Hello, my name is Phillip Lazarus. On June 5th, [redacted], I left my TUMI backpack at Terminal 45B in London Gatwick Airport. While preparing to board my EZY8239 flight to Santorini, Greece, I discovered my forgotten backpack. I was advised to email you for assistance in reclaiming it. The backpack contains my toiletries, a pair of dress pants, two prescription sunglasses, a Samsung tablet in a case, socks, underwear, phone chargers and cords, as well as other personal items. I also have some US currency inside. How can I arrange for the return of my backpack? You can reach me at [redacted], and my address is 90 Hidden Creek Way, Magnolia, Delaware [redacted]. Thank you.

Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to report an issue I experienced during my recent flight from Kreta, Chania International Airport (CHQ) to Berlin, BER on May 28, with flight number EJU5010. I am requesting a refund for the duplicate payment I made for my cabin bag at the airport. Before my trip, I paid for my cabin bag fee online via the EasyJet app on May 25. Unfortunately, I did not receive a payment confirmation email or see it reflected in the app. As a result, I had to make a second payment for my bag at the airport. I have enclosed all necessary documents to support my claim. I appreciate your attention to this matter and would be grateful if you could process the refund promptly for the extra fee I paid at the airport. Thank you for your understanding and assistance. Sincerely, Dilyana B.

We will be flying to Belfast from Manchester on Monday, the 19th of June. Our party will bring cabin luggage. One member uses a wheelchair and has an I Go folding power electric wheelchair that requires special folding. We need guidance on how to get the wheelchair onto the plane. Should we take it to the boarding steps or check it in? Although she can slowly climb steps with crutches, her mobility is limited. Thank you. Booking reference K4RNJ7M.

I would like to request an e-ticket with a barcode to be sent to my email. My booking reference number is K51SK64. Currently, my flight is still one month away, and I have noticed that all the ticket confirmation emails have been replaced with a check-in page, making it impossible to access the original confirmation details. It is too early for the check-in process to begin. It would be helpful to receive a reminder to check in three days prior to the flight instead of being prompted now. Customers should have the autonomy to decide when to check in within a reasonable timeframe leading up to the flight. Prior to that, it is essential to have access to the booking confirmation information and the e-ticket. Thank you.

I recently took flight EZY8012 from Valencia to Gatwick. Upon our return to Gatwick, we encountered a thunderstorm which led to the aircraft circling for an hour before diverting to Luton. The flight attendants were unhelpful when passengers needed assistance or access to facilities. The communication from the staff was poor and unprofessional, causing confusion and discomfort among passengers who wanted to disembark. Ultimately, the lack of clear instructions and respectful treatment from the crew left a lot to be desired. I will be seeking a response to my concerns from the airline and considering my future travel options.

I booked a flight with EasyJet on January 4, [redacted], departing from Seville to London at 13:35. Recently, I received a message informing me that the airline has changed the carrier and the flight time to 20:45. I promptly contacted their customer service to express my dissatisfaction as this time change conflicts with an important meeting I have scheduled in London at 6 p.m. Therefore, I requested a refund, but I have yet to receive a response from them. I am quite distressed by this situation as it seems I may lose the money spent on the booking. Any guidance on additional steps I could take would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - M.C. Urbaneja

For two days leading up to my flight, I attempted to add the $7.99 charge for my baggage, which slightly exceeded the under-seat storage limit. Despite numerous tries, the website consistently prevented me from doing so, instructing me to check in at the airport. I interpreted this as unable to complete online. At the counter, I was then charged $39.99. It's clear that if I could have done it on the EasyJet website, I would have. I am seeking a refund of $32.00 (subtracting the $7.99). The website's functionality is challenging, and after consulting with friends and family, they understood the message just as I did. The system was not user-friendly, and I encountered multiple issues even before attempting the baggage payment, making the extra charge seem highly unfair.

On June 7, [redacted], I started looking for flights for myself and my husband, A.G. Jayaraman, aged 86, to travel from Verona, Italy, to London Gatwick to meet our son on a business trip from the USA. I explored easyJet flights for the trip's convenience. While seeking suitable flights from Verona-Gatwick after 10 am, easyJet's website crashed. Even on June 9, the site remained inaccessible, leaving my booking incomplete until I found a Verona to Gatwick flight on BA2597 via eDreams on June 9, which I booked for €[redacted].73. Subsequently, I noted an unauthorized charge of $[redacted].75 by easyJet, amounting to GBP [redacted].93 for an incomplete booking from Gatwick-Verona on June 23, [redacted]. I appeal for a refund from easyJet, considering our circumstances as senior citizens dealing with health issues.

When I purchased my flight from London Gatwick to Amsterdam with Easyjet, I did not account for the time difference, leading me to believe my layover was only a few hours instead of the actual 8-hour layover I have. The flight I booked, EZY8680, departs at 14:20 and arrives at 16:45 local time. However, at the time of purchase, it displayed 8:20 and 10:45 eastern standard time, causing my confusion. I would like to switch to a more suitable flight, EJU8674, departing at 8:00 am and arriving at 10:15 am.

