I received a delivery notification for 18/10/23 but haven't been able to reach the delivery person despite multiple calls. Finally, after 5 pm, he mentioned the product was not brought that day as expected. He reportedly returned it to the Ekart Godown in Lingampally by Vijetha Supermarket. Unfortunately, the service at the godown was extremely poor, with the staff being rude and unhelpful. They didn't listen to my concerns and simply ushered me away without addressing the issue. Such behavior is unacceptable, and I am disappointed in the service provided. I urge the company to investigate and improve the behavior of both the godown staff and the delivery person and ensure the prompt delivery of my product.

They confirmed the alteration was made, and I can also observe the updated name on the order. Nevertheless, upon receiving the invoice, the billing name remains as SAMSON DAVIS. I am disappointed by the irresponsible delivery service I received.
Despite explaining my issue to Flipkart four times, my problem remains unresolved with no follow-up from senior executives as promised.
I have five orders from the Big Billion Days event expected to be delivered by October 23rd, but there have been no updates. Every time I inquire, I am simply told there is a logistical issue.
I expect my orders to be delivered by October 26th. If not, I will escalate this on social media, highlighting Flipkart's inability to handle orders and will file a complaint with the consumer forum. These are my intentions.

I purchased a Bosch washing machine from Flipkart on 9/10/[redacted]. The open box item was delivered on time, and upon inspection by the Bosch Installation representative shortly after, it was discovered that the rear left leg was damaged due to pressure during transportation. The Bosch representative labeled it as damage from transportation on their jobsheet and advised contacting Flipkart for a replacement. After informing Flipkart and submitting images of the damage and Bosch inspection report, I was instructed to contact Bosch for service as the product did not qualify for a manufacturer's warranty. Despite resubmitting clear images, the seller claimed they were unclear, causing delays in resolving the issue.
