I am reaching out regarding my Etsy seller account. It has been [redacted] days since my funds became available, exceeding the [redacted]-day holding period. However, the funds have not been transferred to my bank account.
I have tried contacting Etsy support multiple times with no response. This delay is causing financial strain, as all orders are complete with no outstanding issues.
I urgently request your help in releasing the funds to my bank account. I have confirmed my account details. Your prompt resolution and update on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My wife made an order with a typo in her email, preventing her from accessing the order details. Despite multiple emails to the seller requesting to cancel the order, there has been no response. Attempts to contact Etsy failed due to the incorrect email. We now received a shipping notice for the package. Please contact me at my email to resolve this matter.

I'm struggling with a navigation issue on Etsy. I can't seem to access the collections I've set up. The help center doesn't address navigating problems, focusing mainly on sellers and buyers with other types of issues. I've spent a lot of time searching the help section with no luck. Please assist!

I ordered multiple birthday presents, and I received a text notification stating that one had been delivered, but I did not receive it. I am worried about the delivery location. I live at [redacted] Marion Dr., Lemans Apartments on Lakeview Dr., Sebring FL [redacted]. I reside in an apartment complex and never faced delivery issues in my 7 years here. I have contacted Etsy twice via email, but I have not received any response.

On the 10th of January [redacted], I received an email informing me about the ease and efficiency of using Etsy Payments to manage my store's finances. Now that it is available in Ukraine, all Etsy sellers are required to register by the 31st of January [redacted]. Unfortunately, I am facing an issue with my existing Payoneer account. The account was blocked in the spring of [redacted] due to my city being under Russian occupation. Since my city was liberated in the fall of [redacted], it is now part of Ukraine. I have tried multiple times to resolve this issue, but due to unstable internet connection and constant shelling, I couldn't provide the necessary documents. My attempts to reach out to Payoneer have been unsuccessful, and currently, I am in the EU as a refugee. Please help me find a solution to pay my payment account, as I won't be able to make sales on my Etsy store from the 1st of February [redacted] onward. Thank you.

I recently had one of my products (an antique glass bead) deactivated by Etsy today. However, I am unsure of the reason behind it. If I were to repost the glass bead, would I be violating their terms again?
It would be helpful if Etsy could provide specific reasons for the suspension, as it would assist me in addressing the issue properly.

Hello, I recently signed up and my account got suspended right away without being able to make any purchases. When I tried to pay, my credit card was charged, but the sale was canceled, and my account was suspended. You kept my money and never lifted the suspension without any reason. I'm not the only new customer whose account got suspended; even one who didn't buy anything had the same issue. Your faulty system is a form of scam because my account was debited twice, €[redacted] and €[redacted]. As soon as my health allows, I will file a complaint unless you remove these unjustified suspensions that seem to aim to scam and steal from new customers. I used to be on Etsy ten years ago and never had any issues with any other shopping websites. You lack humanity.

I recently launched my Etsy shop, World Zahir, but unfortunately, it has been suspended. I plan to sell Print on Demand products that I design independently using printify.
I carefully reviewed Etsy's policies and terms of use and did not find any violations on my end.
