Two days ago, my wallet and phone were stolen, and I've been struggling to access my Chime account since then. Unfortunately, my password has been changed, and the two-step verification is linked to my stolen phone number, making it impossible to access my funds. I've requested my account to be locked until I can regain control. I have a temporary paper copy of my ID as I await the mailed replacement. I can provide a copy of my ID stored on my phone for verification purposes. Thank you for your assistance.

I am concerned about a fraudulent account opened in my name without authorization. It is unacceptable that there is no way to speak with someone directly to resolve this issue. I will be contacting the credit bureau to report the unauthorized debit card opened by your company. Please take immediate action to delete this account. My personal information was stolen in early December, resulting in ongoing issues with various credit card companies. While other companies promptly resolved the problem over the phone, I am frustrated that I have to resort to sending messages in this manner to address the matter with your company.

My account was hacked or tampered with on Saturday. I have been calling every day since then. I updated my email address and driver's license information with Sydney. I have submitted this information over 30 times, which I find excessive. No one should be doing things like this in the apartment. Even the gentleman I spoke with was rude to me. I mentioned I would report him to the supervisor. I need to have my phone service restored, which got cut off. I would appreciate it if my account could be unlocked so I can pay my bills promptly.

I am unable to recall the email and password I used when I initially obtained the card. Despite being a customer for a few years now, I have never utilized the mobile application. I am seeking a replacement card and would like my existing account to be inactive until I receive the new card. Customer service informed me that this request must be processed through the online platform. I possess my driver's license and a new email address, which is [redacted] I receive direct deposits every two weeks. If these changes cannot be accommodated, I would prefer to close my account.

On December 12th, I noticed a $12 tip for Spot Me on my Chime app, which I did not authorize. When I called to report it, I encountered a rude young man. Subsequently, my cards were reported stolen, causing my card to be declined while shopping online for Christmas. Despite attempts to file disputes on my Chime app since August due to previous issues, I have not received any resolutions. As a single mom facing financial difficulty right before Christmas, losing access to my funds due to reported stolen cards has been distressing. With unauthorized charges totaling over $[redacted] and a limited $80 Spot Me amount, the situation worsened. Transactions at Bet MGM and Borgata PA have raised concerns, with discrepancies in charges and lack of clarity from Chime compared to Bet MGM's responsiveness. Providing details of transactions and deposits made, I urgently seek resolution and retrieval of my funds.

I am facing a similar issue. Sadly, I can no longer access the email linked to my Chime account. My phone is still connected, though. How do I proceed to log in and reset my password? Accessing my previous email is impossible as I have lost my old phone, and Google is attempting to send a verification code to an outdated number. I am unable to log in to receive the code from Chime. I have tried reaching out to Chime without any luck. This problem requires urgent resolution. Chime should consider introducing additional identity verification options. It is surprising that in this day and age, there are limited ways to resolve such issues.

I recently received a new card for my debit account in the mail. However, I am unable to access my mobile app as I have forgotten the password and email linked to it. I tried using the ATM, but it did not work either. I need to set a PIN for my new debit card to access my funds, but the mobile app is not functioning. apologies for the inconvenience.

I don't have a cellphone. I received $[redacted] from my job last Wednesday, and I need my money to buy a new one. I feel like no one cares about my needs. I've been starving and unable to buy personal necessities because my Chime account is still blocked. They are requesting documentation that I can't provide without a phone, and it's unfair. I have given enough documentation to prove my identity, so I need someone to assist me as soon as possible!

During my incarceration, my account got hacked. Unfortunately, my card, along with my phone which had access to my Chime account, was stolen. Now, when attempting to log in, a different number receives my password reset information, preventing me from accessing my account. I urgently require assistance from customer service to resolve this issue. This account had my stimulus payment from the IRS, but due to the theft on February 25, [redacted], I am unsure of my current balance. Suspecting it to be zero, I need the money reimbursed into my account. Additionally, I am determined to pursue legal action against whoever is benefitting from these activities. It is crucial for me to regain access to my account with my funds reinstated.

In [redacted], I originally opened a chime account and utilized it for two stimulus checks. Unfortunately, I lost the card with $80 on it during the second stimulus. I received a replacement card, and the funds were successfully transferred. Despite this, I haven't used the new card since. Recently, I checked on the IRS website regarding the fourth stimulus check and noticed they had deposited funds to my old card ending in [redacted]. Strangely, this money was never transferred to my new card. Due to a recent fire that resulted in the loss of all my belongings, including my phone with old contact information, I am unable to access the funds. Living 30 miles away from the nearest state ID office, without transportation or funds, I am eagerly seeking resolution to retrieve the deposited money. I have recommended multiple individuals to use the chime card and if the issue persists, I will be obliged to inform them to close their accounts and provide feedback on my blog.

I recently made my first transaction using my Chime account by loading $[redacted] onto my Chime card. However, when I tried to withdraw money, I was informed that my account had been closed. I received an email stating that Chime decided to close my account after a review. They mentioned that I would receive a check by mail within 30 days for any remaining balance. As a single mom with 5 children, this money is crucial for my expenses. I need the funds urgently and am concerned about this unexpected closure. I believe there might have been a misunderstanding and am eager to resolve this issue promptly. I am looking to speak with an account specialist to understand the reason for the closure and expedite the process of getting my $[redacted] back.

I recently changed my phone number and tried to update it on the Chime mobile app, but unfortunately, it ended up locking my account. It took over a week and a half to regain access after going through security verifications like providing my phone bill. I received an email stating my Chime account is ready for use, and my phone number was updated, but the area code is incorrect. I'm unable to access my account from the mobile app. This added inconvenience on top of the initial trouble has been frustrating. I need assistance from a live representative to help me access my account.

I am experiencing login issues with the app. After receiving the two-factor verification code, I am unable to access it and the app restarts each time I try. I attempted using split-screen but was unsuccessful. This account has caused me frustration, especially after being promised assistance with cashing my stimulus checks, only to be denied twice. I have a background in corporate finance from my years working at Wells Fargo, and this banking experience has been the worst in my 55 years. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am very frustrated with the situation regarding my roommate's Chime account. He has attempted to send me money for rent multiple times, but each time the payment is returned to his account after I accept it through the email notification. Customer service claimed it is impossible to send money to a non-Chime user, which contradicts information on the website. This lack of assistance and misleading information is unacceptable. My roommate, who is not very tech-savvy, trusts the advice given by customer service. I am in a different state and need a solution to receive the rent payment. I urge Chime to investigate this matter and ensure accountability among its staff. I am requesting a phone number where I can speak with a live representative to resolve this issue promptly.

I am awaiting a response to my email. It has been 48 hours. I have been unable to access my account for months. Each time, I provide a photo ID with a piece of paper containing today's date, my ID, and my first and last name when taking a selfie. I wish I could show you the emails I have attached. Due to my house burning down, I am facing financial struggles. This has led to hardships that resulted in my wife leaving me, delayed child support payments, and the loss of my driver's license. For the past 7 months, over $[redacted] in unemployment benefits have been deposited into my account weekly, but I have been unable to access it. When my wife received a message on 1/16/[redacted] stating that the account balance is only $[redacted].55, I felt devastated. This situation has caused me significant emotional distress, financial strain, and health issues related to stress.
