I have attempted to call twice, but was disconnected after waiting for 30 minutes each time! My Delta faucet, model [redacted], is dripping from the spout and leaking under the handle. It seems that I require the repair kits RP70, RP61, and RP4993. I have found replacement parts by Danco at my nearby Lowes, but encountered issues with the springs being too long and the ball having different holes. Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Tom Van Kirk

I find the website to be quite confusing. It's frustrating as I can't seem to get a clear answer to my issue, and the service has left me dissatisfied. Having human assistance would make a big difference. I keep being redirected to a section asking how I solved the problem when, in fact, I haven't been able to. The tap I purchased has a lifetime warranty, yet it's peeling, and I'm struggling to remove the loose screw on the side to fix the handle. This has made adjusting the tap difficult. Unlike another tap I have in the kitchen from Moen, where I could speak to a person and my issue was promptly resolved. It would be great to receive similar assistance here.

Hello, I am currently renovating my bathroom and encountered three issues. 1. Unfortunately, the contractor removed and lost the retaining clip for my Delta toilet paper holder, model RP61600. Can I order just the retaining clip without the individual part number? Can you assist with this? 2. I bought a new Delta Faucet, model numbers [redacted]0C-SS or [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted], but I am unable to adjust it to deliver hot water like my previous faucet. Despite adjusting the stops on the faucet, it still does not produce hot water. 3. The contractor also misplaced the long screw that secures the cover to the new faucet. Do you have the Delta part number for this screw? We require an additional fastener. Thank you for providing this helpful service. Best regards, R. K.

I am experiencing issues with a Delta single handle faucet that has stopped delivering hot water, despite only being in use for less than five years. Our plumber, Louie Yount from All Plumbing, identified the problem to be within the fixture body, specifically between the shut-off valve and the area that controls hot/cold water. He advised reaching out to customer service for a replacement. Although I don't know the model, I can provide photos upon request. For further details, you can contact Louie Yount at [redacted]. Subject: Delta Classic [redacted] Tub and Shower Kit Purchase Issue Dear Customer Service, I am reaching out regarding our recent purchase of a Delta Classic [redacted] shower and tub kit in white with curved sliding doors from Home Depot. Unfortunately, we have encountered multiple issues with the product. Initially, incorrect side wall units were delivered, leading to a misalignment of the doors. Despite reordering different side walls, we continue to face fitting problems. This has not only been a frustrating experience but also costly, totaling over $[redacted] and wasting our contractors' time. We request Delta's immediate assistance in providing the correct parts for a left-facing tub, including compatible side walls, enclosure, shower head, faucets, and drain. It is crucial that Delta rectifies this situation promptly to avoid further escalation, such as involving the Better Business Bureau. We expect a resolution today to address this unacceptable level of service. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. I contacted 10-12 days ago to request a replacement for the bathroom faucet handle baseplate due to the chrome coming off. I received 2 sets of handles from Delta, but there were no base plates included. I am in need of 4 base plates, the trim plates under the handles, to address the issue for my two sinks. The faucet number is [redacted]-MPU-DST. Thank you. Victor B. [redacted] N. Reed Station Rd. Carbondale, IL [redacted] [redacted]

I have a Brizo-Delta Traditional Deck Mounted Pot Filler Faucet (Delta # 62710LF-SS) that was installed professionally 11 years ago when my custom house was built in Saddlebrooke, MO [redacted]. The faucet was working fine until this past weekend (01/22/[redacted]) when the upper horizontal 8 1/2" pipe broke off at the main middle joint due to galvanic corrosion. The local plumbing supply house where the unit was identified mentioned that Delta usually stands by their Lifetime Warranty for fixtures like this. I am hopeful that Delta can replace the unit at no cost, understanding that installation costs are not covered.

