Hello. My husband and I attended the grand opening in Roanoke, VA. We expected a crowd and waited 1 1/2 hours for a table. We decided to order to go and found seats at the bar. While waiting, we ordered drinks and chips and salsa. When our to-go order arrived, we received mostly store-bought chips instead of Chili's famous chips, which was disappointing. I spoke with a manager, Chris, who placed me on a 15-minute hold. When I called back, Gina informed me that Chris wasn't available but suggested stopping by to pick up another bag. We've been eagerly anticipating Chili's opening here for 20 years and hope that the experience improves over time.

I ordered food to go online and arrived at the restaurant to pick it up just before closing time. I had trouble finding the designated parking spots and missed a call from the restaurant. After calling them back and identifying my location, they appeared to ignore me for over 2 minutes on the phone despite seeing me waiting in my car with my family. Despite calling multiple times, we never received our food. The lack of acknowledgment and poor customer service from Chili's was disappointing, especially considering our tired state after a long day traveling from San Antonio. We ordered curbside for convenience and it was frustrating to be ignored when we were just trying to grab our food and go home. The whole experience was exhausting, and we hope this issue can be resolved for future orders.

My husband and I took advantage of the Mother's Day promotion, which included a $50 gift card and two $10 cards. We enjoyed dinner yesterday, and I ordered the southwestern egg rolls, which were delicious. Unfortunately, while eating them, the hot filling burned and blistered the roof of my mouth, making it painful to eat since. Brushing my teeth has caused a lot of bright red bleeding due to the blisters breaking and skin tearing. I've been spitting out blood throughout the day because of this issue.

On April 28, [redacted], my husband and I were seated by a kind waitress at a restaurant that was closing. We were grateful because my husband, who is diabetic, needed to eat before his blood sugar dropped. Despite our hunger, we were disappointed with the food as it was served cold, especially the fries. When I returned the fries, I had hoped for fresh ones, but they were just microwaved and served haphazardly. I raised this issue with the manager, but unfortunately, he did not take any steps to address the situation.

I ordered three to-go plates, one of which was a cajun shrimp pasta. When I picked up my order at 9:30 pm, one of the plates was incorrect - it was a chicken and shrimp pasta instead of cajun shrimp. After waiting 15 minutes, the cajun shrimp pasta came out but it was extremely messy with too much sauce. I spoke to the manager who acknowledged the mistake but did not offer to replace the dish. He promptly refunded me but I left the restaurant still hungry. I'm frustrated because my time was wasted and I could have gone somewhere else for food rather than dealing with this issue late at night.

I picked up an order at Chili's today as part of their 3 for $3 deal. Usually, my food is great, but today my chicken was dry, old, and hard as a rock. I called and waited to speak to a manager for more than 6 minutes. I had to hang up and call back. I explained to a lady, who I believe was named Ebony, that my chicken was old, dry, and hard. I was surprised that they would serve this. She mentioned I didn't have to yell, but I explained I wasn't yelling and didn't understand the issue with my language. Instead of assisting me, she told me to have a nice day after I mentioned I would be filing a complaint with corporate. This is unacceptable behavior, especially from a manager. I don't have extra money to waste on old food. This situation has left me very upset. I am 68 years old and on a fixed income. I shouldn't be treated this way.

Hello, I would like to thank you in advance for your assistance with the issue I experienced during my recent visit to your establishment on 06/11/[redacted]. My family and I ordered 4 of the 3 for $10.99 dinner options and enjoyed the meal and service. However, when it came time to pay the bill, there was a discrepancy. I inadvertently clicked on a $25 "Donation" option that I did not intend to select, in addition to choosing an 18% tip. My wife also left a $20 cash tip as she felt the 18% was insufficient. We kindly request a refund for the $25 donation that was mistakenly applied to the bill. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter, and we hope to hear from you soon.

I had a fall at your store in Brooksville on Highway 50 on May 18th. I have requested for corporate to contact me, but it has not happened yet. I have been unable to reach anyone at corporate. The incident occurred in the evening on May 18th, and the manager at the store collected my details. I applied for a job at Chili's in Corpus Christi, Texas, but I felt like the general manager and manager were just wasting my time. Despite seeing that they were hiring, they kept telling me they were not looking. I even recommended a good dishwasher, but they seemed uninterested. The service was lacking, and it appeared that the general manager and manager, who used to be a server, were not managing the place well. It was frustrating because I believe I was qualified for the job. I'm concerned that they might be discriminating against me due to my age or ethnicity. The overall cleanliness and management of the restaurant were subpar. I wanted to share my experience to warn others about the situation at this particular Chili's location.

When ordering coffee, I often receive a response like, "we will have to make some," to which I humorously reply, "I thought this was a restaurant." However, my recent visit left me puzzled when I requested cream because I was told they don't have any, or any milk products for that matter. This has been the case for a while, and they couldn't provide a reason for this. This leaves me with no choice but to drink black coffee, which I don't enjoy. Despite this, I still like taking my family there and don't want to stop visiting just because of the coffee situation. Unfortunately, there have been instances where we had to leave without being served, which is disappointing.

