I ordered a drink that was not prepared correctly and when I asked about it, BRANDON, the new bartender, responded by insulting me personally without any basis. As a paying customer, I did not appreciate his disrespectful behavior. Despite considering informing the manager, I am disappointed by consistent issues with employee conduct at this Chili's location. In any other place, an employee disrespecting a loyal customer would be terminated on the spot. I am contemplating seeking legal advice regarding my rights after being verbally abused by a Chili's employee while on duty.

I purchased eGift cards for $50 each on December 22, [redacted]. You were supposed to send me 4 bonus eGift cards for $10 each as part of the promotion. I received 2 eGift cards in my inbox, but the 4 bonus eGift cards were mistakenly sent to my SPAM folder instead. Despite trying to contact you multiple times in the past without success, I recently spoke to an agent who assured me they were working on fixing the issue and refunding the missing eGift cards. I am still awaiting the email confirmation regarding this matter.

Today, our family visited Chili’s on Apalachee Parkway in Tallahassee, FL for lunch at 11:45. We were a group of 12 and unfortunately, we were refused service due to having only one server available. Even when we offered to split into smaller groups, they still could not accommodate us. Surprisingly, the restaurant was empty at the time. When mentioning contacting Corporate, the response was indifferent. We were taken aback by this experience as it seemed unprofessional and disappointing, especially in a challenging time for eateries. It's concerning how a restaurant can sustain its business with this approach.

As a delivery driver, I recently had a frustrating experience at Chili's in Port Arthur, TX. After waiting for 30 minutes and finding no employees around, I discovered my order sitting on a shelf. It took a while to locate a manager, who initially claimed my order was already picked up. After insisting, he realized the error when I listed the items from my order. Despite the confusion caused by another driver returning it, the manager refused to remake the order promptly. After multiple refusals, he reluctantly acknowledged their mistake but failed to handle the situation well. The manager, I believe his name is Chris Thame, did not take responsibility convincingly. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Upon arrival at the restaurant, I noticed the entrance was obstructed by a shopping cart, there was a beer can on the ground, and the outside ashtrays were overflowing with napkins and gum spilling out. The hostess was missing at first, and upon her return, she had to search for menus. We ordered frozen margaritas, but the machine was out of order, so we settled for daiquiris, which had a poor flavor and were half melted and half shaved ice. Our appetizers arrived before we had water or silverware on the table. The food runner was impolite and ignored our request for sauce. The absence of a manager made it difficult to address the issues on our check, including the awful drinks. Furthermore, I found the uniforms worn by the staff to be sloppy, making it hard to distinguish them from customers. As a loyal patron for over 20 years, I was disappointed with the decline in service quality at this Chili's location in Northside Lakeland, Florida. I aim to try the Southside location and request a gift card to evaluate their service. Dissatisfied, Deanna R. on Deeson Rd.

I recently placed an online order for delivery, but unfortunately, half of the food was missing when it arrived. Despite checking the delivery person's car and trying to reach out via phone for over an hour, I wasn't able to get a response. The order was incomplete, and I only received six corns and two half slabs of ribs when I actually ordered four side fries, a party platter of ribs, and a party platter of street corn from the store on Veterans Blvd in Metairie, LA. This isn't the first time this location has made mistakes with my orders, and I feel frustrated. I paid $70 for the order, but what I received isn't enough to feed my family. I want a refund promptly, as this issue has occurred multiple times now, both in person and through delivery. I'm considering reporting this to the Federal Trade Commission and BBB due to the repeated errors and poor service. The situation needs to be rectified, and I hope the restaurant addresses these ongoing issues.

I dined at Chili's on Eastman Rd in Kingsport, TN, where we experienced unsatisfactory service. Our server continuously interrupted us while ordering, resulting in a long wait for cold food. Despite minimal attention from the server, particularly when compared to other tables, we were unable to identify her as she lacked a name tag. We possess a receipt and seek compensation for the poor treatment and the quality of the meal. I suspect our treatment may have been influenced by our perceived sexual orientation, as this was the second disappointing visit to Chili's this month. Due to time constraints, I refrained from addressing the issue in-store and have unsuccessfully attempted to contact them by phone. I typically do not complain but found this experience unacceptable. I kindly request a prompt resolution. Thank you, Amanda.

