Good morning, I have a preliminary reservation with Air France for a flight from Valencia to John Glenn Columbus with connecting flights via Delta Airlines. Air France provided me with the reservation number for Delta: HMKHYU. They mentioned that they initiated the process for transporting a kitten in the cabin on their flight and advised me to contact Delta directly for authorization. I'm having trouble reaching Delta's customer service for assistance with this matter. I urgently need to arrange this and finalize the booking including the kitten before the end of today. I am experiencing an issue with my baggage not being delivered. The Air France phone number provided shows that the call center is closed. Upon my arrival on Saturday, I was told I would be notified when my bag arrived, expected late Saturday or early Sunday. I have essential medication in my carry-on, but the rest of my belongings are in the missing bag, which I urgently need today. Unfortunately, the emails I sent yesterday to the Florence lost and found address bounced back as undeliverable. I am feeling anxious and confused about the situation, fearing I am being deceived as my bag's whereabouts remain unknown. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I had reservations to fly from Jacksonville to Florence on June 3rd. However, on June 2nd, I received notification that my flight was cancelled by Delta without assistance in finding alternative arrangements. I contacted Wizfair and had to make new arrangements costing an extra $[redacted] each for a flight on June 4th, resulting in losing a day of vacation. Additionally, our bags were mishandled and not returned until June 6th. I am seeking clarification on what Delta is willing to do to resolve this situation.

A few weeks ago, I had booked a flight with JetBlue. Due to a schedule change, I ended up purchasing a Delta Airlines ticket using my points to get to New York for a scholarship event today. I checked my bag at the airport, but while heading to the gate, I noticed that the flight number on my Delta ticket did not match the one on the board. Upon checking with the front desk, I realized my flight had been changed without any prior notice. The new flight gets me to New York around the same time as my original JetBlue flight would have. This mix-up caused me to potentially miss the event I was scheduled to speak at. It's frustrating to think I could have stayed on my JetBlue flight instead of using my points for the Delta ticket.

Hello, I made a flight booking through "bestfaredeal" on April 26 for a price slightly over $[redacted]. The next day, an agent informed me that the fare would increase by several hundred dollars which I found deceptive, so I cancelled it. I then proceeded to book a flight through Expedia, believing the issue was resolved. However, I was surprised to see a charge of $[redacted] from Delta on April 29 without my authorization. Hello, I have 3 eCredit vouchers from Delta that are valid until 12/31/[redacted]. The website mentions that all eCredit holders will have an extra year to rebook, allowing flexibility for travel until [redacted]. However, my vouchers still show the old validity date. Can you please assist with this? I recently used these vouchers for a reservation from LAX to SJC for 3 passengers on 25th September [redacted]. Today, when I tried to make another booking, the vouchers are now showing as Non-Transferable. They were transferable until yesterday, and I used them for myself and the other passengers. Could you please resolve this issue quickly so that I can proceed with the booking? I attempted to contact customer service but was unable to reach them even after a 2-hour wait on the phone.

Hello, we have a flight booked with Delta from YUL to JFK and then JFK to LAS on July 8. Our reservation number is G4JXFO. We will be traveling with my elderly parents, my 78-year-old mother needs to bring a specialized chair that we can put on the baggage belt. She sleeps in a reclining seat due to a medical condition. We have traveled on other airlines with this chair for free before, but this is our first time with Delta. Our luggage was mistakenly sent on a different flight and is now at a location we cannot reach without another lengthy trip. Due to various flight mishaps, we've been unable to retrieve it ourselves, even after multiple flight changes and delays. I have a booked a round trip flight from Grand Rapids, MI to San Antonio, TX departing on September 5 and returning on September 8, [redacted] through Expedia. While trying to access the Delta site to select seats, I faced login issues but eventually managed to choose seats. However, I noticed that only the one-way trip to San Antonio was displayed, even though I booked a round trip flight. Additionally, I have not received a confirmation from Delta, only an itinerary number from Expedia. I'm seeking confirmation that seats are reserved for the round trip, along with Delta flight details such as ticket numbers and confirmations to ensure a return flight. Furthermore, I would like to include a 5th person to the booking.

As a Delta rewards member, I have a flight from Munich to Atlanta, Georgia scheduled for tomorrow, July 21st. Today, I attempted to check in early. While I successfully completed the check-in process, I was unable to select my preferred seat or see luggage options. Instead, the system randomly assigned me a seat without providing any other choices. I originally chose a window seat, but it was not allocated. I kindly request assistance in switching my seat back to the window. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly without the need to escalate it to the Delta corporate office or consider cancelling my rewards membership.

I recently flew from Orlando to LaGuardia on July 21 and experienced a frustrating situation with Delta's carry-on policy. Despite ample open overhead bins in Main Cabin #2, passengers were told to check their carry-on luggage. The same issue occurred on my return flight to Orlando on July 23. It seems that Delta may be enforcing this policy due to delays, inconveniencing passengers who have to wait for their checked bags upon arrival. I am dissatisfied with this experience and request compensation and an explanation from Delta. Additionally, I overheard a flight attendant instructing others to close empty overhead bins to prevent complaints. This conduct is unacceptable and disappointing.

Due to circumstances beyond my control, I needed to reschedule all my flights. On "My Trips," all sectors have been updated except for Sector 4 between La Guardia and Boston on September 16, which should be changed from September 10. I made several attempts today to upgrade my seat for an international flight on August 22, [redacted], using my credit card. Despite encountering errors, my credit card statement shows five pending transactions of $[redacted] each. It appears that some transactions were successful, resulting in charges for seat upgrades. However, I have not received confirmation of the seat change through the website or email/text notifications. I am scheduled on Flight [redacted] from BOI to SEA departing at 9:33 AM in December [redacted] through Princess Cruises EZ-Air. However, the flight number has been changed multiple times, most recently to Flight [redacted] leaving at 5:40 AM with a long layover until the connecting flight at noon. Due to our age and health concerns, this layover is not feasible for us. We found Flight [redacted] with the same ticket price as Flight [redacted], which aligns better with our original departure time. Despite being informed that only Princess Cruises can manage the change, they are unwilling to assist. Since Delta made the initial changes, it seems reasonable that they should be able to accommodate our request now. On a positive note, there are available seats on Flight [redacted], so making the switch should not be an issue.
