Could you please explain why Flybe has ceased its flights between Doncaster Sheffield Airport and Belfast City Airport? Doncaster Sheffield Airport is crucial for me as it is easily accessible by public transport. I travel to visit family twice annually as I work in Lincolnshire, and the cost of taxis to reach a different airport is not feasible on my limited budget. The additional hour and 20 minutes of travel time is inconvenient. I hope Flybe will consider reinstating this route before Christmas [redacted], as it seems unfair to loyal customers like me.

I recently booked a trip to Paris with my daughter to support her through a difficult time of coping with Endometriosis. Unfortunately, I made a mistake with the return flight date from Charles de Gaulle Airport to Southampton Airport. I intended to book the return for the 22nd of February [redacted], but it is currently set for the 21st. Is there any way to change the flight without purchasing a completely new ticket? I have already booked and paid for a hotel for the 21st and cannot get a refund. I am a carer and this trip is incredibly important to us both. Can the flight be changed from Friday, 21st February to Saturday, 22nd February without any extra charges? The flight reference number is WR6CVK.

I have a flight from LHR to EDI on 9.1.[redacted] with flight number BE2108, connecting at LAS to flight AF9926. I have insulin-dependent diabetes and use a FreeStyle Libre Flash Glucose Monitoring reader and sensor. These devices cannot go through X-Ray screenings but are okay with metal detectors. I have necessary medical documents and have to notify all airlines about carrying these devices. I won't need special assistance. Anything else I should do?

I have recently booked three return flights from East Midlands to Jersey direct. In all cases, I paid for seat selection together based on the seat layout shown on Flybe's website. However, after checking the Blue Islands seat layouts, they do not match what was shown on Flybe's website. Can you please confirm that the seat selections for the following booking references are all together and side by side as per Flybe's layout:

This morning, I made an error with a Flybe booking by selecting the wrong date, being off by one day. The flight was initially for Friday, April 24th, [redacted], but I promptly corrected it online to Saturday, April 25th, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I was then charged £[redacted].00 for the change, along with a £42.00 difference in flight costs, which I understand. I booked for two elderly individuals who are not tech-savvy, and being a Police Officer rushing to an urgent call, I overlooked the date. Upon realizing my mistake, I contacted Flybe to request a waiver of the change fee or credit for a future flight. Despite the agent being sympathetic, they informed me that nothing could be done after consulting with their supervisor. I acknowledge the fault of being in a hurry and not double-checking before booking. Any suggestions moving forward would be appreciated. Thank you.

I have a flight scheduled for next Tuesday, February 18th, from Manchester to Amsterdam. The booking was made for work through a third-party company.
There seems to be a discrepancy in the first name on my ticket, 'georgiams,' compared to 'georgia' on my passport. This error originated from the third-party booking, not the website, possibly done through the contact center.
The third-party travel company has reassured me that this inconsistency will not pose an issue.
I am seeking advice on whether this name difference will affect my travel. Can I proceed with the flight smoothly even if the names on my ticket and passport don't match exactly?

Dear Flybe,
I am writing regarding my booking reference QQ6NH3 for a Cardiff to Edinburgh flight on Sunday, February 9. Despite flights departing from Cardiff, there were no departures from Edinburgh due to frightening weather conditions. After visiting your website and reading the 'Travel advice' page, I decided to reschedule my flight within the next 7 days without any additional charges.
However, when attempting to reschedule, I could not find the option to avoid the fees as stated on the website. Unfortunately, I was unable to contact the phone line for assistance before 10 am, and I urgently needed to reschedule before my flight around 11 am.
Please advise on how I can get the change fee refunded.

I need help determining if the parcel my fiancé sent through Flybe Cargo to the Philippines is legitimate. The sender is James Garley, and it supposedly contains valuable items like a smartphone and a laptop. Flybe contacted me regarding a package worth almost [redacted],[redacted] pesos and provided a tracking number.
