I last used the card a year ago, and you had it on file, so I'm puzzled why it's an issue now. Moreover, I'm locked out of my account because I can't recall my password, and the system won't let me reset it. If resolving these issues is difficult, please refund the $[redacted] to my card. Additionally, I unintentionally deposited $25 into a fantasy account instead of the regular one. I feel I am owed $[redacted], but I'm open to learning how to navigate this app correctly.

I'm having trouble resetting my password. Every time I attempt to do so, I receive a message saying that an email with the reset link has been sent to my correct email address, [redacted] However, I never receive the email. Consequently, I am unable to access my account, which holds a balance exceeding $[redacted]. I urgently require this issue to be resolved promptly so that I can place bets on the upcoming Sunday Night Football game between the Cowboys and Giants. Additionally, to note, my spam and junk folders are empty.

Hello, my name is Hollie Wickline. I have been a customer of DraftKings for a while and play almost daily. Recently, I won $[redacted].00 and tried to withdraw the money, but my account got restricted right after. I was informed it was due to too many failed deposit attempts caused by forgetting to activate my card. Although I provided all required verification documents, it has been 5 days, and my account remains restricted without any updates on my winnings. I feel misled by the app's claims of fast withdrawals, as it has not been the case for me. I enjoy playing on the platform but being in the dark about my winnings is frustrating. I'm having trouble receiving assistance from you. What use is a biometric sign-in feature if only I can access it? My phone isn't accepting text messages from unrecognized numbers, leaving me unable to access my account to place bets or receive my winnings, including the $[redacted] in bets owed to me. I don't see why you can't email me the code instead, as this process is frustrating me as it seems you don't have a solution.

I am unable to access my Draft Kings account as I have forgotten the password for the email [redacted] The account used to be saved on my phone but is now requesting a code sent to my old phone number [redacted], which I no longer have. I have been using my Chime card to place bets and recently added money. My new email is [redacted] and my new phone number is [redacted]. I urgently need assistance as I have currently placed bets worth $30 and spent $33 a couple of hours ago. I am hoping to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you for your help. I encountered issues with DraftKings while placing live bets on football games. Despite winning, the site delayed my payments. I am requesting to reopen my account, which has been closed for 2 days. Even though I entered the correct password on the last attempt, the account was closed. I understand that you may not have my new email on record as my old one has been deleted from my phone. I am unsure what steps I should take next. It seems I cannot open a new account with my current email, and there is no phone number available to call for assistance. I have not received any helpful responses to my emails, which is frustrating.

I encountered an issue with Draft Kings while playing. I was able to deposit money without any problem, but when I tried to withdraw money, it asked for verification and sent a code to a phone number that I no longer have access to. I am unable to log in to change the phone number. I feel frustrated as it seems like a scam to let you deposit money and play, but when you attempt to withdraw winnings, you face account lockouts. It's disappointing.

I placed a bet through DraftKings about a year ago and won. However, my account got locked because I used my girlfriend's card with her address back then. I have been communicating via email with 10 different individuals, but I keep receiving conflicting information. I provided documents for both my proof of address and my girlfriend's. I also admitted to using someone else's card as advised. I am reaching out for assistance in resolving this matter so that I can receive my winnings. It has been nearly a year, and I have completed all the requested steps.

My account got locked due to a duplicate profile with the same details. I'm unsure if I created two accounts by mistake but I'd like to remove the extra one to unlock the locked account, so I can resume using the app. I want to clarify that I have memory problems from past head injuries, and I didn't intentionally create two accounts. Deleting the extra account will help resolve this matter and prevent any further inconvenience, especially since it has also affected my bank account, which cannot remain locked. Your assistance in resolving this issue is greatly appreciated.

On 10/26/23, my account got locked, and I am worried about not being able to access it. I provided all the necessary documents over four days ago as requested. I've been trying to withdraw from Draftkings and my withdrawals got cancelled without any explanation on the same day. Hello, I visited Foxwoods today and encountered a woman promoting Draftkings. She mentioned I had an outstanding $25 gift but faced difficulty accessing my account due to an outdated phone number. With her assistance, she connected me with her Supervisor to update my information. After being assured it would take a few hours, I returned home and still cannot log in. I suspect the verification code is being sent to my old number. Even though the woman assured me the Supervisor was handling it, I remain concerned as there have been no changes yet. She took down all my details and even had me input them into her phone for the Supervisor to update my number. I appreciate any help in resolving this issue. Thank you.

However, I am having issues withdrawing funds to my Venmo account. Unfortunately, I only have my retirement card which does not support transactions on your platform. I've been trying to get in touch with you for a while now, but haven't heard back. I'm really frustrated with the lack of communication and the fact that my account has been locked without any explanation. Please allow me to access my account to withdraw my funds. My account has been locked since 1/18/24. I am 70 years old and have major health problems. I have $[redacted] in my account, and they are demanding bank info for the credit cards I used for playing. I have already sent pictures of the cards and myself holding my driver's license, but they are requesting bank downloads, which I don't know how to do. I live in PA and reached out to the gaming commissioner in Harrisburg, who advised me to provide the bank info. However, I am unable to do so as I have no one to assist me. They only have a voicemail option, where I can leave a 2-minute message. I have sent dozens of emails explaining my situation, but they seem indifferent to my circumstances.
