I recently made a reservation for a first-class ticket from Denver to Los Angeles on November 24, [redacted], for both my wife and me.
Originally, the flight was scheduled to depart at 12:10 pm, which was ideal for us since I am uncomfortable driving at night while using a rental car.
Unfortunately, Delta has rescheduled the flight to 8:15 am, forcing me to drive in the dark to return the car and make it to the earlier flight.
I noticed there is an afternoon flight available and would appreciate it if we could be transferred to that one instead.

I mistakenly canceled my flight after the website indicated that I would receive a $[redacted] Ecredit if it is checked. I came across a slightly pricier ticket and thought of surprising my family by arriving earlier. Hello, around 30 years ago, I registered for a Delta frequent flyer number with the initial number [redacted]03. My updated number is [redacted]. It seems that when I initially registered, I may have used a variation of my legal name, which could be Jeff Sauer, as seen on my recent flight. I now have a Known Traveler Number which is linked to my SkyMiles account. Unfortunately, on my last two Delta trips, I did not receive TSA PreCheck due to a slight difference in the name on my boarding passes. In my SkyMiles account, my name appears as Jeff Sauer while my legal name is Jeffery Joseph Sauer. I would like to update my name in the SkyMiles system to ensure TSA PreCheck appears on my future boarding passes. We requested a bassinet for our two children on the flight from Los Angeles to Paris on November 20. The airline attendant refused to provide one, even though we had contacted Delta Airlines 48 hours in advance and informed them at the airport. I'm attempting to book an airline ticket using my skymiles, and the website is asking me to log in. Hello, yesterday my wife, her sister, and I flew from Mexico to NY with Delta. Here is a list of issues we encountered:
1. The flight was delayed for more than 3 hours and 40 minutes due to the Captain's inability to complete a necessary document.
2. The entertainment system had frequent malfunctions, with the screen blacking out multiple times.
3. When the steward served us food and beverages, he accidentally spilled soda on me, ruining my shirt, overcoat, and pants.
4. The flight delay caused problems upon arrival at the hotel, with taxi arrangements, and interactions with staff at the Hilton hotel.

I am currently experiencing a flight delay from New York to Houston with a layover in Atlanta. Due to this delay caused by Delta Airlines, I missed my connecting flight. We are attempting to complete online check-in for our flight scheduled for tomorrow. We hold a Delta American Express card that entitles us to complimentary checked baggage for all three bags (one bag per passenger, with a total of 3 out of 4 passengers covered). Despite this, the online check-in system is attempting to charge us for the second and third pieces of luggage. According to the policy, the first bag is complimentary on Delta flights when booked with the Card, offering savings of up to $60 per person on a round-trip with Delta. We have also ensured that our SkyMiles number is included in the reservation, as the policy states that the initial checked bag for each passenger on the reservation should be automatically exempt from fees during check-in.

My spouse and I just landed in Salt Lake City from Phoenix on Delta flight DL546. We experienced a delay as there was a nonexistent de-icing issue in Phoenix (remember, there is no snow there!), causing us to miss our connecting flight to Toronto. We are now stuck in Salt Lake City until 2pm, when we will be rebooked on a flight to Detroit, arriving in Toronto at 10pm after a long day of travel since 3am. Unfortunately, the delays have caused us to miss our train home in Toronto, leaving us stranded once we finally arrive late tonight.
