I have been waiting for over a month for my PF transfer request to be processed. The Domino's team did not provide a clear NCP date, causing delays in resolving the issue. They keep saying it will be resolved within 15-20 days, but that timeframe has passed. I urge for a prompt resolution. If more time is needed, please provide regular updates on the progress. On Sunday, July 16, I ordered two pizzas for a party at my house. Unfortunately, one of the pizzas, which was meant for the kids and had cheese only, was burnt. The following day, when I called to return the pizza since no one had eaten it, I was informed that replacements needed to be requested on the same day. Due to the party, I couldn't call earlier. They stated they couldn't replace the pizza. I usually enjoy ordering from the location at [redacted] US-90 Ste B, Boutte, LA [redacted]. I'm requesting a replacement cheese pizza for the burnt one I purchased. Thank you!

Last week, I ordered a pizza and a steak sandwich. The pizza was decent, but the steak sandwich was disappointing. Despite requesting no pepper or onions but with sauce, it was made completely wrong. When I contacted the restaurant to exchange it, they insisted I throw it away and issued a credit. Tonight, when I tried to use the credit for a pizza, they demanded I use it for another steak sandwich. Given the previous bad experience, I declined. The manager was impolite and uncooperative, even when discussing the delivery fee which I had already paid on the prior incorrect order. Despite intending to tip the driver, the manager insisted on the fee, displaying unacceptable customer service with a consistently rude attitude throughout the conversation.

Delay in Receiving Food Order (Order Number [redacted]) I am Maimon, my contact number is [redacted]. I placed an order with Domino's Pizza, Gunung Rapat through Food Panda. The order was made at 6:55 pm on 28/7/23. I waited for too long. It wasn't until 8:45 pm that I received the order, and the food was already cold. I am very disappointed to receive my food so late and cold for breaking my fast. I request an explanation and compensation. I am not sure if the issue lies with Domino's Pizza or Food Panda. I feel extremely let down and disadvantaged by this experience.

I tried to call for pizza last night but no one answered after waiting over 30 minutes. So, I decided to place the order online. After two hours, I called back and spoke to the manager. I explained the long wait, and she mentioned there was a 3-hour wait time. I pointed out it didn't state that when I ordered and said I wouldn't have placed the order if I knew. When asked if I still wanted the order, I mentioned having five kids with me. Despite explaining I'm 64 years old, with mobility issues, and the kids weren't mine, the manager was still rude. Unfortunately, the pizza I received was burnt. This incident occurred at Domino's on Highway 72 in Madison, Alabama. The lady I spoke with, whose name is available on the website when ordering, was involved in the conversation.

I ordered a bunch of wings for a party, but they arrived late and cold on the inside, appearing super soggy and undercooked. It was very disappointing and unappetizing. I'm concerned about the safety of eating these wings as some of them were completely cold and raw. Additionally, the buffalo and BBQ wings had no sauce on them. This experience has been utterly disgusting and frustrating. I am requesting a refund as this service was unprofessional and did not meet the value I paid for.

My order at Domino's was incorrect as they included items I did not request and cut the pizza into small slices despite my instructions. I contacted the corporate number provided by the store, but it turned out to be the store number for the Orange location. I had to send my son back to the store for the correct order, but it was still not prepared properly. The manager at the Orange store was unhelpful and unsympathetic, claiming she couldn't assist without the name of the person I spoke to earlier. Despite explaining that I had spoken to a manager, she was dismissive. The customer service experience at Domino's was disappointing overall, with staff displaying poor attitudes. I tried reaching out to corporate, but only encountered automated responses. The lack of accountability and customer care is discouraging. Stephanie at the Orange store was particularly unhelpful and sided with the Grove store, neglecting my concerns. I have decided not to order from Domino's again due to this negative experience.

To whom it may concern, I recently spoke with an employee at Domino's Pizza in Blytheville, Arkansas [redacted] regarding a delivery issue. I explained that my order was mistakenly delivered to my neighbors instead of to me. When I asked for assistance, the manager, Randy, became agitated and refused to help without the phone number the order was placed under, which I was unsure of due to my wife ordering the pizza. The employee was unprofessional, rude, and used inappropriate language, even after I requested his last name. I called back, and Randy continued to be disrespectful and even cursed at me, telling me to stop calling the store. This treatment is unacceptable, and I believe this behavior reflects poorly on Domino's Pizza. I am not willing to place another order at this location as long as Randy is employed there. I placed an online pizza order on 08/20/[redacted], but it was delivered upside down. I requested a redelivery, which took an additional 2 hours. Unfortunately, the replacement pizza arrived cold. The local Domino's store I ordered from is located at [redacted] Cumberland Street, Lebanon, PA [redacted], and they advised me to contact the Domino's corporate office for a refund or compensation. Last night, I placed an order with my local Domino's, but unfortunately, it took nearly 2 hours for the delivery to arrive, and they forgot my 2-liter drink. This situation occurs frequently, and typically, they provide me with free pizza reward points as compensation for the long wait times. Despite the delivery driver being on the road for about an hour before reaching me, even though the store is only 8 minutes away, I am disappointed with the service. I am hoping for either a refund, the missing item delivered, or some form of compensation like a free pizza, a different coupon, or store credit. Last time I was offered store credit, I couldn't use it within the 30-day validity period as the specific store location didn't answer the phone despite my repeated attempts to contact them.

