Hello EasyJet,
I have been struggling with the airport location of Paris Beauvais, as it is far from the downtown area. I mistakenly chose Beauvais over Charles de Gaulle, thinking it was closer to Paris due to the name. Today, I tried to contact EasyJet to explain the misunderstanding and hopefully change the airport, but was unable to reach anyone.
I have noticed that I am not the only one who has made this mistake, as many travelers believe Beauvais is close to Paris because of its name. It is misleading that it is called Paris-Beauvais.
Please EasyJet, could you assist in changing our family flight (Booking Reference: K4LBWW5) from Paris Beauvais to Charles de Gaulle airport.

I booked a holiday with EasyJet to Castle Harbour in Tenerife. We departed on 15/12/22 from Bristol Airport. When we arrived in Tenerife, a staff member directed us to the coach stop for our transfer, but no coach was there. Another driver said they come every 10 minutes, but after waiting for 20-25 minutes, I went back to the terminal to speak with the original gentleman. He arranged a taxi for us, which was great.
On 27/12/22, I received a text from EasyJet with our pick-up time for our return flight (15:57). We waited from 15:35 to 16:10, but no transfer arrived. We had transfers included in our holiday, so having issues on both occasions is disappointing.

I experienced an issue with my mobility scooter during an easyJet flight from Bristol (Flight Number EZY6095). The scooter was securely loaded by D. Wilkins as per the Electric Mobility and Loading Form. A replacement plane was provided, but the Loading Form was not resigned. Despite assurances that my scooter was loaded onto the new flight, upon arrival in Tenerife, I discovered damage to the steering yoke arm, making the scooter unusable. Special Assistance staff at both airports were helpful, but I am now unable to safely use my scooter. This has greatly impacted my mobility, and I am reaching out for assistance. Mrs. Pamela Molden

On December 8th, I boarded flight EZY8200 from Malpensa to Gatwick. Despite a 3-hour delay, we were finally allowed to board around midnight. Unfortunately, my small hand luggage couldn't fit in the overlocker above my seat B2 as it was filled with various packages, many of which weren't allowed on board for free and should have been stored under the seat. I had to store my luggage at the back of the plane, which led to me injuring my shoulder while trying to place it there. This incident has caused muscle, bone, and nerve damage, resulting in significant pain. I've undergone medical examinations and treatments for the injuries sustained. I believe there needs to be a better system in place to ensure paid luggage can be properly stored onboard, especially with the current policy allowing 'free' under seat bags being misused. I am seeking compensation due to the discomfort and pain I am experiencing. Thank you for addressing this issue.

After arriving in Jersey on December 10th, my suitcase was missing. Despite contacting them, I am unsure if my suitcase will be found. I had to buy new clothes as I only had what I wore. Will I receive compensation or can I hope for the return of my suitcase during my Manchester to Jersey trip? I will be here until February 25th. EasyJet's online claims portal has an error, and they advised me that no other claiming methods are available.

The flight got canceled, and I was accommodated in a nearby hotel. I submitted a claim for the taxi fare to the hotel (£17.50) through FlightTracker for a refund, but it was rejected without explanation. I would like to understand the reasons for the rejection, especially since the flight cancellation was beyond my control, and compensation is warranted.
In addition to the flight disruption, EasyJet also misplaced my baggage on the subsequent flight, causing significant inconvenience during my skiing trip. During my vacation with my friend, our booking was under the name of Margaret Foster. We traveled from Gatwick to Almeria on December 3rd, and our return flight is from Alicante to Bristol on March 2nd around 8 pm. Unfortunately, due to a disagreement, my friend left with all the travel documents, leaving me with nothing. In a rush, I went online yesterday and booked and paid for an earlier flight on the same day. I was unsure if I completed the process correctly as there was only one seat left. I am in the US and unable to make calls to Europe. My friend and I have a booking with Easyjet for flight EJU4543 from Paris DeGaulle to Milan Malpensa on 5 May [redacted]. When I made flight reservations on December 30th, I found the baggage options confusing. Initially, I paid for 2 large cabin bags thinking hold bags were costly at £90 each. However, I later discovered that I could book a 23kg hold bag for only £38 in the manage booking section. When I called to rectify the situation by changing to 1 hold bag for both flights, I was informed that the £52 price difference couldn't be refunded due to company policy. Despite attempting to clarify and express my concerns about the confusion and inability to make changes online, the call abruptly ended. I am dissatisfied with the customer service experience and wish to address this further. My request is to switch to 1 23kg hold bag for both flights, refund the £52 price difference between the cabin bag and hold bag, and provide feedback regarding customer expectations of being heard without being hung up on by staff.

Yesterday, when I was preparing to board the flight with my son, an EasyJet employee approached us and requested £40 per cabin bag since ours did not meet the EasyJet size requirements. This unexpected charge of £80 significantly impacted our journey. Our initial booking included 2 seats at approximately £50 each and 1 checked bag at £70. Although our bag only weighed around 12kg upon pickup from the supplier, which was much less than the paid weight, I was unable to adjust it by that point.
In total, we ended up paying £[redacted] when it should have only been around £[redacted]. The strict enforcement of your policy, which appears to profit from customers unaware of the bag size rules, is concerning. Instead of offering a small fee adjustment, we were fined £40 per bag, with the threat of missing our flight.
This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and unless we can find a resolution, I may feel compelled to share my negative experience on social media platforms. The pressure exerted by five employees at Gate [redacted] to pay the additional fee was uncomfortable and seemed unnecessary. It's disappointing to see EasyJet's treatment of customers and employees in this manner.
Due to booking through a third party, the luggage size restrictions were not clearly communicated. Unlike my seamless experience with BA on the outbound trip, the return journey with EasyJet was stressful, as outlined above. I kindly ask for a refund of £80 to restore our faith in EasyJet, a company we have relied on for affordable travel over the years.

I need assistance with my flight to Venice on EJU4052. The flight times have been adjusted to arrive at 11pm, making it too late to reach the ferry for Venice and access my booked apartment. I tried calling the easyJet phone number listed on the website, 0[redacted], but it didn't work. Eventually, I contacted EasyJet through their website by going to "Help," then "Contact Us," and filling out the form under "Contact Us." I selected "General complaint" and requested a refund. After about two days, I received an email offering me a refund.

I am seeking assistance with my first booking with EasyJet. I found the online instructions confusing and may have accidentally purchased unnecessary items. My booking reference is K4ZHRTF. I aim to bring a 20”/50cm suitcase as carry-on without extra charges by selecting an extra legroom seat. It seems that I initially had an extra legroom seat, then purchased another, and additionally paid for carry-on luggage.
To clarify, I require only one seat, with no preference for its location, and have one 50cm bag (plus a purse). At 5’3”, I do not need the extra legroom but require the ability to carry on my bag.
