I have recently ordered two pizzas from this store, one a couple of weeks ago and the other one today. I usually order similar toppings each time, sometimes more or less depending on my budget. However, on both occasions, the toppings tasted dry, burnt, and had a dull taste that almost made me feel nauseous. Last time, it even gave me bad diarrhea, and I fear it might happen again this time. I typically order lunch from this store for special occasions at work, but the decline in quality and how it affects my health is making me consider stopping altogether. I want to address this ongoing issue and find a resolution soon.

Yesterday, I placed an order for delivery from your Capitol Heights location, and it turned out to be the most frustrating customer experience I've ever had. The pizza delivery took nearly 3 hours, and when the driver finally arrived, he remained in his vehicle, claiming they don't have to come to the door, which contradicts Dominos' slogan "Get the Door, It's Dominos!" Despite the paid label on my pizza box, the driver asked for $4.23, insisting my food wasn't paid for. When I explained about the online payment and my rewards, the driver accused me of theft and threatened to involve the police. After contacting the store to confirm my payment, I returned to the driver to explain, but he sped off without listening. I demand apologies from the store and corporate, a replacement pizza, and request the termination of the driver, Clifton, from the Capitol Heights location. His behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and tarnished the Dominos reputation.

I ordered a pizza, but when the delivery person arrived, he asked me to come down because he was on the 3rd floor of an apartment building alone with 2 babies. I explained I couldn't leave, so he threatened to return the pizza. I had to find a neighbor to watch my babies while I went downstairs. I questioned the delivery method, mentioning scenarios where someone might not be able to come down. The individual became aggressive, speaking a language I didn't understand. I contacted the store to express my concerns, and the employee responded rudely, asking what I wanted them to do. I requested to speak to the manager, and after being placed on hold for 15 minutes, I am still waiting.

I ordered 3 pizzas and spinach breadsticks with 3 garlic sauces for delivery. Sadly, the order arrived missing the 3 garlic sauces. When I called to inform them, I spoke with Madison who claimed to be the manager. She insisted I would have to pay for the missing items and wait an hour and a half for delivery. I expressed my disappointment and explained it wasn't my fault their employee likely forgot the sauces. Madison's response was unsatisfactory, and her customer service was poor. I decided to visit the store to address the issue in person. However, things escalated when Madison pushed my breadsticks off the counter and called the police. I am disappointed with how she handled the situation and feel mistreated. This experience has tainted my long-standing patronage at Domino's, and I feel compelled to take my business elsewhere.

I placed an order over the phone at 11:30 AM for Domino's in Blackshear, Georgia, and by 12:40 PM, I still hadn't received my pizza. I had to wait 45 minutes in the store, witnessing numerous large deliveries and customers with big orders. When I asked for a refund, there was no apology or explanation provided. It seemed evident that our pizza had been given to someone else as it wasn't even started. We suspect it was mistakenly given out for delivery at least twice. This was the worst service experience we've had at any pizza place. Very disappointed with the service received.

I recently had a frustrating experience with an online order. I checked my account and saw three pizzas ordered, but the tracker wasn't working. After waiting and calling to place the order by phone, I was told they never received my online order. When reordering by phone, I was informed the price wouldn't be the same as online. It was disappointing to encounter this issue, especially since I am a frequent customer. The phone representative lacked good customer service skills, leading me to reconsider ordering from them again. Mistakes can happen, but it would have been appreciated if the employee had offered some assistance in this situation.

I had an incident at a Domino’s Pizza store located at [redacted] Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD [redacted]. I visited with my family on Sunday, November 25, between 1:00 and 2:00 pm. There was a young man around 16 to 18 years old and an older gentleman about 50 years old. When we asked about pizza specials, the young man mentioned we could either inquire or purchase. I placed my order and returned in 30 minutes. Upon my return, I asked for some cheese and chili packets, typically complimentary as I frequently buy pizza for my two daughters. However, the young man stated they were priced at one dollar each, which was unexpected. Additionally, upon checking my order, I received a pizza of very poor quality, not the one I had requested. I hope this issue is addressed appropriately, as it could happen to someone else. My name is Jose Batres and my wife is Marlene Diaz. We are in your records. Please take action. Thank you. I also received unwelcome rudeness from them.