I recently resigned from my position at Chili's in Sebring, Florida, after almost a year of employment due to ongoing issues at the location. On my last day, I arrived to find no assistance, a cash register with a shortage of money, and a coworker who was neglecting their responsibilities. Despite trying to manage everything as best as I could, I was reprimanded for incorrectly inputting items from a list that turned out to be inaccurate. When I sought help, my concerns were dismissed, and I continued to face mistreatment from a coworker who had been bullying me for a significant portion of my time there. Despite reporting this behavior to management, the problem persisted, and this coworker received preferential treatment. This toxic work environment has made it untenable for me to continue working there, and I would only consider returning if significant changes were made.

I called today to confirm my interview with Chili's, and when I asked to speak with a manager, he was rude from the start. He greeted me angrily and asked me to quiet my baby because he couldn't hear. I couldn't move her as we were in a small space in the car. I felt uncomfortable with his tone and language towards me as a customer. I am a mother, and dealing with a sick child is hard. I chose not to attend the interview because of his behavior. I hope to speak with someone higher up to address this issue. It was disappointing to be spoken to in such a manner, especially since I have worked around mothers who deal with similar situations respectfully. His approach could have been more understanding and considerate given the circumstances.

On Thursday, Nov. 10th, the manager, Akhia H., behaved aggressively towards me and created a tense work environment. She mishandled a ToGo order and confronted me rudely when I couldn't meet her expectations. Despite my attempts to address the issue, she dismissed me and prioritized other tasks. Her unprofessionalism led me to consider leaving for the day, and when I mentioned it, she responded insensitively. I tried to contact the GM, Zemoria L., for resolution, but both Akhia and another employee refused to share her contact information. I reached out through Hot Schedules but received no response. This behavior at store [redacted] in Homewood, IL is unacceptable, and employees deserve better treatment.

I placed an order for pickup at Chili's, intending to customize my nachos with beef sauce on the side, as my husband only eats that option and I needed to assemble it later for him. When I arrived to add to my order, the manager was dismissive and insisted they only serve nachos with steak, not the usual beef sauce I always get. This was frustrating as I have been a loyal customer for years. Even though I spent over $50, the manager's attitude was unnecessarily rude and made me feel unwelcome. I am extremely disappointed with this experience, as Chili's is usually a favorite spot of mine. I would like a refund for the incorrect nachos and assurance that my past orders were not mistaken. Please reach out to address this issue promptly.

I recently dined at Chili's on Bronson Memorial Highway in Florida. I encountered issues when trying to pay using three gift cards - one with a $20 balance and two brand new $50 gift cards. The kiosk malfunctioned, so I handed the cards to my waitress. She returned, stating one card wasn't activated and used the others to pay the bill at the register. I tried to pay through the kiosk, but the waitress claimed it didn't work. Upon checking, the transactions did go through, but $30 was taken off a different card, and the remaining $20 was used from the first card. I feel like Chili's staff mishandled the situation, potentially resulting in an incorrect bill payment. I plan to visit again to address this issue, request the waitress be reprimanded, obtain contact information for your corporate office, and consider taking legal action. I believe the handling of the gift cards was unacceptable and want a resolution to this matter promptly.

I am Ms. Sandra J. from Inglewood, CA. On February 20, [redacted], around 1:00pm, I visited the Inglewood location. Upon arrival, I noticed food on the door handle. Inside, the red benches were torn with hanging leather, and the area where names are left was dirty with trash scattered. Despite the low customer volume, we waited 20 minutes for service. The overall cleanliness of the store in my community was unsatisfactory. The food we ordered was disappointing - the loaded potato soup was watery and cold, with unmelted cheese, while the Enchiladas soup was overly salty. We also found the Ceaser salad, cheeseburger with fries, and grilled chicken sandwich with fries to be excessively salty. The server, Danielle, had long nails that hindered her ability to take the order. As a resident, I am disappointed by this experience and have pictures for reference if needed.

