I am facing an issue with the FPL contractors who recently installed a new light pole on Old Moultrie Rd in St. Augustine, FL. After installing pole #[redacted]1, they left the old pole's guide wire coiled up on the west side of the sidewalk south of the new pole. Additionally, they did not remove the top section of the pole that was cut off, which is now lying in the weeds on the north side. This area is just south of Summerhill Circle. As our HOA is responsible for cutting the grass on both sides of the sidewalk, these items left behind are posing a challenge for us. It is necessary for the contractor to remove these items before they leave the area.

I am seeking information about FPL's plans to transition overhead service to underground in the Camino Gardens community in Boca Raton. In my previous conversation, I was provided with a phone number for clearance and marking if digging is needed. I recently purchased a condominium in Keswick B, Deerfield Beach, FL, and moved in August. Despite not contacting you to change the billing information to my name, I have been receiving the bills. I have been paying them, assuming they were mine, until I realized the need to transfer the account into my name. I spoke with a representative who mentioned that FPL would reach out to set up the billing in my name, but I am still receiving bills addressed to the previous owner. I kindly request to have my name, or Barbara Cappuccio's name, removed from the billing account and have the new owner's name added promptly. Thank you.

I am seeking information regarding the number of addresses opened under my name in the last year. I am currently going through a divorce and am concerned about the possibility of my wife opening additional accounts under my name. Additionally, I would like guidance on updating the email address for direct payment. The current email we use is shared, giving my wife access to it. My husband received our Florida Power and Light bill for $[redacted].20, but we were surprised by the amount. We are careful with energy usage and rarely leave lights on unnecessarily. I have reduced my computer usage, and our space heaters do not consume much electricity. We only use air conditioning when necessary, so this bill seems unreasonably high to us.

I reside at [redacted] Walnut Grove Way in Rockledge. Recently, I bought a house located only 0.5 miles away from my current residence. I will be staying at my current address until December 31st. The previous owner of the newly purchased house informed me that the electricity will be turned off on the 14th. I require the electricity at [redacted] Weeping Willow Lane to remain active as I need to do some work before we move in. I am currently disputing charges from February to June due to issues with my dryer not working properly when I moved in. Despite assurances from the previous property manager about reimbursement, the matter was not resolved before she left the company. I need to reach out to the project manager, Debra Olawuni, regarding a service change at [redacted] Muirhead Circle, Boynton Beach. Despite leaving multiple voicemails for her, I have not received a call back. I am unable to locate a contact number for anyone in the department. My client has been waiting for 7 months for a permit and we cannot afford any further delays for the necessary service change for his addition. Debra cancelled a previously scheduled date without discussing it with me. I am eager for her to contact me or for me to speak with her supervisor.

For months, I've been attempting to address the constant flickering of my lights without success. After speaking with Reece Gamble at [redacted], he assured me someone would come to investigate or possibly replace the transformer causing the issue. However, despite being willing to cover the entire cost, I am receiving inadequate communication and service. I am frustrated as I am not receiving the level of help I need. My bank account was hacked, leading to its closure. Consequently, my direct payment to FPL was rejected. The bank has issued a check to FPL, expected to be delivered by 12/29. FPL charged me $25 for the return fee. I have updated my debit information for future billing. I would appreciate speaking to a live person to clarify these matters further.

I reside in Enchanting Acres, a mobile home co-op in Naples, and I have two issues that require attention. Firstly, there is a streetlight near 1 Enchanting BLVD that is not functioning, which we rent from FP&L. Additionally, we would like to request two new lights on the existing poles at the entrance off of Rt 41.
Secondly, as a member of our infrastructure committee, I foresee challenges in our electrical infrastructure due to new or replacement homes needing larger electric services and electric car charging equipment. To address this, we may want to consider impact fees for those seeking increased electric capacity. Currently, existing homes have a [redacted] amp, [redacted]/[redacted] electric service, while new homes require [redacted] amp capacity. As a Master Electrician, I strongly believe we need to plan ahead and address these issues before they escalate into a crisis. I would appreciate the opportunity to collaborate with your engineering department to find a suitable solution.
