I recently purchased a new shower head from Ferguson at the beginning of the year with the intention of getting a 2.5 flow rate, but it turned out to be 1.7 (part number 58065ss). Unfortunately, Ferguson does not accept returns. I then ordered a similar shower head with a 2.5 flow rate from Amazon, but it was actually 2.0, not 2.5 as labeled by Delta. Subsequently, I ordered another shower head with a 2.5 flow rate, only to realize it was the same as the one I already had. Wrapping a paper towel around the seam stops the leak. It seems like a design flaw or we received two faulty faucets.
