Yesterday, a package I was expecting went missing. According to DHL, it was signed for even though no one was home. The package contained a ring that is very important to me. I am unsure if it was stolen or delivered to the wrong address. The signature left is a sideways figure eight, which does not provide any clarity. I am concerned that the driver may have signed for it and left. What steps can I take to resolve this issue?

I am inquiring about the status of my package (Tracking Number: CY 5[redacted] 5DE) for which I paid for fast premium service. The estimated delivery date was April 30th, but the tracking information has not been updated since April 21st. It seems the package has not left Germany yet, despite being shipped on April 16th. I paid $96.39 for the DHL Paket International Premium service but have not received the level of service I expected. I am frustrated with the lack of progress and transparency regarding the delivery of my package. I request a refund for the shipping costs considering the delayed and poor service. I am facing difficulty changing the delivery address for my package as it was mistakenly sent to the wrong address by DHL. I have made numerous attempts to contact them at [redacted], but they directed me to an app that is not user-friendly. Despite spending hours trying to resolve this issue with the post office and the sender, I have not been successful. I would like the item to either be re-directed to me or held for collection at the post office with a postcode of [redacted]. It is frustrating to be told that failed deliveries are factored into their pricing and therefore changes cannot be made easily.

I have been a long-time user of DHL for my international shipments, typically utilizing DHL Express with the address [redacted] Highland Ridge Rd., Smyrna GA [redacted] USA. My most recent shipment was on November 30, [redacted], with waybill number [redacted], and it was delivered on December 7, [redacted]. I utilized my American Express to pay the total amount of $[redacted].46 for the transaction. Immediately after this DHL transaction, my American Express card was compromised, leading to its cancellation by the company due to suspicious activity. I have not used this card for any other transaction besides DHL. I am concerned and believe DHL should be made aware of this issue to address any potential connection.
I am now wary of using another credit card and am interested in exploring alternative payment methods such as cash for future shipments, also hesitant to provide my driver's license information as customary.
I would appreciate a prompt response from DHL to address these concerns.

On January 11, I received an email from Sharon M. at DHL informing me that the shipment was returning to the shipper due to missing clearance information (NDC and REG number). Despite checking the DHL site daily, there have been no updates. The site indicates, "Shipment cannot be cleared and permission to re-export back to origin is available. Return entry is being processed by clearance." I continue to receive texts about clearance delays, with assurances from DHL representatives Zane and Jessica that the parcel would be shipped back, yet it remains in the US. After contacting another DHL office, I learned that Sharon M. allegedly closed the case and initiated the return without reflecting it in the system. I had to request the necessary system changes for the parcel to be sent back to the shipper, Reliable Medicare. This issue has persisted since December 31, [redacted]. Kindly address this situation promptly. Thank you.

On January 11th, I received an email from Sharon Miller at DHL regarding this shipment. The email stated that the shipment is returning to the shipper due to missing clearance information such as the NDC and REG numbers. Despite checking the DHL site daily, there have been no updates. The current status on the DHL site reads: "Shipment cannot be cleared and permission to re-export back to origin is available. Return entry is being processed by clearance."
I receive texts from DHL almost daily, reporting clearance delays and the parcel not being shipped back to the shipper. Despite assurances from DHL representatives Zane and Jessica that the parcel would be shipped back, it remains in the US as of January 19th. After contacting another DHL office, I was informed that Sharon Miller said the case would be closed, but the system had not been updated to reflect the return of the parcel to the shipper. Someone from the office made the necessary changes in the system to initiate the return.
I urge DHL to review the status of this parcel as it must be returned to Reliable Medicare, the shipper, due to the missing FDA and NDC numbers. This issue has persisted since December 31st, [redacted]. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

I recently had a disappointing experience with a DHL delivery. When the yellow DHL van arrived at my house and the driver did not exit to deliver my package, I grew concerned. After a brief moment, the driver abruptly reversed the van which activated a beeping sound, then swiftly drove away. Upon checking my mailbox, garage, and even asking neighbors, I could not locate my package. It's disheartening that a driver can mark a delivery as completed without actually delivering it. I placed an order expecting delivery by yesterday as I urgently needed the parts. The website did not mention any delays due to covid-19, so it was disappointing to find out that the delivery won't arrive until Monday, leaving me without the parts for the weekend. My mechanic is here expecting the parts today based on the email I received stating a Friday delivery. Unfortunately, there is no contact number for Rock Auto or DLH Express, and no explanations have been provided regarding the delay. I rely heavily on receiving orders on time to schedule my repairs and commute to work. It's frustrating to not receive updates or accurate delivery estimates, especially after being recommended to this site. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

