I made a hotel reservation via Expedia on August 25th. The hotel claimed the payment didn't go through and charged me for the room directly the next day, despite me having already paid Expedia. I had to pay twice for the same room. I initially paid Expedia when I made the booking and then had to pay the hotel for the room the following day. I wish to request a refund for the amount I paid to Expedia since I ended up paying the hotel again in person for the room.

I am seeking a refund for a booking issue. I made a reservation through Expedia attracted by a deal, but upon arrival, I ended up paying almost twice the amount of the original booking. To my surprise, Payless, where I was supposed to get the car, informed me that they have not accepted the collision coverage included in the reservation for five years. Consequently, I had to make a new booking directly with Payless, missing out on the Expedia deal. I believe I have been deceived by Expedia, as this misinformation is unacceptable, and they should be aware of the policies of their partner companies. I would like to modify my departing flight to an earlier time. I attempted to make changes after 36 hours as instructed by American Airlines on your website. However, after 36 hours, AA informed me through your platform that changes could not be made after 24 hours and no refund would be given for cancellations, which feels unethical. I wish to switch my flight to the 7am departure on the same day. I made two bookings for the same room on the same day by mistake. I attempted to change one of the bookings but was unable to do so because the refund or modification time frame had passed. I contacted them by phone and they said they needed to involve their team to resolve the issue. They were expected to update me on the situation within a few hours after our conversation. However, I did not receive any follow-up call or email from them.

I have a hotel reservation in Saint Ignace for September 15th and 16th. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency - my mother's passing - I need to cancel this reservation. The property manager has confirmed that canceling is not an issue. However, since the booking was made through a third-party, the hotel cannot process the refund directly.

Since the merger with another company, I've had trouble signing into my account on your platform. Despite receiving a code, inputting it leads to no results. Attempting to sign in through Facebook results in buffering indefinitely. This experience has been quite frustrating for me. Although I continue to book hotels via your website, I've also started using booking.com due to these issues. I appreciate accruing points through Expedia, but the sign-in problem is causing me distress. How can I resolve this issue? I'm unable to access my account currently.

I booked a reservation at Red Lion Hotel through Expedia. Upon arrival for an early check-in, the receptionist mentioned a computer issue and charged additional fees on-site, despite Expedia already charging me. Later, Expedia charged me again before my check-in. I have contacted Expedia and provided all necessary proof of these double charges, causing financial stress. I couldn't find an option to choose between king size beds, and there's no return shuttle to the airport. I've spent over 4 hours on the website trying to update the sleeping arrangements. Ramon's responses frustrated me because he doesn't seem to understand my request for king beds and a return shuttle. I've been a loyal Expedia customer for about 10 years but am considering switching to Hotwire. Is there no phone number to call? I've been asking for it multiple times today. On September 6th, I made multiple flight bookings through Expedia. While I can verify the charges I approved, there is an unauthorized transaction on my card. I was charged after contacting besthoteldealsglobal.com. I spoke with their customer service, support specialist, hotel reservations, and the front desk. I reached out via email and phone prior to my reservation. Despite besthoteldealsglobal.com forwarding my requests to the specialist department, nobody has followed up with me as promised. I was instructed to wait for a call from a support specialist, but no one has contacted me. I am now calling again to check for any updates, hoping to avoid going through the same cycle of unresponsiveness.

My spouse and I attempted to book a flight for around $[redacted] through Expedia but encountered issues due to our card's $[redacted] limit. 1. Arrived for check-in at 11:15, but was informed rooms were not ready until 4. Was promised a call if the room was ready early, which did not happen. 2. Returned around 2:30, room still not available. Witnessed others being told the same promise of a call if the room was ready early, except a couple who checked in at 3:20. Inquired about the inconsistency, faced rudeness from a staff member named Saran. 3. Finally checked in but faced a 3" drop for my scooter to enter the room. Requested an alternative route due to ADA needs, was met with more rudeness from Saran. 4. Room lacked flush entry, making it non-ADA accessible. 5. Only one out of two TVs worked with poor picture quality, sticky remote, and faulty volume. 6. Bed was sunken in. 7. Reported a non-functional telephone in the room, no resolution from maintenance. 8. Asked for ice, staff suggested calling [redacted]. After persisting, received a barely audible response about checking for availability. 9. Staff member Saran involved firemen unnecessarily for ice, eventually providing some after a lengthy ordeal. 10. Woke up with a bruised foot and red mark, suspecting a bite.
