I placed an order for Mother's Day flowers to be delivered in Mosman Park, Western Australia, on May 7. Unfortunately, the confirmation email had the wrong address. I called and provided the correct address. Despite several calls from China, where I had to reconfirm the details with Alejandro, my mother never received the flowers and no one notified her of any issue. After many attempts to reach customer service, I finally spoke to Rajiv V. who acknowledged the missed delivery and promised to arrange for a Monday delivery. I am upset with this experience and request a full refund of $[redacted].99. I had no issues with past deliveries to Australia and feel that the company failed to deliver on time.

I ordered Mother's Day flowers, but they were never delivered. I tried to cancel my order and asked for a cancellation number, but the representative couldn't provide one. I requested to speak to a supervisor, but was told they were unavailable due to a meeting at 10 o'clock at night. When I asked for a corporate number or additional ways to complain, I was not given any helpful information to resolve my issue apart from the number I had already called.

Regarding order #[redacted]12, this is the latest in a series of orders. Unfortunately, there have been issues with the delivery of the correct flowers to my mother. The expected delivery dates were 4-30-[redacted] and 5-2-[redacted], but the flowers have not been received. I have yet to receive any response addressing this lack of integrity and poor customer service. I expect prompt resolution of this matter and improved service in the future.

I wanted to follow up on Order #[redacted]12, which is the latest in a series of orders. Unfortunately, the correct flowers have not been redelivered to my Mother despite the initial delivery date of 4-30-[redacted] and the rescheduled date of 5-2-[redacted]. I have not received any response regarding this issue, which reflects a lack of integrity and customer service on your part. My Mother has yet to receive the flower delivery, and I am disappointed by the handling of this matter. I am expecting a resolution promptly as I believe in receiving excellent service, and I am puzzled by the lack of corrective action taken so far.

I placed an order for flowers to be delivered on Friday, 5/12. My bank account was charged $[redacted].98. The flowers were supposed to be delivered today but were not. After calling, they couldn't find my order using various details. I need the Billing Department to contact me back at [redacted]. Thank you, Gerald Daughety.