Hello, I'm Geoffrey Daniels. I have purchased two round-trip flights to Corfu departing on August 14, [redacted], on EZY8209 with booking reference number K597JHG. I've encountered issues when trying to access my flight details online as the system states the booking reference should only contain numbers. Despite speaking with an EasyJet representative over the phone, I have not received any emails to [redacted] My relatives have received notifications of a change in take-off time, but I have not received any communication. I am worried that my booking might be lost. Please verify my booking, provide the correct reference number, and send a confirmation email. Kindly send emails to my partner at [redacted] as well. Thank you.

Hello! My wife and child arrived at Manchester Airport on July 3rd at 3pm at terminal 3 from Dublin. They need to make a transfer to terminal 1 for their flight EZY2219 to Burgas, Bulgaria at 5.50pm. My child, who has autism, and my wife are feeling anxious about transferring all the luggage for the recheck required for this flight. I am unable to accompany them due to work, so it's a stressful situation for my wife. Her name is Ana Arabova, and my daughter's name is Effie Vasileva. The booking reference number is K5LZ3XK. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you for your time and help. Regards, Ian.

My daughter was traveling from Nice to Venice on a flight with EasyJet, and unfortunately, her bag was lost. Today, she received a call from someone claiming they found the bag and requested it to be delivered to Rome where she is currently staying. Surprisingly, she later received an email stating the bag was being sent to London, which is unnecessary. The tag number for the bag is XH232357, and my daughter's name is Jenna Levetown. Please arrange for the bag to be sent to Rome so she can collect it on Wednesday when she visits the airport there. Kindly communicate the pickup location via text or email to ensure a smooth retrieval process.

Good afternoon, I had to change my flight suddenly last weekend due to a family medical emergency. My original ticket included speedy boarding and baggage. However, when checking in for my new flight from FARO to Luton, I was informed that I needed to pay again for my baggage. Despite explaining that I had already paid for it, the check-in staff could not assist due to the urgency of my boarding. I ended up paying £58.00 and was advised to seek a refund. How can I go about getting this refund? I have the receipt and baggage identification tag. My booking reference is K5CTLN1, showing that I had already paid for luggage on my departure on Friday, 23rd June. Thank you for your assistance, P. Warburton

My 16-year-old son is traveling to Chania, Greece. I've booked his ticket already. I am curious about the rules for him traveling alone. Do we need any special permission papers signed by us, his parents? Should we arrange an escort service at the airport to ensure he boards the flight safely, or can he manage the procedures by himself? Thank you for your help with this!

I had about £[redacted] worth of flights that needed to be rebooked due to Covid. After numerous unsuccessful attempts, I finally received confirmation about getting a refund in the form of rebooking flights within a few weeks, which was not ideal as a refund would have been preferable. Despite trying to rebook flights, I faced challenges with your system not accepting my email account, despite having had multiple interactions with your team over the years. After multiple phone calls, I managed to speak with someone who provided guidance, but I still encountered issues. Unfortunately, I just realized that the deadline for changes was on the 27th of June, two days ago. I've tried extensively to make the changes, faced many difficulties even after calling, and it's disheartening to potentially lose this amount of money through no fault of my own. I am hoping for an extension to resolve this or ideally a refund, which would be the preferred outcome. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you. Mr. R. Jones, a loyal customer.

I recently experienced a frustrating situation with the airline charging me £48.00 for cabin baggage at the gate before boarding, even though I had already paid for it. Despite showing my bank statement as proof of payment, I was threatened with not being allowed to board unless I paid the additional fee. This ultimatum was distressing, especially considering I had paid in full for my return trip. It was disappointing to be treated this way during the boarding process.

easyJet has changed our outbound flight time by 4 hours, causing us to miss our connecting flight from Manchester. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to reach a customer service representative over the phone. Why am I being asked to pay for changing to an earlier flight when the schedule change was initiated by the airline? I am seeking a complimentary change for my flight as per the email instructions. Unfortunately, customer service has proven difficult to contact through online chat as well. Thank you.

Dear Sir, I received a mail stating that I am not eligible to apply for the claim, as my flight was not delayed by 3 hours or more. I emailed you a day ago, still no response as I was denied entry to Varna with a multiple-entry visa. The Bulgarian authorities communicated that it was a procedure they follow due to negligence on the part of your staff and management. I couldn't return to any EU country due to having a single-entry visa, and entering Varna was not allowed. My stay in Varna was significantly affected by the oversight in my visa details by your staff and management. I've attached both documents for your review. I hope for a positive response soon, as it has been a day since I returned and received the mail denying my claim. My concern is more significant than just flight delay reimbursement, including issues like my flight to Varna from Berlin, time spent in a locked room, and the costly flight back home totaling around [redacted] Euros. You can reach me at [redacted] or +[redacted]98. My expenses for the wasted ticket, meals, and flight back to my home country amount to approximately [redacted] Euros. I am disappointed by the treatment I experienced as a foreigner, with no fault of my own, due to the complete negligence on EasyJet's part. Regards, Ms. Nayika
