I booked a reservation through your company for a stay at Sure Stay in Morgantown, WV on 6/9/23. The following day, I modified the reservation to include 6/10 as well. On 5/19/23, I was charged two payments of [redacted].29 each, which I believed covered the room costs. However, on 6/11/23, Sure Stay charged me twice for 95.20 each. I am confused as to why I am being charged by both your company and Sure Stay. I reached out to Sure Stay, but they directed me to Expedia for assistance with the issue. I am unsure why I am being required to pay twice for the same reservation.

I made a hotel reservation through Expedia purchasing AIG. I needed to cancel but couldn't reach the hotel due to an automated system issue on 5/30/23. Managed to contact Expedia late in the evening and they helped cancel the booking before my flight. AIG refused the claim. The hotel mentioned they could refund if not booked through a third party. Hello, I recently made a reservation with reservation number [redacted][redacted] through your platform. After completing the payment, I noticed that I had selected the wrong date. I contacted an agent via the virtual portal who suggested canceling the reservation to rebook for the correct date. The agent mentioned that the hotel does not issue refunds, but when I reached out to the hotel, they directed me back to your service as the transaction was conducted through you. I find it unjust that I may lose $[redacted].09 due to a mistake I spotted mere seconds after booking. I am determined to pursue a refund either through your assistance or by involving my bank. Moving forward, I will not choose your service for future reservations, and I intend to leave a negative online review for your company.

I searched for a Holiday Inn Hotel in Durango, Colorado and called the phone number provided to book a handicapped room for two nights. I stayed on June 8th but did not receive a receipt. Today, June 24th, during my stay, I inquired about the missing receipt. The hotel claimed I booked through Expedia, but I booked directly. They indicated no receipt is provided when booking through a third party. I disputed this as I booked directly with the hotel and only found their number during my search. The hotel insisted I used Expedia, which was not the case. I did not know I was dealing with a third party. This situation is frustrating and misleading on the hotel's part.

I made a rental car reservation through Expedia for Sixt Car Rental near Laguardia. I paid in full but only discovered 17 hours before pickup that the specific rental is only for local residents with NY, NJ, or Connecticut driver's licenses, which I do not have. I was not previously informed about this restriction. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to make another last-minute reservation that will likely be more expensive. I am looking for an alternative rental using the funds I have already paid, with a similar vehicle for the same dates and times as my original reservation.

I made a reservation at CitizenM hotel through an airport agency at Schipol Airport after my flight got cancelled. The agency promised to send an invoice, but I have not received it yet. Despite staying overnight, CitizenM explained the reservation was done through Expedia by the agency, so they can't send the invoice directly. During my trip to Kansas City for business and personal matters, I switched from Ameristar to Expedia and booked a room at Quality Inn Blue Springs for landscaping work the next day. The false advertisement of room size and poor handling of my concerns left me unsatisfied, seeking a refund as a matter of principle after such a troubling experience, which included encountering a roach in the room.

My daughter is set to go on her graduation trip to Galveston, but there was a mix-up with the hotel booking made by her uncle. I am concerned about the crowd in the area the wrong hotel is located in and want to ensure she's in a safer environment. I'm looking to cancel the reservation promptly as it's imperative for her special trip. I prefer a different hotel, possibly one by the beach with a nice buffet and excellent service like the one I had in mind. I just want the best for her celebration trip. I bought a fully refundable ticket for E. Shaich on February 24th with flight insurance. Unfortunately, the ticket had to be canceled, and while I accept the $[redacted] admin fee, we were not refunded the insurance cost. It is confusing why Expedia would charge insurance for a flight that did not occur. It is not clear that this charge is [redacted]% non-refundable, which seems unreasonable since the flight was canceled. Can you please refund the insurance amount to us? I made a reservation for a car at Easirent in Austin, Texas with itinerary number [redacted][redacted]. Upon arrival after 2:30 p.m., I experienced a wait of over 2 hours. The check-out staff did not accept my insurance coverage, forcing me to purchase their insurance for $[redacted].69. Despite having full coverage, they required verification from my insurance company, which was not available on a Saturday afternoon. No inspection was conducted before or after returning the car. I seek reimbursement for the unnecessary insurance. I would not recommend Easirent due to unclear signage, long wait times, lack of car instructions, and incomplete drop-off services. On the positive side, the rental car was clean and comfortable, and the staff member who drove us to the airport was friendly.

I was looking for a hotel room in Coulee City, WA, but ended up booking a hotel in Omark instead. After realizing the distance, I contacted the hotel but was advised to cancel through Expedia. I tried to cancel multiple times with Expedia and spoke with Pat at the call center, but our calls got disconnected twice when trying to speak to a supervisor. I purchased cancellation insurance and have been without Wi-Fi or cell service for the past five days.

I felt pressured by an agent on the phone who claimed only one room was left, leading me to make a rushed decision. However, upon calling Aspen Select directly, I found many rooms available. Despite this, I was placed in a suitable room but encountered issues such as the agent being difficult to hear, resulting in being overcharged without prior notice and a deduction from my checking account without authorization. On Friday, the 16th, I contacted Crown Plaza Hotel in Seattle to inquire about a room for my cousin visiting from Sweden due to a language barrier. I unknowingly provided my cousin's credit card information to the person on the phone, thinking it was the hotel, but later realized it was Expedia. After correcting the dates to the 17th, we couldn't find suitable accommodations, so we ended the call. Surprisingly, on Sunday, my cousin received an email stating she was charged for a room on the 16th, which she didn't stay in as she had already returned to Sweden. I made two one-way flight bookings on Expedia. The first itinerary is [redacted][redacted] from IAD to Munich, Germany, and the second is [redacted][redacted] from Venice, Italy to IAD. I am a person of size, so I bought two seats as recommended. Unfortunately, TAP airline refused to honor my second seat, claiming it was not booked correctly. This morning, my credit card was fraudulently used for a booking. I am disappointed with the difficulty in reaching a customer service representative. I have informed my credit card company about the unauthorized transaction ending in [redacted], totaling $[redacted].56, made in the name of Alexander P Thomas. I have been attempting to contact Expedia by phone without success. I hope Expedia can swiftly assist in canceling this fraudulent booking.