I recently ordered from the Chili's location in Lisbon for curbside pickup. Despite receiving a notification that my order was ready, I waited for 30 minutes in the designated parking spot without any food being brought to me. I tried indicating my parking spot number several times, but to no avail. Eventually, I had to go inside. Unfortunately, when I retrieved my order, it was cold. Due to this experience, I am kindly requesting a refund. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

I bought "Chilly" mugs for my husband and myself for Christmas, with mine being the tulip design and his in black and white. While vacationing in the caravan last week, we tested them during a day out. After brewing fresh tea and warming both mugs before pouring the tea, we sealed them around 10:30 am. However, by 12:15 pm when I tried to drink from mine, it had already cooled down significantly. Disappointingly, my husband's mug was the same. The product claims to keep drinks warm for up to four hours, but our experience did not reflect this. I find them to be quite pricey for the limited warmth retention we encountered. Any advice on how to improve their performance would be appreciated. Thank you, Susan P.

I visited Chili's in Panama City, Florida on Monday, March 20th at 3 p.m. The restaurant was quite crowded with only one lady seating customers. After waiting for 10 minutes for a table to be cleared near the bar, despite expressing my preference not to sit there, we decided to leave. It was disappointing to be seated in an area we did not prefer, especially after waiting. Due to this experience, we have decided not to return to Chili's, and I have unsubscribed from Chili's emails and rewards program.

Hello. I frequent the Chili's in Braintree, MA, about twice a month. The service there is consistently excellent. However, the food does not meet our expectations - it is poorly presented and overall not a positive Chili's experience. On the other hand, we also visit Chili's in West Lebanon, NH, where we always enjoy excellent service and delicious food. Our past reviews for this location have been positive. Recently, we ordered delivery from the Braintree Chili's, and unfortunately, the food did not meet our standards. It was a disappointing experience. It is perplexing how two restaurants from the same chain can provide such different experiences.

Dear associate, I am reaching out regarding a recent visit to your Aventura, Florida location on April 2nd. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Our fajitas seemed to lack meat, the baby back ribs were overcooked, and the promised chips and salsa were never delivered. Despite requesting to speak with a manager, we felt neglected by the staff. This contrasts with our previous positive experiences at other Chili's locations. To address this issue, I believe a gift card would be appropriate to regain our trust as valued customers. Please, investigate this matter and reach out to me at [redacted] or [redacted] 76th street apt 1 Miami Beach, Florida [redacted]. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Youliana Piscopo

On April 6th, I placed an order at Chili's located at [redacted] Woodrow Bean in El Paso, Texas [redacted] for delivery through Door Dash. My order number was [redacted]. The order was handed over to the driver at 5:22 PM and was received by me at 6:00 PM. However, there was an issue with the delivery as the driver called me at 5:40 PM, only speaking Spanish which made communication difficult as I am not fluent. After providing my address via text, I waited for 20 minutes before contacting the restaurant. I spoke with April, the "to go associate," but there was a misunderstanding and she hung up abruptly. When I called back, I spoke with a person named Jacob/Josh, though I was upset at that point due to receiving cold food and warm chocolate milk for my son. Jacob/Josh mentioned he would inform the Manager about my concerns and put me on hold. After waiting, April informed me the Manager was unavailable due to a meeting and suggested calling back later. Dissatisfied with the service, I am reaching out via email. As a regular Chili's patron, I am disappointed by this experience, and as a member, my ID is [redacted]. This incident has made me consider dining elsewhere in the future.

I received a text message from Chili's this morning offering 20% off my order. I was eager to order from Chili's for my family tonight. When I finished placing my order, I tried to use my reward for a discount, but it didn't work. Feeling frustrated, I decided to pay at the restaurant, where the team member encountered the same issue and advised me to contact customer support. The food was enjoyable, but saving money would have enhanced the experience. To resolve the issue, I would appreciate receiving a gift card for 20% of my order ($60.00) or two separate 20% discounts.
