I'm experiencing an issue with my SkyMiles account. The number on my American Express Delta card is [redacted]. When I recently booked a roundtrip flight to my daughter-in-law's funeral in Wichita, KS, I couldn't sign in to my SkyMiles account. The flight confirmation number on my printout is HZN941, showing a SkyMiles number of [redacted]58 and displaying the name ENRICO LEO DIGIAMMARINO JR. I want to ensure I have only one account and receive proper credit for my Delta flights. My full name is Enrico Leo DiGiammarino, Jr., and I am known as "Sam." I have two travelers booked under one reservation. I only need to change the date of a flight for one of them. When attempting to do this online with Delta, it adjusts both travelers' flights due to being on the same reservation. I waited on hold with Delta customer service for 3 hours and 40 minutes, but had to give up! Please do not advise me to change it online as that is not feasible in this case. While I usually manage my flights online, Delta combined my round trip with my husband's into one reservation. I need to alter only my outbound flight, not his, but I am unable to do so individually online as they are under one reservation. Other airlines do not have this limitation, allowing separate changes.

I have screenshots to provide better clarity on the issue. The problem is related to SkyMiles not being applied for Starbucks purchases on days of travel. After contacting Delta previously, the customer service representative promised to add the extra miles for my trip to Norfolk, VA. He advised me to reach out to Delta again if I didn't receive double miles for Starbucks on my return trip. Despite his assurance, I never received double miles for either travel day, including the day he believed he had corrected. It has been over two months since I flew to VA on October 22nd and back to IL on October 29th. I suspect there may be an issue with earning double miles for Starbucks transactions on travel days.

Hello, my name is Hannes Stuffer. We booked a multistop flight through SkyMiles for the following route: from Milano to Miami on January 15th, from Miami to Lima on January 19th, and from Lima to Milano on February 02nd. Due to the political situation and advice from the authorities in Lima, it is strongly recommended not to take this trip. Being from Italy, I am unable to reach SkyMiles by phone as the waiting time exceeds 1 hour and the cost of the call is exorbitant. I need to change my flights. Can Delta assist with this request?

Hello, I encountered an issue while trying to book a flight. After entering all my credit card information and TAN code, the transaction was authorized and completed, but I received a message saying it was declined by Delta when trying to return to the page. Unfortunately, upon reloading the page, the booking was not confirmed. I attempted to book a flight from MUC via AMS to LAX and back using the card ending in [redacted] belonging to Jens Grunwald from Germany. Despite trying on two different computers, four browsers, and even a HotSpot from my phone, I consistently faced the same error without receiving any confirmation email from Delta. I have a lost luggage claim for reimbursement from a flight last summer with my family from London Heathrow to Cardiff and then Cardiff to Barcelona. The confirmation number is HAS9FW, and I am a Delta SkyMiles Gold Medallion member with member number [redacted]. My daughter's luggage was missing upon arrival in Barcelona. I filed a claim with Air France with the file reference BCNAF51259 and ticket number [redacted][redacted]. Despite assurances, the bag was not delivered on time, causing inconvenience. The bag was eventually delivered to my home address in Newport Beach. Unfortunately, the bag was left outside without notice, but thankfully my neighbor helped. I recently opened a Skymiles credit card account and requested cards for my children. However, both cards were assigned the same Skymiles number belonging to my son. Consequently, my daughter's card has no linked Skymiles number. This has resulted in only my son earning miles when we travel together, and we are unable to upgrade as a family due to incomplete membership information. My spouse and I had a flight scheduled from Atlanta to Charles DeGaule on April 1st to April 2nd. Due to an instrument failure on the flight from Wilmington to Atlanta, our departure was delayed by three hours. As a result, we were put on a new flight from Atlanta to Amsterdam. My rewards number is [redacted] and my spouse's number is [redacted]. We haven't seen any miles credited to our accounts for this trip.

There was an error where my last name was mistakenly entered as my first name, and vice versa, and I also forgot to include the letter ā€œNā€ before my ID card number. I am Mike Mckee, and I purchased tickets for my in-laws to travel to Florida. The trip to Florida was enjoyable, but their return journey back home was challenging. The flight from Orlando to Atlanta, DL549 on March 27th, [redacted], with John Albert VonBurg in seat 5B and Sonya Kay Mitchell in seat 5C, experienced delays. They were rerouted to Detroit and had to sit at the back of the plane on DL1747 on the same day, seats 48E and 48F. This flight faced further delays and departed from Detroit after 8:00. Their seats were separated on the next flight, DL2018 from Detroit to Denver, with seats 14B and 14E. I am requesting reimbursement for the miles they would have earned if they had been in first class for these flights.

Due to a morning car accident, I am unable to travel to New York JFK Airport for my Delta Airlines roundtrip flight on June 14, [redacted]. My confirmation number for the flight is F6CPSR. I encountered an issue while attempting to create a Sky Miles account for my upcoming trip to Stuttgart. Unfortunately, while trying to download the app, I unintentionally ended up with a new Sky Miles account and may have created a fake one as well. I sought assistance at SLC airport, where I received my boarding passes, but the staff could not resolve the Sky Miles mix-up. Hello, I attended the Yankees game yesterday, but unfortunately, I couldn't find any available seating inside the stadium. Despite arriving early, the heavy rain caused a delay in the game's start. As a physically disabled attendee, I needed a seat but couldn't find one as every seat was taken. Surprisingly, there was no handicap seating in the entire Delta [redacted] box. Despite asking for help at check-in, none was found. Due to the lack of available handicap seats, I am requesting a refund of my auction points for this disappointing experience.
