Hello, I recently noticed a charge on my account for a yearly Duolingo subscription that I wasn't anticipating. According to your website, I may be eligible for a refund if it's within 48 hours of the transaction. The issue is, when I check my Google account for subscriptions to manage, it's indicating that I don't have any subscription to request a refund for. I believe I made the purchase through my Google account, so I'm a bit confused on how to proceed with requesting a refund. It's a significant amount of money, and I would greatly appreciate assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

After much consideration, I finally provided my credit card details to Duolingo. I have been dedicated to learning Spanish daily for nearly a month and wanted to explore their offerings. Unfortunately, I tried a feature that resulted in a charge of $[redacted].59 on my CitiCard, which I didn't anticipate. I've been attempting to cancel the service but have been unsuccessful in reaching Duolingo for assistance. I've already disputed the charge with CitiBank, but I now need to figure out how to cancel my subscription directly with Duolingo to prevent further charges. I prefer not to cancel my credit card altogether due to other automated payments linked to it. Any guidance on stopping the charges from Duolingo and reversing any unauthorized transactions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Donna Hutson.

I signed up for the free trial on DUOLINGO and accidentally missed the cancellation deadline on the 30th, which led to a £60 charge. I am disappointed because it wasn't clear that I needed to cancel before the 30th. I haven't even used the super DUOLINGO features and my main goal was just to improve my Spanish for class. My request is for a refund and to cancel my super subscription as I can't afford it. This situation has left me feeling anxious and upset due to the unexpected charge.

Yesterday around noon, I noticed that [redacted] yuan was deducted from my account without prior notification. I have since realized that I unknowingly signed up for a package I no longer require. Hello, Out of curiosity, I tried Duolingo during a free trial period. Unfortunately, I did not receive any notification beforehand to cancel the subscription, even though the app stated that a message would be sent two days in advance for cancellation. According to the Consumer Code, in the event of automatic renewal of your subscription contract, if the professional did not inform you at least 2 days before the renewal was due, you have the right to cancel without notice or penalty fees - article L. [redacted]-1 of the Consumer Code. As a current lawyer, I will not hesitate to file a complaint against your platform if no refund is issued on your part. Sincerely, Audrey G.

I haven't encountered any major issues with Duolingo. Before the recent changes, I was able to click on a specific word to listen to its pronunciation. However, this feature appears to have been removed, as I can now only listen to the pronunciation within a full sentence. As someone with a slight hearing impairment, being able to hear individual words was incredibly beneficial. I am struggling with pronouncing the new German words "herzlichen Gluckwunsch" correctly, which is hindering my progress. Can the feature be reverted to allow users to click on words for pronunciation? Despite this obstacle, I appreciate Duolingo as a platform to learn German. I understand there may be a delay in response due to the volume of inquiries. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Bonjour. C'est important pour moi de suivre mes cours quotidiens sur Duolingo. Même si je voyage fréquemment, il y a des moments où je n'ai pas d'accès à internet pendant un ou deux jours. J'espère ne pas être pénalisée pour cela. En plus de mes cours d'anglais, je dois apprendre les bases de l'allemand avant juillet pour mon séjour à Göttingen. Je souhaiterais progresser à mon rythme sans être réprimandée si je ne suis pas très régulière. Aussi, lorsqu'on me demande de choisir entre deux mots pendant les leçons, il serait utile d'avoir les traductions. Merci pour votre attention et vos précieuses leçons.

Hello, I recently discovered a charge of 94.99€ from Duolingo on my bank account. After investigating, I found out it was for a one-year subscription that my 11-year-old son accidentally activated on the app. I have already cancelled the subscription as I do not wish to keep it. I have tried multiple times, but I keep getting the same results - "invalid test." I need to know exactly why this is happening. Could you also provide some suggestions for my next attempt? I am a bit on the heavier side, and the Duolingo team keeps saying that my hands and shoulders are not fully visible in the video. The video recording interface is also very small. I am eagerly awaiting your response so I can make my next attempt. Please help me as soon as possible. Thank you.

I tried the free trial for Super Duolingo, which was set to expire today. When I went to cancel it today because I didn't want to start paying for the Super Duolingo subscription and wanted to go back to using the free mode (not Super), I noticed that I had already been charged for an annual Super Duolingo subscription (€89.99). Additionally, when I started the free trial, I never selected the "annual" option, so I don't understand why that specific amount was charged since I didn't choose that option among the many available. If I had been charged for a monthly subscription, I would have overlooked it, canceled for the next month, and accepted to pay for a month of Super Duolingo, but honestly, almost 90 euros is a lot, and I would like to know if a refund is possible.

Hello, I am experiencing issues with my App Store downloads. I initiated a Duolingo Super trial subscription two weeks ago and canceled it before it expired. However, now whenever I try to download any app from the App Store, it prompts me for billing details and immediately attempts to charge my card. This situation is preventing me from downloading new apps without requiring payment for a subscription I no longer wish to maintain. After reaching out to Apple Support, I was informed that I must pay for the subscription to access the App Store. I am seeking assistance to cancel the unwanted Duolingo Super Subscription so that I can resume using the App Store without any hindrances and download other applications.

When I signed up for the 2-week free trial, it was promised that I would receive a reminder and notification 2 days before renewal to allow for cancellation. After having had [redacted] continuous days of progress and undergoing surgery, my streak was reset and I found myself starting over. Despite feeling upset about the setback, I continued to move forward. Currently on day 10, I was studying unit 58 before being unexpectedly pushed back to unit 44 upon logging in today. This is frustrating as I had already surpassed that point. I am disappointed that my hard work of over a year was erased, and I feel undervalued being sent so far back in my studies. I am considering switching to BABBLE unless my progress can be restored to where it was pre-surgery. I will not engage with any further units until this matter is addressed.

I tried to upgrade to Duo Lingo Plus using my Visa card, but I couldn't remember my password, despite using the app for over five years. Hello, I recently submitted a bug report to your team regarding an issue with a refund. I have not received any confirmation of the refund being processed. I was surprised to see that [redacted] yuan was automatically deducted from my Alipay account without my knowledge. Upon investigating, I discovered it was related to the Doulinggo App. I reported this issue to you promptly after noticing it.
