My account is linked to my son's PlayStation so he can play with his friend and we pay a monthly fee for this. During Christmas, we bought gaming cards for him, and he used the codes on them. While buying Fortnite skins with his v bucks, $[redacted].00 got deducted from my account in addition to the v bucks. Hello, I made a mistake when setting up my account by entering an incorrect email address that I do not have access to. This has prevented me from verifying my email address. Now, I am unable to redeem my Fortnite vbucks card because the verification code is being sent to the incorrect email address linked to my account, which I cannot access. I have tried to change my email address through the Epic Games website, but the verification code is still being sent to the inaccessible email address. My Xbox One account name is Pond ll and my Epic Name is NF L3gEnd. I have Save the World on my Xbox account, and recently when I logged in, I received many pickaxes as gifts for upgrading my pickaxe skill. However, I did not receive the fifth harvesting tool level upgrade, which is my favorite pickaxe in the game right now. I have unlocked all the other pickaxes, but I am missing this one. My son has gaming consoles like Xbox, PS4, and Nintendo Switch, and he plays Fortnite on all of them. Unfortunately, he has multiple usernames on each device created by different adults - one set at his dad's house and another at my house. I have a list of all the usernames and email addresses he has used, and I am trying to consolidate them. This Christmas, he received Fortnite gift cards but had trouble redeeming them due to multiple email addresses linked to one username. He managed to unlink one email, but I need help linking his username to our email address.

I set up an account for my son on my mobile phone when Fortnite was released, but he now plays on a Nintendo Switch using the same email. When logging into Epic Games on my laptop with the Switch account, it displays the mobile account username instead of the Switch one. I want the Switch username to be the primary one on Epic. My son received a V-Bucks gift card, but he can't redeem it as it shows the mobile username. He wants the V-Bucks on his Switch, not the mobile. I reached out to Nintendo, and they directed me to Epic's support center for assistance.

I've been playing Fortnite since Season 2 but I sold my console due to losing interest around Season 6. Now that Fortnite Chapter 2 is out, I want to get back into the game on a new console. However, disconnecting my account from the old console warns me that I'll lose all my old skins and data. This makes it impossible for me to play on the new console without risking my account data loss. I've invested a lot of time and money into this game and I'm wondering if there's a way to transfer my data to the new console.

I recently purchased Division * on the Epic Games Store. However, I am unable to link my Epic and Uplay accounts because my email address needs verification. Despite multiple attempts, I have not received the verification email. Even when trying to change my email, I am unable to receive the necessary security code. While I receive purchase receipts from Epic without any problems, the verification emails and security codes seem to be the issue.

I visited GameStop yesterday to purchase a $40 Fortnite card for my child. However, upon arriving home, I discovered that I needed to visit fortnite.com/vbuckscard to redeem the [redacted] V-Bucks I purchased. I followed the steps, using my child's email and password, but the V-Bucks did not appear in the Xbox One account under the name NikoMarley100 as expected. Instead, they were credited to an account named NickNasty115. I paid $40 for this and we need assistance resolving this issue.

Hello, I attempted to merge my son's Xbox account with his PS4 Fortnite account on Christmas day. The child account I was setting up requested a new password, indicating I had already performed this action and preventing me from proceeding further. After approximately 15 unsuccessful attempts, my child became frustrated and decided to stop playing, only to find out that it's impossible to revert back now. I'm perplexed about: 1. I created an Epic Games account last night and bought Borderlands 3, despite my hesitation about using a launcher other than Steam. After encountering numerous errors and reinstalling, we managed to get the launcher working. My son received two PS4s for Christmas, one at his mom's house and one at his dad's house. He had a Fortnite account from playing on Xbox. Now he's trying to link the PS4s, but he believes he accidentally deleted everything and lost all his skins. I've invested a lot of money into this and don't want it to go to waste. He can't see his old account's skins and now is considered a default player. His Fortnite name used to be "fireball" but he changed it to "PS4Player09" on the new PS4. I hope this explanation helps. I am situated in Manila, Philippines. The Fortnite online game keeps getting interrupted with an error message indicating a "Network Connection Loss." Interestingly, all other online games my son plays work seamlessly during these disruptions in Fortnite. This peculiar issue has only been happening for about a month on our PS4 console, before this, we never encountered any difficulties with Fortnite online. While playing Fortnite with my friends, I experienced getting kicked out of the game multiple times. Initially, I thought it was just a minor glitch, but later I noticed some unusual activities on my account. The next day, I discovered [redacted] V-Bucks added without my knowledge, a changed skin, and altered account details like language and name on epic.com. Despite changing all the settings back, the unauthorized user still had access as they even changed my email. Subsequently, when I logged in today, I found that my skins and progress were all gone. The Xbox account associated with the hacker is onstagelotus696. I seek urgent assistance with this unresolved issue.
