On August 26, [redacted], I contacted customer service to facilitate transferring my account from my husband's to my own. A case number was provided: [redacted]28. My conversation was with Justin M. I successfully closed our old account under Christopher M. at [redacted] Mago Vista Road, Arnold, MD [redacted], and now have a new account ending in [redacted] under Dawn Eggen-Mona at the same address. Despite being informed of a refund for the old account's $50 balance after 30 days, I have not received it yet. I kindly request a check for the remaining balance from the old account. If unable to send it to my address due to the account being in my husband's name, please forward it to him at the new address provided. I look forward to prompt confirmation of the refund payment.

I live in New Jersey, not Maryland. My car was ordered from a Maryland dealer, and the driver shipping my car to NJ received three toll violations. The picture clearly shows my car on a truck, and I was sent the fees of $[redacted]. The wait time is currently [redacted] minutes for a customer representative, and I have tried multiple times to call and speak to someone because the fines are not mine; they were incurred by the shipping company driver before I even received the car. I am seeking to have the fees waived.

I have been trying to update my Easy Pass, but I am having trouble reaching someone for help. They requested my account number and password, but I seem to have an old windshield Easy Pass and have not added funds to my account as I am unsure how to do so. Being 79, I require assistance and have tried numerous times online, but it has led me to the incorrect information. The website is confusing for me to navigate.
