Dear Sir or Madam, I am very interested in working at Duolingo. I spend a lot of time learning and working on Duolingo, and it is very stressful. I'm learning Duolingo in two languages, English and German, and I'm very interested and intelligent. Additionally, I have achieved many successes. I am requesting my money and prizes that I have not yet received. I would like to have the money as soon as possible. Due to limited storage on my phone, I had to delete the Duolingo app which led me to use the web version to maintain my streak. However, my phone's slow performance and my forgetfulness made it challenging to keep up. Despite purchasing streak freezes, I lost my streak unexpectedly. When attempting to regain it using gems on the website, the option didn't appear. My streak was around [redacted], and even though I haven't been consistent lately, I value it greatly and am committed to improving. I would appreciate it if my streak could be restored. I am experiencing difficulty signing into my old Super Duolingo account. When I attempt to log in, a message immediately appears saying "We couldn’t log you in. Try signing in again later." Resetting the password via email is also not working as I do not receive any emails for this account. The app does not respond to password entries and constantly displays the same error message. This is frustrating as I have a subscription that I have paid for and cannot access. Other users seem to be facing the same problem, with no resolution from Duolingo. I am unsure about the cause of this issue.

Hello! I forgot to cancel my subscription, and I was charged annually on November 4th, [redacted], for Super Duolingo. I have another Duolingo account that I use, so I completely forgot about this account. Is it possible to get a refund for the $[redacted].96CAD charge? Hello, I took advantage of the two-week free trial. It was stated that I would be notified two days before the trial expired to cancel the subscription. I didn't receive any notification, not even via email, and I forgot about it. This morning I found the charge of 89.99 euros. I immediately proceeded to cancel the subscription since I do not urgently need SuperDuoLingo for a year. I request a refund, please.

I recently purchased a Duolingo family plan, and my son Aaron is eager to join us. However, he's facing some frustration as the platform won't allow him to update his email address, and it keeps reverting to an old incorrect one from a previous account. I have been eagerly awaiting the Music course and have successfully accessed it on my phone; however, it is not available on my iPad. In the first lesson, the task is to "Play the note C." There are two keys, C and D, and when I touch C, the note is played. The issue arises when trying to advance to the next page, as there is no clear way to do so. Despite pressing the keys multiple times, the page sometimes moves forward, but I find myself stuck as the instruction to "Play the note C" persists. There are four keys labeled C with sound indicators on top and two keys marked C and D at the bottom on the next page, but pressing the C key does not allow me to proceed. I would appreciate it if someone could explore this issue and provide guidance on how to progress through the course. Thank you for your assistance.

I tried the free trial of Duolingo on the app. However, the billing reminder was sent to the address [redacted], which I have lost access to due to forgetting the password. Last week, I was locked out of my Duolingo account, and despite reaching out to the help center, I have not been able to regain access. With a [redacted]-day streak and being in the diamond league, I am quite frustrated by the lack of customer support available. I have submitted numerous bug reports, but the issue persists. When attempting to use the "forgot password" option, an unknown error message appears, preventing me from proceeding. How can I resolve this situation?

Hello, I recently purchased a subscription for Duolingo and have been enjoying using it so far. However, there are a few minor issues with the application that I find quite bothersome. One of the most pressing concerns for me is the loud and annoying sounds like "tada" and "ding," which contrast greatly with the voice sound levels. Typically, in an application, it would be beneficial to have the option to customize sounds using toggles, sliders, or even different sound choices. I have been a loyal Duolingo subscriber for three years now. Recently, I have been experiencing issues with completing tests in my lessons. Despite reaching out to Duolingo support multiple times via email yesterday, the problem persists. I have only received automated responses acknowledging my issue, but it remains unresolved. As a paying customer, I expect better customer service. I am eager to speak with a representative to ensure that this technical problem is addressed promptly.

I initially declined the Duolingo Plus subscription because it was too expensive. (I have sent you two emails). You have just deducted 94.99 euros from my bank account, and I incurred 2.73 euros in bank fees. How could you do this when I clearly stated that I couldn't afford it? I have just canceled the subscription again. Could you please show honesty and refund me? I am 76 years old and struggle with your system, which, as I "understand," does not consider any refunds. This is catastrophic for me. I hope for your understanding, and I will try to send this same email to other places.

I am currently learning Japanese on the platform and signed up for the Super Duolingo subscription using a student promo code, which was supposed to provide me with a 2-month trial without any charges. Despite setting up a notification to remind me two days before the trial period ends, I did not receive any notification. As a result, I was unexpectedly charged €94.99 on November 13, which was not my intention as I couldn't take necessary action to prevent this charge due to the lack of notification.
