I made a payment on June 6, [redacted], for $[redacted].50. I noticed my tolls were marked as late, even though the fees seem to be for the correct dates. The breakdown includes $48.75 for 14 late fees and a $20.00 RMV fee, which I'm unsure about. There's also an unexplained $56 charge. I previously paid $56.75 on May 2, [redacted], and $21.05 on March 31st, so I believe my payments are current. Can you confirm if the 5/31/23 late listing is an error? I would like to start receiving bills via email in addition to paper billing. What does the non-payment fee refer to for tolls that were charged on this bill? Similarly, can you explain what the $20.00 RMV fee stands for? Thank you for your assistance, E. Arena

I am attempting to pay my bill over the phone. I was informed that there is an outstanding amount of $10.90 from [redacted] that was not processed. I suspect this may have occurred when my credit card was compromised. Each time I call, they request the [redacted] invoice number, which I do not possess. The payment is due tomorrow, and despite speaking with two representatives, I am unsure of the next steps. At 78 years old, I am not very comfortable navigating the system. Can anyone provide guidance on how to proceed with this issue?

I have applied for a pay by plate, postpaid account twice, providing accurate information, but I keep receiving an error message stating that a password is required if a username is used. I have included a password each time, yet the application has been rejected twice. Unfortunately, there is no option to go back on the website to rectify this issue. Additionally, when calling the provided telephone number, there is supposed to be a chat available option according to the recorded message, but this option does not seem to exist.

On July 15th, I rented a car from Avis in Boston and used my Maryland transponder. At the Cambridge rental location, I added the license plate to my ezpass profile for 2 days. A month later, I noticed two toll-related charges on my credit card statement, but my Maryland account wasn't billed for the tolls between July 15th-16th. I'm unsure how to resolve this with MassPort, Avis, and Maryland. I can provide scanned copies of the credit card statement and my Maryland EZPass account reflecting the addition of the rental car's license plate for two days. In the past before COVID-19, I haven't encountered such an issue. It seems that neither the license plate nor the transponder communicated with Maryland, as if my ezpass arrangement with Avis in Massachusetts wasn't recognized.

I received an additional bill for toll charges to Boston, Massachusetts. The initial amount was $12.80, which I paid on September 7, [redacted]. However, I am now being billed $17.40. Upon checking my bank records, I see the cleared check marked "FOR DEPOSIT ONLY" with an account number. I've been on hold for over 45 minutes trying to resolve this matter with no success. I would appreciate any assistance in addressing this issue. Thank you, Gloria

I recently received a letter regarding my credit card expiration date. I tried to update my information online by providing my account number and password, but I couldn't remember my username which prevented me from proceeding. I attempted to use my email but it was not recognized. I then tried my original email address, which is no longer in use. I am Bernard Nally from 5 Pineview Road, Wilmington MA [redacted], with account number [redacted] and password B17p7804. I am unsure what else I can do to update my details as there doesn't seem to be an option to make changes to customer information on the website.

I have an account with four transponders that my son set up a few years ago. He used my credit card for payment, but he is the actual account holder. My son has since moved out. I received a notification that the credit card on file has expired. I would like to update the account with the new card details, but I am unable to access the account. Is it possible to transfer the account into my name so that the account holder and the bill payer align?
