow up with a phone call tomorrow to resolve this issue. Thank you. Patricia Mckenrick.

I purchased three refurbished HTC Desire [redacted] phones from Freedom Pop but had issues activating them with FP sim cards. After contacting customer service, I found out that they were originally Sprint prepaid phones requiring Sprint sim cards which were no longer available. Despite canceling services online, I continued to be billed for services I couldn't use, resulting in $[redacted] charged to my Discover card and $[redacted] billed to my Visa card. Discover removed the fraudulent charges, but Visa did not receive a response from Freedom Pop and re-billed me. I plan to take legal action, including the $[redacted] in disputed charges and the $[redacted] spent on the phones, one of which is still unopened and will be presented in court.

I have been trying unsuccessfully for the past few days to reach out to cancel my monthly phone account with you. There is no option to submit my cancellation on the account page. Your support services seem to be inactive, and I have not been able to get through to customer service over the phone.
Please cancel the service for the following numbers:
JENNIFER MOTT - [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]
GERALD MOTT - [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]
Our plan is ending in 4 days, and we do not wish to continue for another month. Therefore, I will be stopping the direct debit card payment to prevent any further charges. Kindly ensure the immediate cancellation of both accounts.
Thank you.

My name is Carl S., and about 7 months ago, I ordered SIM cards from FreedomPop. I believe I unintentionally signed up for a service. I attempted to cancel by calling, but couldn't reach anyone, as I wasn't familiar with using email then. Now that I am, I urgently need to cancel the service. I still have the unused SIM cards with all necessary information. I kindly request a refund for the 7 months of charges, as I was unable to address this while I was unavailable.

I initiated a phone number port a few days ago. The day after, my phone disconnected and lost its original number, but it has not received the ported number from the old carrier yet. I still have functioning LTE data, but I cannot make calls or send texts without a phone number. The app is prompting me to choose a new number from FreedomPop, but my transferring number is not available in the options. Even though I was charged $10 and the status shows the transfer as completed, I am unable to use my ported number. I'm Veselin Vasilev, with a FrPop number of [redacted], and my previous number with Virgin Mobile was [redacted]. Although my old provider was Virgin Mobile, they are now being transferred to Boost Mobile. During the transfer process, I selected 'Other' as my carrier since Virgin was not listed. The port out pin from Virgin is [redacted]52. I have restarted my phone twice without any improvement. Can someone assist me with this issue?

I encountered numerous issues with my unreliable sim card, leading me to access the app. However, upon logging in, I received an error stating my information was incorrect and suggesting a reset. After clicking the link in the email provided, I was directed to a blank page. Attempts to contact the UK helpline resulted in a message indicating it was offline. Desperate for support, I reached out to FreedomPop through a forum, only to receive a response weeks later from the USA claiming my account did not exist. Strangely, despite this, a recent payment had been deducted from my bank account by FreedomPop. Despite the lack of service and communication, I wish to terminate my account immediately and cease any future charges. On May 21, [redacted], my phone even displayed 'NO SERVICE,' prompting me to buy a new sim card and data.