On August 28 in the evening, I placed an order for a free pizza from Domino’s. They required me to pay $2.19 for it. I opted for curbside delivery at the store. Despite waiting 45 minutes due to their busy schedule and short staff, my pizza was not ready even though the tracker indicated it was. The employee mentioned it would take an additional hour and 45 minutes, which I couldn’t wait for after waiting already for an hour and 25 minutes. Unfortunately, I had to leave without receiving my pizza or a refund. I’ve been attempting to contact the manager daily, but haven’t received a response. I am disappointed because it has been four days past due, and they claim it's too late for a refund or a replacement pizza.

I placed an order a week ago, but it arrived incorrectly. Despite the store being closed when I noticed the issue, I tried to reach out but had poor communication with the store manager. I contacted Domino's through their app, and they assured me I would receive a refund for the order. They provided a reference number. We purchased a Domino's gift voucher for Rs.[redacted] ([redacted] X 3 & [redacted] X 3) through Amazon with order no. [redacted]-[redacted] on 17-09-[redacted] for our employees. However, when they tried to use the vouchers online, an error message showed up stating "Either card number or card pin is incorrect" for all vouchers. We contacted customer care, as advised, and were told to email guestcaredominos. We sent a detailed email on 1st September with valid voucher ID numbers. Even though they assured us they would address the issue promptly, we have not received a positive response or solution despite numerous reminders. Today, on 13th September, when calling Customer Care, the automated message directed me to press option 2 to register a complaint. Unfortunately, pressing 2 led back to option 1 for order status, mentioning no recent orders and disconnecting the call. It has been almost a month, and we are still awaiting a solution. We kindly request contact information for a responsible person or assistance in obtaining a refund or valid vouchers with the correct ID numbers.

I received an offer from Domino's for two free 12-inch pizzas due to a late delivery, but encountered a problem redeeming them as I had to purchase a costly pizza along with the free ones. Being 74 years old, I cannot consume three pizzas and the issue remains unresolved despite stating my case number #[redacted]. A similar situation occurred with a free two-topping pizza offer, where I had to buy another pizza to avail of the free one. It seems the free offers are not truly free. Attempts to reach out to Domino's customer service via the provided phone numbers have been unsuccessful, without being able to speak directly with them.

Last night, I ordered my usual specialty pizza with thin crust, spinach, and feta, along with parmesan bites. However, it seems they mistakenly put ranch instead of garlic Parmesan on the pizza. I tried calling the store to address the issue, but they did not pick up. I couldn't eat the pizza and only had the bites for dinner around 1:30 in the morning. I believe I am entitled to a full refund of over $27 for the meal and would like to receive the correct specialty pizza on another occasion. Offering a free medium pizza with two toppings as compensation will not suffice.

To the concerned party: I'm reaching out as a loyal Domino's customer to express my disappointment and seek a resolution. On September 10th, I placed an order and opted for carside delivery. Despite the timer starting and workers visible inside, no one brought out my food. Following this, I received an email stating I'd get a free pizza due to the wait, which was helpful as a single mother of two special needs boys. However, when I recently tried to use the coupon, I was informed it had expired after 7 days. I would appreciate any assistance in addressing this issue.

I have been trying to resolve my issue for more than a month now. My order was incorrect; missing pasta, boneless wings instead of traditional, overcooked and dry, and pizzas that were wrong and inedible. The store initially said they would remake the order if I brought my receipt, but upon doing so, they claimed they couldn't help. After reaching out, I received an email stating the locally owned location would contact me, but it's been over a month with no response. I hope you can assist me with this matter.

I made an order at 8:03 pm CST. By 9:40 pm CST, my order was wrongly marked as completed. When I contacted my local Domino’s at 9:43 pm CST, I was informed that my driver was nearby and would arrive in under a minute. After calling them again at 10:00 pm CST, they explained that the driver had trouble entering my address into the GPS and had to stop for gas. The delivery eventually reached me by 10:15 pm CST, but it was cold. I am requesting a complete refund for this order.
