I purchased a brand-new Craftsman push mower just last year, so it should still be under warranty. I hadn't experienced any issues with it until recently. While mowing the other day, I accidentally hit something, causing the mower to shut off. Although it restarted without any trouble, shortly after, it began to make a knocking sound which escalated before the mower popped and shut off completely. Upon inspection, I discovered a hole in the side of the casing, indicating that a rod had been thrown. I am at a loss for what to do, and I am quite upset about this situation.

I purchased a self-propelled Briggs & Stratton Craftsman 150cc lawn mower from Lowe's in October last year. In less than a year, it struggles to start and often dies while mowing. I purchased a lawn mower from Lowe's in Terre Haute, Indiana, last October, and it won't start. I have tried everything I can think of, and it's clear to me that the motor is not working properly. I purchased a generator in October, but unfortunately, it is not working. Despite numerous attempts, we couldn't get it to start. Upon inspection, we discovered gas leaking from the muffler area and from the filter. I tried reaching out to the warranty phone number multiple times, but I couldn't speak to a real person. It's frustrating to have spent money on a product that doesn't function properly. Having a warranty is pointless if we can't utilize it. We are extremely disappointed by this experience.

My Craftsman garage door opener is not responding to any of my remotes. When I press the yellow button on the opener and try to sync the remotes within the 30-second window, the opener blinks 4 times instead of the expected 2 blinks to indicate acceptance of the signal. I have tried with three different remotes and the built-in car remote, but none of them are working. Even after resetting the opener by unplugging it, the issue persists. The garage wall button operates the door without any problems, ruling out a lock issue since it doesn't have a lock button. Is there any other troubleshooting step I can take?

I recently bought a 60-gallon air compressor, model number cmecxm601, from Lowe's. It seems to be having an issue with filling up the air. The compressor runs fine, but the air-fill process is not working correctly, possibly due to a faulty ring or gasket. I attempted to fill the tank with all valves closed, but no luck. I contacted the store manager at Lowe's, who advised me to call 1-[redacted] for assistance. However, I have had difficulty reaching them. Can I return the compressor to the store and exchange it for a new one of the same model? Alternatively, can I receive a replacement pump to install myself and return the defective one later? I received a brand new Craftsman Pressure washer as a Christmas gift last year. Yesterday, when I tried to use it for the first time, I encountered an issue. Despite following the assembly instructions, when I started it up and squeezed the trigger, no water came out, and there was no pressure at all. I attempted to return it to Lowes, where it was purchased, but they declined because it was past the 30-day return policy. Craftsman also directed me to a service center an hour away. I am aware of the 3-year limited frame warranty and the 2-year engine & equipment warranty that should cover this. I simply wish to exchange the unit so that I can help pressure wash my elderly mother's house. Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulty greasing the front wheel shafts on my Craftsman T240 (CMXGRAM[redacted]). The zerk on the wheel hub assembly is positioned at such an angle that my grease gun tip cannot fit properly, causing grease to spill everywhere. I have noticed that older models had a 90-degree zerk which would have been more convenient. It seems the company may have changed the design to include a non-replaceable zerk integrated into the hub. I am frustrated with this as previous Craftsman mowers were easier to grease. I am looking for a specialized grease gun tip that can fit correctly onto the new zerk. Any suggestions on how to properly grease the hub shaft would be greatly appreciated. I am having trouble registering my new Craftsman product that I just bought. I cannot activate my account or enter the product code successfully. In January [redacted], I bought a Craftsman chainsaw, which worked well until the pull cord broke. Following guidance, I took it to R and J for warranty service. However, despite traveling 30 miles, they declined to repair it under warranty, alleging improper use and displaying disrespectful behavior, including hanging up on me. I chose Craftsman for its quality and reliability, but this experience has been disappointing. I've seen chainsaws at salvage yards with a longer lifespan than six months.

I recently bought a Craftsman electric mower on 5-18-[redacted], but I am having trouble getting it to start even though the batteries are charged. I contacted customer service about a Craftsman blower issue. After a 23-minute wait, Tonya assisted me but then abruptly disconnected after a survey. Dissatisfied with Tonya's service, I called back and spoke to Mark, who efficiently resolved the issue. Mark confirmed that the blower would be replaced with an upgraded model. Wade D. Thomas

I have a 1/4" and a 3/8" ratchet wrench from Craftsman that are broken and should be covered under the lifetime warranty. I visited Lowe's today to replace them as advised, but they requested an RA number from Craftsman. When attempting to contact the number listed on their page, the prompts do not allow me to speak to an operator. This is frustrating, and I would appreciate speaking to a knowledgeable representative for assistance.

Over two weeks ago, I purchased a Craftsman leaf blower, model B [redacted] cycle 25 cc, from Lowe’s in Mobile, Alabama, at Tillman’s Corner. Initially, the leaf blower worked well for about two days, running for a total of 50 minutes. However, by the third or fourth day, it stopped working altogether. I attempted to return it to Lowe’s with my receipt, but unfortunately, the receipt was damaged and illegible due to being in my work pants. Despite explaining the situation, the store refused to help without a readable receipt. The item does have a visible SKU from Lowe’s, but they did not acknowledge it. I can be reached at [redacted].
