Additionally, the cable may be defective and I lack the equipment to test it for functionality. My Brother HL-L2360DW printer prints internal settings correctly but struggles with external Windows 10 sources like word processors or check printing applications. This is problematic for me as a senior citizen with hearing impairment who prefers paying bills by check due to difficulties with phone or online payments. My shaky handwriting also makes check writing challenging.

Six months ago, I moved to the address where your company delivered equipment. I called to explain that I didn't order it and requested the removal of the items and closure of the false account. Despite their assurance, after receiving a bill 3-4 months later, it was clear they hadn't resolved anything. Multiple phone conversations with agents were confusing, leaving us unsure if the issue was being understood. I attempted to communicate on different days and times to address the problem, but it persisted. It's frustrating being pursued for something not ordered or used, feeling like an unwilling customer refusing payment.

I keep seeing this message on all my devices: "Access Denied You don't have permission to access on this server." I've even tried different web browsers but still no luck. I've already rebooted my modem multiple times, hoping that Comcast would assign me a new IP address, but it's not working. I really need to get in touch with someone from Comcast.

I am a loyal Comcast customer but I am disappointed with the lack of clarity regarding your current Black Friday promotion, especially as a long-time gold member. I need assistance with closing an erroneous account that removed me from ACP. To resolve this, I must contact Comcast to transfer my ACP to my previous account. Failure to do so will result in another rejection, forcing me to wait until January to reapply. During this time, I will be charged the increased rate and have to wait months for a refund for a mistake I did not make.

I'm having trouble accessing my email. Every time I attempt to log in, I am prompted to reset my Xfinity password. Despite following the steps to reset the password, I receive an error message saying my request cannot be processed. I've contacted customer service, but they require an account number to assist - which I no longer have since canceling my cable and internet services after moving.

In November, I enrolled in the AOC government program for $30 Internet service through Xfinity. I now have Xfinity Internet service installed. I was assured that I wouldn't receive a $30 bill since I would be automatically credited each month. However, I was surprised to receive a bill for $90.35 recently. Despite being part of the AOC program, Xfinity seems to have overlooked providing me with the expected coverage. I have a transcript with a Xfinity representative confirming my participation in the AOC program, but they claim to have no record of my application. My AOC ID is V5 7[redacted]5, and I am Van Robinson residing at [redacted] South Chickasha St., Murray, UT.

I need to contact them urgently regarding several issues. Firstly, my TV is unresponsive, not allowing me to change channels; my new X-15 seems to be defective. I am frustrated not having a phone number, having already invested 30 minutes including the time with Comcast. The suggestion of email is disappointing, but I will provide it nonetheless, even though it will prolong this whole process to over an hour.
