I reside in the UK and bought an EZPass in MD probably in [redacted]. I selected the option that replenishes $25 into my EZPass account if it goes below a certain amount. Even after leaving the USA, EZPass has been deducting payments despite not using it. I would like to end any agreement I have with EZPass and retrieve any remaining funds in my account. The last time I tried to resolve this was on December 20, [redacted], with my credit card company. Please contact me via email if more details are required to close my account. It puzzles me why funds were taken to top up my account when the EZPass has been unused since around May [redacted].
I am searching for the email or mailing address of EZ-Pass Maryland to request the closure of my account. Living in the UK makes it impossible to visit the office in person. Whenever I try to access the EZ-Pass Maryland website, I encounter a security issue blocking my access from abroad.

I am unable to access the link to pay for my transponder renewal online. Despite receiving renewal notifications, I can't find where to make the payment. In the past, I have paid online without any issues, but now that option seems to be unavailable. Phone calls result in long hold times, and the website seems to have issues causing more people to call in. My online inquiry from last week has also gone unanswered, making me question the level of customer service provided. Hopefully, I can get a timely response here regarding my renewal issue.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing in regard to mailing #[redacted][redacted] which I received from you stating that I had a toll violation. Upon contacting your office, I was assured that it was an error and that I would receive confirmation later. However, I have yet to receive any further communication regarding this matter.
I would like to clarify that I reside in Kansas and have never been to Maryland. The vehicle depicted in the photo attached to the violation notice is not mine. The car shown appears to be an SUV with a sunroof, while my car is a [redacted] Ford Taurus without a sunroof.
If necessary, I am willing to provide additional photographs for verification. I kindly request prompt assistance in resolving this issue as I am being wrongly charged $31 for an incident I did not commit in a location I have never been to.

I am having trouble accessing your website. I received a Notice of Toll Due (NOTD) even though I believed I had an account. I created a new account and set up autopay, entering my credit card information again. I have corrected all my information except for my phone number. The option to edit it flashes and disappears. I am unsure if the NOTD and two recent tolls will be processed correctly. I attempted to call customer service but was disconnected twice from the automated system. I closed my account on 11/03/[redacted] when I moved to Pennsylvania after buying another EZ Pass on 10/28/[redacted]. They said closing might take 28 days to avoid new charges. At closure, my balance was $25.90. I got a letter saying I need to pay the balance to close the account, but I can't access it online anymore to check for any extra charges post-closure.

I recently received a bill from Maryland's E-ZPass for $84.00 regarding 5 video toll transactions. The transaction numbers are B[redacted][redacted]1 to [redacted]. Despite living in Chesapeake, Virginia, I have not been to Maryland in 40 years. The license plate number they provided matches mine (T11), which is registered to a [redacted] Ford pickup that has not left Chesapeake this year. The photos I received were not of my vehicle, and my license plate was not visible in any of them. The toll transactions occurred in Baltimore City, specifically in the I-95 Fort McHenry Tunnel. I want to clarify that I do not have an E-ZPass in Maryland; my E-ZPass is registered in Virginia. My account number with Maryland's E-ZPass is [redacted].

I received a payment notice from EZ Pass addressed to my deceased father, Norman S., regarding a Honda minivan he never owned. This is concerning as he passed away in July [redacted] and the last vehicle he owned was totaled in [redacted]. The mailing number on the notice is B[redacted][redacted]. I suspect his name is being used fraudulently. Kindly assist in rectifying this issue.