I am reaching out regarding previous plumbing parts purchases I made from your company. About two years ago, your representative mentioned that I have a Victorian plumbing faucet in my shower. My master bathroom has the same three-piece faucet setup with separate handles for hot and cold water. Recently, I noticed a leak coming from the faucet, specifically under the hot water handle. The water slows down but doesn't stop entirely when I turn the handle. I believe the valve controlling the hot water flow needs replacement. When I last contacted The Delta Company for parts, I was asked to send a picture. I can provide one if necessary, but if not, please send me a picture of the part you recommend along with pricing information. For a quicker resolution, you can reach me at [redacted] I appreciate your assistance in addressing this issue promptly as the leak in my master bathroom tub persists. Thank you for your time and support.

I am considering purchasing your Voice IQ module for my existing Touch20 faucet. At the same time, I want to remove the current battery pack and use an AC adaptor that connects to my existing capacitive valve with part number X[redacted]8. I noticed that the Voice IQ module comes with an AC adaptor that I assume connects to the Voice IQ module, not the X[redacted]8 valve. My question is, will I end up with two AC adaptors under my sink, thus needing two non-switched outlets for both the capacitive X[redacted]8 valve and the Voice IQ module to run on AC power? Can I have both the Voice IQ and Touch20 installed and functional simultaneously? Since they are both valves, I am worried that they may interfere with each other's operation since both might need to open at the same time for either to work. Please clarify my options and whether I require two outlets for the above setup, if feasible. Thank you. - Ian Cahoon

I recently installed two Trinsic single-hole faucets in a new bathroom remodel for a client. One faucet operates perfectly, but the second one has very low water pressure. I disassembled the faucet, cleaned it, and confirmed that the pressure was good without the cartridge. However, once I reinstalled the cartridge, the flow decreased again. I tried swapping the cartridges between the two faucets to troubleshoot, but the issue persisted. The faucet that originally had low pressure still had the problem even with the cartridge from the working faucet. I have ruled out the aerator as the cause, and there is full pressure at both hot and cold valves. There seems to be a hidden restriction within the faucet, but I am unsure how to pinpoint and resolve it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I bought a new Delta faucet and had it professionally installed, but it leaked from the handle. Despite adjustments by the plumber, the leak persisted. I bought another Delta faucet, had it installed, and it works perfectly. The recent installation cost $[redacted] from the plumbing company, which I believe Delta is responsible for due to the original faucet leak. I am seeking reimbursement for this installation cost. Please contact me to discuss the reimbursement process. Thank you, A. Brauer. Email: [redacted] Phone: [redacted].

I think I have a Delta Kitchen Sink Spray Hose, model number 21988LF. I lost the small clip that attaches to the end where the sprayer goes. I bought a replacement hose because the old one ripped, but the new hose didn't come with the clip. Unfortunately, I lost the clip while working on the replacement, and I've searched at Home Depot and other hardware stores with no luck finding a replacement clip. Can anyone offer assistance in finding this specific clip? Thanks, Mark

About five years ago, I upgraded all three of my faucets to the new Delta brand. I have been using Delta faucets for the past 30 years and have accumulated many spare springs and gaskets. Recently, my kitchen faucet model 400LF-WF started dripping, and my usual repair parts don't fit. I'm concerned if this will also be the case for my new bath shower T17293-I and single lever bathroom sink faucet if they start leaking. Will my existing springs and gaskets no longer work on them as well? I need some guidance. Thank you. - JchrisM

I bought a Delta Track kitchen faucet from Lowe's on 8/1 and had it installed by professionals. Two days later, I noticed it was leaking. The plumber mentioned the unit was sealed, and the water lines could not be repaired, so I had to return to Lowe's. Lowe's was helpful and exchanged the faucet, but I had to pay an additional $[redacted] for installation. I understand it's not the fault of the plumber or Lowe's, but I ended up spending extra money due to the defective product. I couldn't keep the faulty item as I needed to exchange it for the refund. I'm hoping Delta could compensate me for the installation cost. I have receipts available upon request. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Regards, Rob T.