During our recent visit to Kirkwood's Chili’s on 7/29 around 12:30 pm, my husband and I encountered extremely disappointing service. The hostess appeared disinterested, the server was overwhelmed, and the overall experience was chaotic. Despite multiple empty tables, we had to wait excessively to be seated. Our server, who seemed inexperienced, struggled to handle his tables and took our complete order at once. The appetizers arrived before our drinks, which were carelessly placed on the table by another server without any interaction. We had to request napkins multiple times and never received silverware to enjoy our meal. The staff seemed disorganized and unhelpful, with employees chatting instead of assisting customers. As a former restaurant employee and current retail manager, I understand the importance of teamwork and proper management during busy times. Unfortunately, the lack of support and attention to customers at this Chili’s location was a major letdown.

I recently purchased a $50 e-gift card expecting to receive an additional $20 in e-gift cards as part of a Father's Day promotion at Chili's. However, when I tried to use it last night before it expires, the card couldn't be processed. Even the manager couldn't get it to work, although it was clear that we had the card. It would have been reasonable for her to deduct $10, but she did nothing to resolve the issue. This experience has left me frustrated, and I will not be purchasing gift cards like this in the future. I feel compelled to share my disappointing encounter with others.

My husband and I recently dined at the Chili's in Lake Wales, Florida. Today, I decided to try the Santa Fe salad, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. As a regular Chili's customer, I typically visit about once a month and have never experienced such a lackluster meal. The salad I received was a far cry from what I have come to expect - I was only served a few slices of cold chicken, barely any avocado, and the lettuce appeared dull and unappetizing. It seemed like a meager portion of leftovers hastily thrown together with tortilla strips on top. On the other hand, my husband's crispy Quesadilla salad was delicious and hearty, exactly as described. Even though our server was excellent, I couldn't help but feel let down by the quality of my meal.

I emailed Chili's corporate over a week ago and received a response saying it would be forwarded to the regional manager. Unfortunately, I have not heard back yet. During my visit to the local Chili's on 7/30/23, I experienced terrible service. I had to find my own napkins, did not receive our chips and salsa, was not offered another bowl of soup and more salad when ordering the bottomless soup and salad, didn't get our requested refills after asking twice, and had to ask three different people for silverware. The overall experience with the local Chili's in Clovis, NM, and the corporate contacts has been extremely disappointing.

I contacted Chilies after waiting for two weeks without receiving my refund and being unable to reach anyone by phone. The phone number provided instructed me to go online, preventing me from speaking to a representative. After numerous attempts, they emailed me stating they had already issued the refund and disputed my claim. Following a week of back-and-forth communication and providing bank account screenshots to prove the lack of refund, they acknowledged a computer error. They informed me that my refund would be processed in another 5 business days. It took a total of 3 weeks to rectify the charge for my dinner and another table's meal. Despite numerous calls and emails, I finally received my refund.

I visited Chilli on Oregon Avenue in Philadelphia and was disappointed by the lack of hygiene. None of the staff were wearing gloves or hair nets while handling food, and I witnessed employees eating out of a customer's plate with bare hands. The manager seemed unconcerned. I requested a refund as they were wiping their noses and talking over the food. Upon returning the following weekend, the situation was even worse - employees were dancing and handling food without gloves. This is unacceptable, and I urge the management to take immediate action to address these hygiene issues. I am willing to return to see if there have been any improvements. Thank you.

I placed an order for 15 bone-in wings and mozzarella sticks over the phone. Upon picking up my order and returning to work, I discovered they had given me boneless wings instead. I called the store and spoke with Nelsen, the person who took my order. When I informed him that my order was incorrect, he did not seem concerned. I requested to speak to the store manager and was connected to Polly. Polly indicated that their employee claimed I had ordered boneless wings. I explained that if I had wanted boneless, I wouldn't be calling. Unfortunately, Polly's response was rude and unpleasant, leading to a unsuccessfully resolved conversation. I am seeking a refund and will not be returning to Chili's in the future.

During my time as a host, I faced persistent harassment from a fellow server. After addressing the issue with management, I was dismissed and made to feel as though I was at fault for feeling uncomfortable in the workplace. This unjust treatment caused me to leave my job and incur financial losses. The server's aggressive behavior included yelling and making physical threats towards me in front of customers and colleagues. I have always maintained a professional demeanor. Urgent intervention is necessary to address this situation promptly.

On Tuesday, 10/3/23, my family and I visited Chili's in Portage, Michigan to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately, our experience was not pleasant. My grandson ordered habanero hot wings, and after eating three wings, we discovered that they were raw inside. Concerned, we checked the remaining wings and found them all to be undercooked. When we requested to speak to a manager, it took 15 minutes for one to arrive, and his attitude was dismissive and lacking empathy. Despite our dissatisfaction, my husband paid $78.00 for our uneaten meal. I have tried contacting the manager without a response. I am disappointed with the handling of this situation and feel compelled to report this to the Health Department. This experience has left me with no desire to return to Chili's in the future. I hope this matter will be taken seriously to prevent others from experiencing the same issue.

On Friday, October 6th, I ordered dinner from there, but my order was wrong. I called to fix it before it was ready and waited for 20 minutes. When I finally got my food, it was cold, and my burger was pink inside. I spoke with the manager, Kim, at the Lenoir City Chili's, but she said they were too busy to recook the food.
