Hello, I need assistance regarding a promotion I participated in. I joined the "Mtn Dew Super Trey Day - 3-Point Bonus" promotion on March 2nd at 8:40 PM, and my entry was confirmed. Today, on March 3rd, I placed a $25 bet on Ja Morant to score the first basket in the Memphis Grizzlies vs. Boston Celtics game at odds of +[redacted]. The total wager was $25, with a potential payout of $[redacted].50. However, I have not yet received the bonus credit promised in the promotion, which was $1 in site credit for each three-pointer both teams made in the game, up to $25. I did not receive the bonus credit for the "College Basketball 3-point Bonus" promotion that I participated in on 3/5 at 2:40 AM. I placed a $25 bet on North Carolina at Duke with a spread of +12 and odds of -[redacted]. The total wager was $25 with a total potential payout of $[redacted].50. Despite following the promotion's guidelines, the bonus credits were not applied to my account. Can someone please assist me with this issue? Hello, I am reaching out for help regarding the "Casino 5 on 5" Promo from 3/15 to 4/4. On 3/24 at 11:36 AM, I placed a $5 bet on Villanova for the Michigan vs. Villanova NCAAB game, but I have not received the $5 casino site credit as per the promotion. They have taken all my SSD money and are attempting to extort me by insisting I visit a bank where I no longer hold an account. I believed they were double billing me, which led to numerous overdraft fees. While they refunded me the amount, they failed to provide written confirmation. Specifically, on 1-10, FanDuel wrongly charged me for two transactions totaling $[redacted] when there was just one. As a person with disabilities including high blood pressure, diabetes, COPD, edema, and a history of serious injuries, this financial issue is putting my utilities and living situation at risk. They claim to be holding the $[redacted] and my other funds for 90 days. I possess screenshots and recordings to prove my case and refuse to pay for a third time after already settling the bill twice.

I contacted FanDuel through their live chat on Monday morning last week looking for support, but I was met with a dismissive attitude and no sense of urgency about my situation. After attempting to log into my account from both my laptop and phone, I found myself locked out. Despite trying to reset my password multiple times, I could not regain access. The Support chat informed me that I would need to wait 24 hours before receiving any help, which has not materialized even now on Saturday. Given that my account details suddenly did not match after over a decade of use, I suspect foul play. I have even considered that my account may have been hacked or tampered with, possibly even by someone affiliated with FanDuel. I have reported this to The Better Business Bureau and Complain.biz, but no resolution has been provided. It is concerning that such a technical issue has not been addressed promptly by FanDuel's Website Maintenance Team, especially considering the sensitive information tied to my account.

I was convinced to join Fadual during the Super Bowl, but quickly realized I know very little about football at my age of almost 80. I made only one bet and then wanted out, but felt the only way was to claim I had a gambling problem, which is not true. My husband and I enjoy going to Harrah's in Metropolis once a year for vacation. I have provided all necessary identification, so I am unsure why I am being treated this way. The sporadic and unhelpful emails I receive only add to my frustration, especially since I have been sending multiple messages a day and have only received three inadequate responses in the past 10 days.

The number of days since this issue started keeps showing up as asterisks, making it difficult to track. It seems like there is a deliberate attempt to conceal information. It has been about ten days, and I have only received three unhelpful responses that do not provide any answers. This situation has left me confused and frustrated. I plan to warn others against using FanDuel and recommend alternatives like Caesars or DraftKings. In the past, DraftKings resolved my issues promptly and efficiently, unlike the slow and glitchy customer service at FanDuel. Despite being a loyal and paying customer, I feel neglected and believe that FanDuel might not care about their customers. I requested an in-person cashout of over $[redacted], but my account got locked, and I am continuously receiving unhelpful responses every few days while reaching out multiple times daily in frustration.

I was referred to Fandual by a friend for their promotion where you wager $10 in the casino to get a $50 bonus, then bet $10 in sports to get another $50 bonus. I didn't receive my casino bonus initially but the chat support manually added it for me. Today, when I placed my $10 sports bet as 5, 3, and 2 dollars, they said it needed to be one full $10 bet, which wasn't specified in the rules. Additionally, they mentioned I had to deposit money even though it wasn't part of the promotion details. Despite making two deposits previously, they only offered me a $25 bonus instead of $50, citing that I already received $50 on my first wager. I had evidence of the promotion in a screenshot, but they persisted on a different offer. In the end, they only granted a $25 bonus instead of the $50 I should have received according to the promotion.

I am currently facing a problem restoring my FanDuel account. I misunderstood the account deactivation process and mistakenly requested my account be permanently closed. I participated in their refer-a-friend promotion and was due to get $50 in casino credit within 72 hours of my friend signing up and making a first deposit of at least $10. My friend and I completed all the necessary steps by 11-21-[redacted], but it's been well over 72 hours since then. I've reached out to customer service via chat multiple times. Initially, they asked for my friend's email to verify our eligibility for the credit. Once I provided that, they mentioned needing approval from a higher-up due to my friend's account being connected to Fanduel in Pennsylvania instead of signing up through my Michigan link. Despite promises of a resolution within 24 hours via email, I have not received any updates or the credit we are owed.

On November 30th, I encountered issues accessing my two late NBA single games to modify my lineup. It seems there were technical difficulties on your end. I am requesting a refund of $6 for this inconvenience. It has now been more than two months, and I have not received any updates regarding the resolution.
