DirecTV Customer Service Issues

I recently had a new power pole installed because the old one was falling down. However, the AT & T wires are still attached to the old pole, and the power company informed me they couldn't move them. I've submitted two orders to have them relocated, one three weeks ago and another this week, but no action has been taken yet. Despite being given a four-digit code, I'm having trouble using it. I called 1-[redacted], where I was told there would be no charge, but another number quoted me $49 for the service. As a long-time Directv customer, I believe I shouldn't have to pay. I just need to speak with someone to resolve this issue promptly.

I scheduled a DirecTV installation which was quoted at a $99 fee over the phone. The technician who came to set it up was friendly and assured me of the same fee. However, after the installation, I was surprised to receive a bill for $[redacted], double the amount agreed upon. I find it frustrating that the company is not willing to rectify this error, especially after being promised a lower price. I have been a loyal DirecTV customer for over 15 years, but this experience has left me feeling deceived and dissatisfied. If only my parents had internet, I would consider switching providers. Dealing with this issue has been more difficult than expected, and I hope to resolve it soon.