I visited the Domino's in Danville, Pennsylvania. I placed my order at 5:02, and I was informed it would be ready in 10 minutes. However, I ended up waiting in the store for over 30 minutes. The employee seemed to ignore me completely, not acknowledging my presence as I waited to ask about my pizza. It was only when the girl who took my order returned from a delivery that I finally received my food. She was polite and apologized for the delay, which I appreciated. I understand they're busy, but the discrepancy between the promised time and the actual wait left me dissatisfied. It would be beneficial for them to be more careful with their time estimates. Basic manners and acknowledging customers are essential in customer service. It'd be great if they could improve in this area. Additionally, the timestamp on the receipt sticker on the box was cut off, making it unreadable.

I ordered a pizza for my family from the Gladstone store last night, located at [redacted] N Oak Trwy, MO [redacted]. Sadly, after waiting for 2.5 hours, the pizza never arrived, and there was no response from the store. Upon contacting another Dominos on Antioch Rd, I discovered that everyone at the North Oak location had walked out and quit. This left my family, including my kids, very disappointed. Today, I spoke with Brent, the GM of the store. Although he refunded my payment, he did so without apologizing and was quite unprofessional. No future discounts or free pizzas were offered to make up for the inconvenience of waiting late into the night for our meal that never came, resulting in hungry kids and adults. Brent's behavior upset me further. I am seeking assistance to ensure my family of six can enjoy Domino's Pizza in the future without such issues. Brent's rudeness when I requested contact information for corporate or a district manager only added to my frustration.

I have been having numerous issues with Domino's. Every time I place an order, it never comes the way I requested. Despite mentioning garlic sauce, it's never included. Most recently, I ordered at 3:30 pm, but the driver went to the wrong address due to a mix-up when the order was placed over the phone. After several calls and a long delay, the manager apologized and offered a free replacement order, but it took six hours to arrive. The repeated mistakes and poor customer service have been frustrating. I have only stuck with Domino's for their garlic sauce and bread bites, but after this experience, I am considering taking my business elsewhere. The lack of attention to detail and disrespectful service calls for immediate improvement if the company wants to retain me as a loyal customer.

I ordered a pizza on November 27th from the Miami store for R.M. at [redacted] MacArthur Causeway. The driver never showed up after waiting for 50 minutes in the cold. When I called, they hung up on me. The store was rude when I contacted them about the missing order. They said the pizza would be redelivered without any concern for the delay or my inconvenience. I asked for compensation as I had been waiting for over an hour and a half by then. The operator refused and canceled my order, insisting I wouldn't get the pizza. I insisted on receiving the pizza after a two-hour wait, but she abruptly ended the call mid-conversation. Another driver eventually arrived with a reheated and burnt pizza, blaming the previous female driver for the mishap. It was the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

I placed an order for a pizza and two orders of breadsticks from Domino's Pizza on White Street in Rock Hill, SC [redacted]. After being notified that my food was ready by Ashley, I went to pick it up. Upon arrival, I introduced myself as Chris and mentioned I was there to pick up my online order. Ashley informed me that my food wasn't ready yet, despite the online tracker stating otherwise. When I questioned this discrepancy, Ashley rudely told me they weren't ready and eventually asked me to leave the store, throwing my food in the garbage. Several customers witnessed the incident and expressed their dissatisfaction before leaving. I want to clarify that I do not know Ashley personally.

Today, on 11/29, I entered store #[redacted] to place an order for two orders of parmesan garlic twists. Despite being one of multiple customers waiting, it took 8 minutes for a staff member to take my order. The employee at the counter seemed preoccupied with folding boxes and labeling them, so after a few minutes, I asked for assistance. It took another employee 3 minutes to come over and take my order after being prompted. I paid by card and waited. Although the screen indicated my order was ready at 7:35, my inquiries to the cashier at 7:45 were dismissed. I requested a refund after waiting for 45 minutes with no acknowledgment, apology, or sense of urgency displayed. The service at this Dominos location, [redacted], has been consistently problematic with orders being delayed or incorrect. The staff seem more focused on chatting and not on serving customers promptly. This experience was frustrating, and I believe improvements are necessary to provide better service to customers.

