I am currently in the process of requesting Delta to cancel the e-credits for flights that my husband and I unfortunately had to cancel due to medical reasons. Our travel insurance company has already covered the land portion of the trip and is willing to reimburse us for the airfare as well. However, we are unable to receive both e-credits from Delta and the insurance reimbursement, as it would be considered "double dipping." Once Delta cancels the e-credits, our travel insurer can proceed with reimbursing us for the airfare. It has been challenging to get Delta to comply with this request as they have been hesitant to cancel the e-credits. We are hopeful that they will honor our request and cancel the e-credits promptly.

I attempted to book a one-way ticket from ANC to PSC using my unused e-tickets, but I encountered constant errors. Despite trying different methods, the issue persisted. I resorted to contacting support through the "message us" feature on delta.com, where I waited for 40 minutes before a representative assisted me in acquiring the booking confirmation GBCY98. The representative even added the trip to my account for visibility. However, two days later, the trip inexplicably disappeared. Upon seeking clarification through the same platform, I received responses from three unhelpful and impolite individuals, leaving me frustrated and in need of assistance.

Hello everyone, I boarded a flight from Riyadh to New York with Saudi Airlines and then flew from Atlanta to Houston with Delta Air Lines. Currently, I need assistance ensuring that my travel bags make it from Riyadh to New York to Atlanta and finally to Houston as I continue my journey. Hello, I am sharing my disappointment with Delta Airlines regarding my wife's baggage lost during her flight from Austin to Ghana on September 15, [redacted]. Despite tagging it with reference number [redacted] under the name MRS EMELIA ANNAN, one of her bags did not arrive in Ghana. Delta has informed us that they are unable to locate the missing baggage, which has left us upset. We are giving the airline 48 hours to find and deliver the bag to Ghana; otherwise, we will seek legal action. The bag was supposed to arrive at Kotoka International Airport in Ghana, and its file number is ACCDL22080.

I am having trouble accessing my Delta account using the Delta App on my phone, but I cannot log in using the same credentials on my computer. I have attempted multiple times without success and need help resolving this issue. The error message I receive states: "We're sorry, but we are unable to locate your account with the information provided. Please confirm your credentials and try again." My previous Sky Miles number was [redacted]60. Could there be an issue related to the conversion from the old number to the new one?

On September 9, [redacted], I purchased a ticket for a December 23, [redacted] Oklahoma City Nice flight with reservation GAENO3. The $[redacted] payment was made by credit card and refunded on September 12 inexplicably. After contacting Delta Airlines France, I was informed the payment was declined, and I was advised to visit the airport to repurchase. As of September 26, the issue persists. I received an email about flight changes. A ticket remains pending and unpaid in my name, which I no longer require as I have purchased from another airline. I experienced an issue with the in-flight entertainment system at my seat throughout the flight. Despite my efforts to fix it, the screen remained inoperative, leaving me without any entertainment during the long journey, which was quite challenging. The flight attendants were unresponsive when I sought help with the malfunctioning entertainment system, adding to my frustration without offering any solutions. The delay of my connecting flight for 2.5 hours made the situation worse. Despite requesting a charger to ease the discomfort of the delay and lack of entertainment, my plea was rejected. Furthermore, I am looking for compensation due to the emotional and physical strain caused by the 2.5-hour flight delay, prolonging my time at the airport to 8 hours.

Reservation Number: JPB5YP Skymiles Number: [redacted] I submitted Case [redacted]1 to address a delay caused by Delta that led to additional personal expenses. After receiving [redacted] miles as an apology, my case was escalated to the Refunds department for further assistance. Unfortunately, my return flight got canceled without any notification. I discovered this issue when trying to modify my booking and was told I no longer had a reservation. Now, I'm being asked to purchase a new ticket at a much higher price due to the proximity to my departure date of October 5th. I am seeking a resolution by being rebooked on a complimentary flight from SJO to TYS. I did not request the cancellation of my return flight and have spent time and money addressing this unexpected situation. I am experiencing difficulty receiving a refund for a trip we had to cancel due to health reasons. Last night, I spent 90 minutes attempting to complete forms on Delta’s website, which already had 95% of the information. After completing the forms and trying to submit them, the site froze. I then called Delta, spent 38 minutes on the phone, and was directed to customer relations after an additional 12 minutes. Unfortunately, I was put on hold and informed that the department closes at 11 PM, with a 27-minute wait time that late at night. It seemed like an intentional effort by the airline to discourage refund claims. I recently flew with Delta Airlines and encountered an issue with my baggage upon arrival. My suitcase had been damaged, and Delta staff advised me to have it taped up. After being directed back and forth between Delta and TSA, I finally received assistance from TSA to secure my luggage. Unfortunately, upon checking my belongings, I discovered my expensive hearing aids missing, despite the battery charger being present. I thoroughly searched my suitcase to no avail. I am disappointed with the lack of helpfulness and rudeness displayed by Delta during this experience and would like to file a complaint regarding the lost items.

On October 16th, I traveled from MCI to PDX. Sadly, during the trip, my friend received news of her father's critical condition. Believing we were changing our Delta tickets, we called a company that appeared to be Delta, and on October 22nd, we flew back. Surprisingly, we were charged $[redacted].85 for 2 return tickets. I understand this is not Delta's responsibility, but can someone tell me what the standard price should have been? This morning, I encountered difficulties reaching Delta customer service via multiple phone numbers. Last night, I faced issues completing a Skymiles purchase as the website continuously loaded without success. I reached out to customer service, and the representative mentioned technical problems. Fortunately, the agent reserved a seat for my son, M.S., at the last Skymile price as the website indicated it was the final one. Since I couldn't locate my card at the time (despite having it on file and successfully purchasing two tickets prior), she kindly placed it on hold until I could provide the payment details. I took a flight with Delta on November 5th from Salt Lake City to Los Angeles and then from Los Angeles to Lima, Peru. Unfortunately, my checked bag did not arrive with me. I filed a missing bag report at the Lima Airport under the reference number LIMLA69212. The staff at Lima Airport mentioned that due to the short layover of just an hour and a half in Los Angeles, my bag might still be there. They suggested that it could be on the next flight arriving in Lima on the morning of November 6th. My bag was initially checked in at Salt Lake City Airport under number [redacted].
