I am a Pennsylvania resident who visited Boston from April 14, [redacted], to April 17, [redacted]. I recently received an E-ZPass bill for $6.20 in April, which I found confusing as I paid all toll fees in cash during my trip to Massachusetts. Despite this, I settled the bill promptly. However, I have now received another bill for $25.70 for EZ-Pass toll charges from April 25, [redacted], to April 27, [redacted]. My vehicle has not left Pennsylvania since I returned from Boston on April 17, [redacted]. It is evident that I am being charged for tolls I did not incur during that period. I kindly request immediate resolution of this matter, including a refund of the $6.20 I previously paid, along with postage and any associated fees. Thank you. Jeanne E.

I am seeking assistance with a billing issue dating back to this summer. My son used my husband's card to cover a $4.70 charge while traveling to Massachusetts to pick up a sofa for someone in Maine. Subsequently, this charge has now ballooned to $32.50 due to accruing interest. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to reach a live representative to address this matter promptly. I am eager to resolve this as soon as possible.

I recently received a bill from Easy Pie Drive. I have a canceled check that shows I was already charged for this in the past. It seems there is an error with this secondary charge on my account, which has occurred a few times before. The invoice number is [redacted]3. I have attached a picture of the invoice that was previously paid, along with the check that was cashed by your company.

I recently received a bill for toll charges from years ago on my account, which I have paid off several times. I also paid tolls for the same vehicles at the same locations for those same months, but they did not register. I am seeking clarification on this matter and would appreciate a written explanation. Despite sending an email on Monday, attempting to call multiple times, and reaching out on chat, I have not received a satisfactory response. I have screenshots to support my claims. The email I received instructs me to call, but when I do, I am directed back to chat or email with no resolution. This pattern of communication issues appears to be common. We recently received a bill dated July 29, [redacted], with invoice number [redacted]1 showing a balance of $87.65, which has been promptly paid. However, upon recollection, when this bill was initially received months ago, I contacted a representative regarding the high amount due considering we have an EZ Pass account. The representative explained that our NYS EZ Pass account information was not on record and processed a payment back then, around $74. I am puzzled by the current outstanding balance of $87 as we have not traveled to MA since. I am seeking clarification on why this balance exists and how to obtain a refund for the duplicate payment. My payment method for this account was compromised, so I recently updated my credit card information over the phone with a helpful representative. However, I received a letter stating that payment could not be collected. After contacting EZDriveMA, I was informed that there are now two valid credit cards on the account. I am unsure why payment has not been successfully processed with the updated information.

Good morning, I recently received a message from Mary regarding the return of my transponder. I returned the transponder as it was not working to access my garage at Boston College. I had it for years and was unsure if it belonged to Boston College or the State of MA. Dear Forum Members, I am reaching out as the owner of a Honda CRV [redacted] with the license plate 2MYE20 in MA. I previously had a transponder linked to my cousin Diallo Karamba's account, but I returned it in [redacted] and asked him to deactivate it. Recently, he forwarded me some bills via WhatsApp that have left me confused. I have been receiving my toll bills at my address: [redacted] Washington Street, Roslindale, MA [redacted], so this new unexpected bill is troubling me for a few reasons: 1) Was the transponder not canceled back in [redacted]? 2) Is the transponder now linked to another vehicle under my name? 3) Has my cousin failed to settle the charges for the EZ Pass transponder that I explicitly asked him to cancel in [redacted]? I handed over the transponder to Karamba Diallo on Saturday, May 18, [redacted], at 12:15 PM at his residence and requested the cancellation of the account associated with my car. Could someone kindly provide me with the tracking details and history related to my Honda CRV [redacted], Plate#: 2MYE20 MA regarding this EZ Pass situation? I have evidence from my bank statements that my payments have not been correctly recorded. Despite paying $[redacted].15 on 5/7/[redacted], an invoice indicated a balance of $[redacted].75. This discrepancy is affecting my ability to renew my registration. I kindly request clarification on this matter and guidance on the next steps needed to resolve it promptly. I submitted an appeal form with this information over two weeks ago, but have not received any response. Hello, I am unable to access my account at the moment. I tried to reset my password, but the link provided is not functioning. I am also waiting for the delivery of my EZ-Pass. I was wondering about the status of the shipment. The email associated with my account is [redacted] Thank you, Kevin Update: After waiting on hold for an hour, I contacted support and they assisted me in resetting my account manually. Everything is working fine now. However, my EZ-Pass was not delivered, yet I was charged for it as it was marked as delivered. I now need to pay for a replacement.

I need assistance with my EZ Pass account. I recently requested to cancel one transponder after my husband's passing, but instead, the entire account was canceled without notice. Upon trying to reinstate the remaining transponders, I was sent a new one without any information on which car it should be placed in. The lack of communication and errors from the EZ Pass agency have been frustrating. It has been over a year now, and I still have a car without a working transponder. The customer service has been unhelpful, and I am struggling to resolve this issue. Thank you.

I recently traded in my Honda CRV [redacted] with plate number 1234JG. The transponder number was [redacted], but it got lost. I leased a new [redacted] Jeep Compass and kept the same plate number. I tried contacting Customer Service without success, so I went online. Initially, I removed the old car from my account and tried to add the new one. However, when I attempted to get a new transponder for the Jeep, there was an issue, and the system couldn't find any transponder associated with my account. It seems like I may need to close the old account and open a new one for the new car because of this confusion. Unfortunately, the system won't let me do so because I kept the same plate number. Hello, I am writing to seek assistance with resolving outstanding EZ Pass tickets related to my lost car. Upon visiting the Massachusetts RMV website, I discovered that I have outstanding fines preventing the renewal of my license due to these tickets. Although I have paid some fines, I encountered difficulties paying the EZ Pass tickets as they are marked as non-renewables but not showing up for payment. On February 13, [redacted], I rented a Honda SUV from Boston Airport and added it to my account. Upon realizing that some features were not working, I exchanged it for a Mitsubishi Outlander on-site without leaving the airport. I updated my account with the new vehicle but noticed only the Honda was listed, not the Mitsubishi. To avoid extra charges for tolls, I added the Mitsubishi to my account again, ensuring the EZ pass is correctly charged. Specifically, the first toll charge through the tunnel was deducted, while subsequent toll charges were not reflected in my account. I seek assistance in rectifying this discrepancy and avoiding any additional fees.

I am having trouble reaching Paybyplate of Massachusetts through their website. The site indicates there is no live chat option, and I cannot make calls to the U.S. from my service package. Sending a check in USD from a Canadian bank would be costly, exceeding the $3.30USD toll invoice. Online payment using a credit card worked seamlessly in New York, so I assumed this would be the same. Being a Canadian resident, this is my preferred method. Any suggestions or advice?

I had an account with EZDrive where money was deducted from my credit card and transferred to my EZ account. My credit card expired, resulting in two Balance Due bills: Invoice #[redacted]7 for plate # PH8859 and Invoice #[redacted]1 for plate # VS2610. I recently updated my account with the new expiration date. While traveling out of state, my transponder is not working due to an issue with my PIN. The transponder number is [redacted]2.
