The ticket number for this booking is DL5[redacted][redacted]. The flight in question was DL [redacted] set to depart at 5:24 am. I was informed that the flight had been cancelled, but there seems to be confusion regarding who initiated this cancellation and the precise timing of the cancellation. Both the Cruiseline and my travel agent are indicating that I cancelled the flight, which is not the case as I was present at the airport by 4:10 am, excited for my dream vacation that unfortunately did not materialize. At present, I am encountering challenges as they are unwilling to provide a refund or credit for my cruise. I recently received an email regarding changes to my flight reservation with the booking reference GHFREP. The new departure date from Los Angeles to Mazatlan on June 1 works well for me. However, the return flight from Mazatlan to Los Angeles on June 15 at 10:00 pm is not feasible for me as I cannot arrive that late. Could you please keep the June 1 flight open and refund the June 15 flight? This will allow me to make alternative booking arrangements.

Our flights on April 14 for Anita and Ken Fricke were canceled because of the Seattle airport being affected by ash from a volcano in Russia. We were booked on Delta [redacted] from Spokane to Seattle and then Delta Flight DL [redacted] from Seattle to Lihui, HI. In addition to the flight costs, we had expenses for a hotel room at the Ramada Inn in Spokane, two taxi rides to and from the airport, and dinner. The Delta gate Agent advised us to seek compensation. I have all the relevant receipts, boarding passes, and documents. I would appreciate guidance on the next steps to take. Thank you.

I am reaching out regarding the letter I mailed to Delta Customer Service Europe at TSA [redacted] - [redacted] PARIS Cedex 12 France, about the flight cancellation and refund. I am concerned as I have not received a response yet. Since returning to France, I am eager to progress with this matter.
I understand that for non-refundable ticket cancellations, fees are retained. However, to date, I have not received any refund from your end. The cancellation is due to not being able to travel on a medical prescription. Hello, I had a booking for a Business class trip from Liberia Costa Rica to Atlanta, then continuing to London and Dublin. Unfortunately, upon arrival in Atlanta, I was directed to a coach seat for my direct flight to Dublin, missing my business class seat. I had requested a business class seat in Liberia but was unable to secure one due to the short time between flights. This resulted in Delta Airlines saving money on the London to Dublin leg. Upon arrival of flight JFK/Santo Domingo DL1943 on 31/03/[redacted], my baggage did not arrive with my flight. I went to the appropriate counter and was given a BAGGAGE INFORMATION printout with a phone number to call, but no mention of a File Number (see attached copy). After several calls, I was asked to go to the airport on Monday, 3/04, to retrieve my baggage from customs. Outcome: 3 days of ruined vacation, $[redacted] US for a taxi, and [redacted].84 + [redacted].11 Dominican Pesos for clothes and toiletries. I have attached the invoices and baggage barcodes. I encountered an issue with Delta regarding my form for traveling with a psychiatric service dog. Despite spending a lot of time on the phone with a representative trying to submit the application as their system failed to download it, the Department of Transportation informed me that the form was incomplete, specifically lacking vaccine information for my dog. While the rep and I filled it out together, the details were somehow not received. I am currently in Europe and reluctant to incur expenses by making a lengthy international call to Delta just to finalize the form. I need to resend it with the necessary information. I have a round-trip flight booked from St. Louis, MO to Sioux Falls, SD on June 8 returning on June 11 with Delta. I am writing regarding my recent flight experience on DL14 from Atlanta to Frankfurt on 5/17/23. I have submitted a baggage claim form with the reference number FRADL54898, but unfortunately, I was unable to detail the damage with explanations or photos as the form did not provide the option to do so. The bag in question arrived wet with an unidentified liquid, possibly vinegar, emitting a strong odor. Despite attempts to clean and air it out for two days, the smell persists, rendering the bag unusable and necessitating its disposal. I have also tried to share images of the damage inside the bag, notably affecting some clothing items which, even after washing, retain the unpleasant odor. My efforts to seek assistance at the airport were fruitless as Delta representatives directed me to an unavailable contact number. I eventually obtained a case number after calling the U.S. hotline. Regrettably, I have been unable to submit additional information via your contact form as it appears to be dysfunctional. I purchased upgraded seats because of my disability but did not receive them on both legs of my journey. Additionally, wheelchair assistance was lacking at the airports, causing me to walk instead of being assisted. The airline claimed to have no wheelchairs available. I also did not receive the window seat I paid for due to recent surgery. I ended up in an aisle seat, causing discomfort during the flight. I paid $[redacted] for these seat upgrades and I am requesting a refund. It is unacceptable how poorly passengers with disabilities are treated by flight attendants and airport staff, making them feel even worse.

Yesterday, my husband and I were on Delta flight [redacted] to Paris, which got canceled at 11:10 PM. We were assured we would receive hotel information via text, but that never happened, so we had to arrange our own accommodation. Now we are rebooked on flight [redacted] this afternoon.
