Given the balance of my account, it was unnecessary for me to load $[redacted]. I submitted all the necessary documents last Thursday to resolve the issue, but I haven't received any updates yet. Yesterday around 5 pm, I requested a $[redacted] withdrawal on Fanduel Casino. While processing it, my phone froze, and the withdrawal went through without me selecting a payout account. I typically use my PayPal account for withdrawals, and I'm unsure where this payment is headed. Can someone assist me in canceling this withdrawal, please?

Hello, I'm Mandi Brill. My brother Justin introduced me to FanDuel. I believe there may have been an issue with recent transactions in my account. When I tried to access my account on Sunday to make my football picks for a league, I was unable to log in. It seems that the account was frozen due to suspected fraudulent activity. As a result, I missed making my picks for Sunday and Monday. I'm having trouble accessing my account. My old phone, which had all my information, is broken, and I can't log in using my new phone. I found my old email address, but when I tried to log in, it redirected me to an account under someone else's name. I've been trying different usernames, but it's not working. On October 14th, [redacted], I placed a 6-team college football Parlay and emerged victorious. However, when attempting to cash out my winnings using the only bank card linked to my account—the same card utilized to place the bet (belonging to my friend due to restrictions on my own card for gambling sites)—I encountered an issue. FanDuel inexplicably suspended my account without providing a reason or remitting my winnings. Despite promptly submitting verification documents including my ID, a physical photo of myself, and images of the front and back of the card employed for betting, I have been left unpaid. Given that there were no issues during the bet placement, I am baffled by the withholding of my winnings. I am eager to receive the funds rightfully won from the bet made on that memorable October day.

This morning, my account was temporarily suspended because someone logged in while I was already on. I've changed my password to prevent this from happening again. Waking up to an email about my suspension, I followed the steps to upload my ID, a picture with today's date, and the last four digits of my card. I really need access to my account as there is a significant amount of money in there. I hope this issue can be resolved since it wasn't my fault. My account email is [redacted] Thank you.

There has been a fraudulent withdrawal of $[redacted] from my checking account which FanDuel confirmed as fraud. Despite this, they have not yet returned the funds. My bank said they would temporarily refund the amount and investigate, with the possibility of removing the funds if they are not held liable. I have tried contacting FanDuel multiple times but have not received any response regarding the refund. Thank you.

I was locked out of my [redacted] email account with FanDuel, so I made a new one using Chuck at [redacted], but both accounts got blocked. I stopped using the one with iCloud.com, but I'm still unable to access the [redacted] account where I have funds. I haven’t been using my account often and forgot my login details. I created a new account, added $25 to start betting, then my account got suspended. I followed all the requested steps, even submitting a photo of my fiancé holding the card used. I've been asking for help daily for over a week with no resolution. Could someone from this company please assist me? This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, with poor service! On a side note, my $25 deposit went through without problems.

I noticed suspicious activity on my account with unauthorized transfers. I promptly changed my password, but the account was locked due to repeated login attempts with the old credentials. Despite not needing immediate access, I noticed withdrawals to my "locked" account days later. After contacting FD customer support via email, I received a detailed list of requirements. I completed them, but the ticket was closed without a solution. I tried reaching out through chat and Twitter support with no success. Opening a new email ticket, I received the same list of requirements but no link provided. For the past 2 1/2 days, I have been waiting for a response, following up twice a day without any reply from FD customer service.

I opened an account on FanDuel, deposited $10, played, won, and then paused. When I tried to log in again, my account was temporarily suspended. I sent photos of my ID, debit card, and other requested information. It has been three days, and there has been no response to my emails. I am awaiting the unsuspension of my account by FanDuel.

My account got suspended for no reason. I submitted the required documents, but the admins asked for more uploads. Frustratingly, there's no phone support available, so I emailed the documents instead. Now, Fanduel support claims a suspicious credit card is linked to my account, which is not mine. I'm baffled as I complied with the requests, yet additional problems from Fanduel have barred my access without explanation. It's been two weeks now, and I'm still locked out. Frustrated! 😡😡😡

I was promised a [redacted]% match bonus, opted in for it, and even sent photos as proof. However, the bonus was not added when I made the deposit this morning at 8:30. I reached out to chat support, but they have been giving me the runaround. I deposited the $[redacted] all at once solely for this promotion, and I believe I am entitled to have the bonus honored or receive a refund before December 14th. I did not receive my match deposit bonus from Fanduel, and I am disappointed by the experience. When I reached out for help through live chat, the agent directed me to a form that requested my credit card details to continue. This seems unusual, and I am concerned about being charged to speak with a representative. If I do not receive a response soon, I may have to escalate this issue to the gaming board for assistance.