I work as a Terminal Manager for USXpress in Jacksonville, Florida, and I need assistance obtaining a receipt for a pizza order placed on November 21, [redacted], delivered to [redacted] Florida Mining Blvd., Jacksonville, FL. The pizzas were ordered by Nancy Oglesby from HR while Dana Rhatigan was on vacation. Due to being on light duty from a recent accident, I signed for the pizza delivery. However, there was an issue with the tip, and the delivery person took back the receipts, leaving me unable to provide a receipt for the 25 pizzas ordered. I've been in contact with James at [redacted] from Dominos to try to obtain the receipt and was told to speak to his manager William. My Terminal Manager is asking for the receipt, and I need help to ensure we don't end up paying for the pizzas out of pocket. Any assistance in securing the receipt would be greatly appreciated. You can reach me, Sheri Sawyer, at [redacted] or [redacted] for any further information. Thank you.

On September 14, [redacted], a car accident occurred in front of my house in Morehead, KY, involving a Domino's car driven by Hunter B. It was a single-vehicle accident where he hit a tree in my front yard. Upon receiving the accident report, I awaited contact. When I reached out to the insurance listed on the report, I discovered there was no insurance in effect. I contacted the Domino's store to speak with the driver, but he was no longer employed there. The manager mentioned the district manager would follow up, but no one did. On November 28, [redacted], I called again, and another manager assured me the district manager would call as I require an estimate for the damage/tree replacement. I believe Domino's should be accountable if a driver is hired without insurance coverage. Please reach me at [redacted]. Thank you.

My nephew waited outside for his pizza delivery for two hours. Despite calling several times, the company claimed the pizza had been delivered to the wrong address. They insisted a girl had taken it, which was untrue as he waited in front of my house. Their story changed, saying the driver had knocked on our door, which didn't happen. They proposed another hour and a half to prepare a new pizza, or one hour if we picked it up ourselves. This meant a total wait time of almost 4 hours for a prepaid pizza. When we requested a refund, they mentioned it would take a week since the payment was made with a card. I tried speaking with a manager, but they refused to come to the phone. I've been a loyal customer at the Domino's on Memorial Drive, but the poor service has pushed me to cease future business with them. I intend to share this negative experience with everyone I know, as the only store in Lancaster, Ohio, will no longer receive my family's patronage.

I placed an online order at 5:32pm on 11-30-18 at the Domino's on Sunnyvale Drive in Dallas, TX. I received an estimated delivery time of 51 to 60 mins but called at 7:10 and was told there would be an additional 2-hour delay due to using a 50% off coupon. When I called again at 10pm, I was informed that if I hadn't received my order by then, I wouldn't be getting it. Talking to the manager did not help much, as I was told my credit card needed to be present with my ID for delivery which frustrated me. As a hardworking single mother, I expected better customer service and was disappointed by the experience. I spent nearly $30 and waited 6 hours for the order. I hope this issue can be resolved to prevent others from going through what my kids and I did tonight.

I contacted Domino's Pizza in Sunnyside, Clackamas, Oregon at 11:00 pm on Saturday, December 1, [redacted]. I ordered the special which included 2 Pepperoni Pizzas and a 2-liter bottle of Diet Coke, paying with my card. The person I spoke to informed me the delivery would take 45 minutes to an hour. However, by midnight, I had not received the pizza. After inquiring, they stated the driver couldn't deliver it. Despite providing my phone number, I continued to wait until 12:39 am for an update, only to be falsely told the pizza was on its way. Subsequent calls were met with hang-ups, adding to my frustration due to hunger and a tough day. I've encountered this issue before and believe better training, especially for drivers, is essential for the staff at this Domino's location. I seek the original order I placed, a complimentary pizza for the inconvenience, and improved service in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The current 50% off menu prices for pizza offer lacks clear pricing details. Upon visiting Dominos.com, I was immediately redirected and prompted to complete a pizza profile. I would prefer straightforward access to current pricing without additional steps. Relying on third-party sites for fast food chain pricing is proving ineffective due to incomplete or outdated information. To improve transparency and customer experience, Dominos should establish a dedicated site that presents accurate pricing for all regions they serve, streamlining the process for customers and potential customers.

I’ve ordered Domino's online several times, but today has been a nightmare. I placed my order at 9 p.m., and it’s been two hours with no sign of my pizza. I've called the North Broad Street, Philadelphia store 10 times, waiting for 30 minutes each time, but no one answers. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I demand a full refund promptly. Each Domino's branch reflects the company, and this experience has been beyond frustrating.