I received my package on Wednesday, June 9th, [redacted], and found that two wigs were missing. Despite requesting a signature upon delivery, DHL left the package in my building's lobby at [redacted] W. 149th Street. I encountered an issue with a shipment through DHL. I paid $[redacted] to a sender named David to send two checks via DHL express mail, with an expected delivery on Wednesday. However, I received a strange message from an individual claiming to represent DHL, stating that due to issues with Facebook and Instagram, the delivery was delayed, and I needed to pay an additional $[redacted]. When I expressed my confusion and refusal, I received multiple threatening emails demanding the extra payment, with the threat of the package being sent back.
I am alarmed by this situation and seek clarity. I insist on speaking to a Supervisor from DHL to understand what is happening, and to address the behavior of this demanding individual emailing me. I value your support.

I am currently experiencing issues with a DHL Express mail agent regarding a package intended for Rev Maureen Burns at 35 Manino Circle Apt [redacted], Kihei, HI [redacted]. The agent is requesting $[redacted] for the delivery, even though I've already paid the sender $[redacted]. His demeanor is aggressive, demanding, and he has been emailing me repeatedly about the payment. Despite my refusal to pay, he continues to insist on the payment, threatening to send the package back. He mentioned a 48-hour deadline, and I have requested multiple times to speak with a manager to resolve this matter.

Recently, I ordered a package from a shop in China, but there was an issue with the delivery to my PO box in Canyon Lake, Texas. Despite my update request to redirect the package to a local DHL service area locker in Austin, it ended up back at the Cincinnati, Ohio DHL distribution center after being briefly in San Antonio. Although customer service assured me it would be delivered to the service center in Austin, the tracking now shows it back in Cincinnati. I am confused about why it was sent back and would appreciate any insight into this situation.

I've contacted DHL twice via email to locate and deliver my package (copied below):

According to the tracking information, it says 'notice left (no secure location available) on November 21, [redacted].
There are several issues with the details provided on the website when I track my package.
1. I was at home and couldn't leave for over a week. On the 21st, which was a Sunday, I was definitely at home, and no one attempted to contact me, ring my bell, or make a delivery.
2. No notes were left anywhere (lobby, mailbox, apartment door, etc.) regarding a delivery attempt.
3. There should have been a note with delivery instructions to leave the package at my apartment door (not the lobby) if I wasn't home, as that is secure. The delivery person should have received and followed that message.
Could you please assist me in getting them to deliver my package as soon as possible? Kindly confirm by the end of business today when I can expect it.

I have reached the limit for changing delivery requests on my shipment. The waybill number is [redacted]. My address is [redacted] Saratoga Rd, Ballston Lake, NY [redacted], Apartment B. I need to remove the apartment information due to an issue with the original address being marked as incorrect. Unfortunately, I can't make this adjustment because I have used all my allotted requests.

I recently sent a gift parcel from the UK to Slovakia through DHL. The customs officer in Slovakia was very rude and unhelpful. She demanded irrelevant information in Slovak, although I am an international customer. She even threatened to charge me £14 a day. This experience was uncomfortable and disrespectful. Despite paying for all expenses and extra cover for my parcel, it was sent back to the UK. I am disappointed in the behavior of DHL customs officer Zaira Zahradníčková. She insisted on Slovak communication, which I do not understand. I feel mistreated and under pressure. I hope to raise a concern about her inappropriate work behavior and poor ethics. My package was scheduled to arrive on Tuesday the 28th. I had it sent to a service center nearby. Surprisingly, I received a notification today about its delivery. The issue is that I can't pick it up since the service center is closed on Thursdays and Fridays, especially for Christmas Eve. If DHL had provided the accurate delivery date, I wouldn't have chosen this location. I'm disappointed as this package contains a Christmas gift. It's frustrating knowing the package is in my city, but I can't retrieve it on time.

I've been attempting to reach out for the past two hours to connect with a live representative. I am inquiring about a package that was collected from the UK and was initially slated for delivery to my address in the USA on 02/28.
I have located an online response from DHL stating the following:
1/3/[redacted] - Returned to Customer. (I have captured a screenshot of this).
It additionally mentions 24/2/[redacted] Paperwork and Customs Held-itemized invoice required (I have captured a screenshot of this).
The shipment number is [redacted][redacted]. The tracking number mentioned, [redacted]41, is not functional, followed by a gray box displaying Track Local.
I have directly contacted UK Customs and Excise, who have confirmed that the description of the contents is adequate and no further details are necessary.
The airway bill clearly specified that the package contained 30 books. This was the 35th book package sent in the past year from the UK to my location in the USA. The description was consistent with the previous 34 packages (except for the quantity of books) which were all delivered promptly to FL [redacted].
I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with a representative. My contact number is [redacted].
