Yesterday morning, they informed me that my checking and savings accounts were closed without providing a specific reason, citing the end of their relationship with me. Although they stated they are not obligated to disclose the cause, I believe the closure may be due to a recent issue with a transfer from my WU card. Over the weekend, Fold3 deducted $49 from a planned $94 transfer, causing a delay in the funds being available until Monday night when the amount was restored. This misunderstanding led Chase bank to view it as fraud. I promptly resolved the matter with Fold3, securing the refund. If given the chance to clarify the situation before the closure, I believe this action could have been prevented.

Subject: Alpha Lacrosse LLC Business Credit Card Inquiry
I recently experienced fraudulent activity on one of our previous company cards that I personally used. Prior to our upcoming business trip, the card was active for in-person chip/swipe transactions but was restricted for key-in entries due to the fraud incident.
We have since received our replacement card, however, I am unsure if the same restrictions apply to this new card, particularly regarding the inability to make payments by manually entering numbers. Thank you.

I urgently need to speak with someone for immediate assistance. If I can't get the answers I need soon, I will have to handle this differently. It may lead to costly damages. On Monday the 16th, my account went negative unexpectedly! I work until 2 am and couldn't visit a physical bank. Thankfully, a friend sent me $[redacted] via Venmo. Despite it being late, the money showed in my account. The next morning, I checked again and found the balance still sufficient. However, after my bartending shift, when I tried to deposit at Chase Bank, I couldn't and noticed 3 overdraft fees of $34 each in my mobile app. The following day, the same issue occurred, resulting in 3 more overdraft fees. Today, with a $[redacted] auto deposit, I saw another $34 overdraft fee for a missing $55 payment. I believe Chase owes me 7 overdraft fees of $34 each. I seek a refund or will contact legal assistance.

I am currently in Mexico and have been unable to reach you by phone using either of the two numbers provided. A couple of weeks ago, I reported my Sapphire Card as missing and requested a replacement with a new number because I was going out of the country for three months. The old card was deactivated, and a new one was issued with the account number 4[redacted] 3[redacted]. During this time, charges made to Conscious Alchemy were charged back. I'm interested in the Chase Sapphire Preferred card. I've heard that active duty military can get the annual fee waived. However, conflicting information suggests this doesn't apply if you're already on active duty when applying. Some acquaintances applied while active duty and had the fee waived. I'm seeking clarification - if I am currently on active duty, can I have the annual fee waived? Thank you.

Yesterday, when I tried to log in, I encountered the typical username and password prompt. Despite entering the correct information, I received an error stating my details did not match the records. Upon trying to reset my password, I was informed I would receive an email with a code, which I never received. I called the listed [redacted] number and spoke with a male representative who requested my Social Security Number before assisting me. The website I visited displayed "[redacted] Paymentech LLC all rights reserved" along with Chase and JP Morgan logos. Realizing the discrepancy, I hesitated to provide my SSN, and the representative advised visiting a Chase bank with two forms of ID instead. I have been a Chase customer since [redacted] and found this request unusual. Suspecting a scam, I declined to give out my SSN and eventually managed to reset my password with the help of a JP Morgan representative.

I noticed a $28 late fee on my recent bill. The check was mailed on time and cleared my bank on December 11th, yet I was charged for being one day late. Over the past 26 years, we have consistently paid on time. I tried contacting customer service, but your phone system made it impossible to speak to a representative. My phone number is [redacted]. I noticed a recurring charge of $19.11 on my December Credit Card from Stamps.com. I did not make any purchases or receive anything from them. In November, I visited the Stamps.com site to look for regular stamps, but could not find them. I did not knowingly sign up for anything or provide personal information. I find this situation frustrating and believe it may be a scam. I am disappointed that I cannot reach their customer service until Monday, as I want this charge removed from my account promptly.

I noticed that $3 was deducted from my account by Wish, which put me into a negative balance. After contacting them, they refunded the $3 but my account remains $34 in the negative. Additionally, I have an unauthorized transaction from Walmart on my statement, leaving me overdrawn by $22. Wish is attempting to collect, causing my negative balance to increase. I explained to them that I only receive a check on the 3rd of each month, and their continued attempts are exacerbating the overdraft situation.

The representative I spoke with was friendly but had difficulty understanding me due to a language barrier. Unfortunately, the new email address was input incorrectly, leading to login issues as I forgot my temporary username with no access to my email. I recently had my account closed by Chase, as they mentioned they wish to end our relationship. Despite explaining my situation of being outside the USA, they assured me that they would be sending the remaining balance to the address I provided via mail as a check within 10 days. I utilized this account for my college expenses, thus this situation is highly inconvenient. Despite contacting them multiple times, there seems to be a hold-up in processing the check, and I have yet to receive any clear explanation for the delay.

I am a Sprint customer and was charged $[redacted] for a bill I had already paid. I filed a complaint, but it will take 5 business days to get my refund. My daughter had eyelash extensions done without my consent, and the salon continues to charge her account. The initial cost was $[redacted]. She scheduled a follow-up appointment for February but later canceled. The salon then charged her debit card $65 and three days later charged her account $19. They claim she signed a contract, but my daughter is only 16, and the law requires a person to be 18 to sign a contract. None of this was authorized by me. Can we dispute these charges?

I recently received a call regarding possible fraudulent activity on my newly issued credit card ending in [redacted]. The caller, from Denton, TX with the number [redacted], mentioned a purchase attempt associated with a phone number ending in [redacted]. I am concerned about the legitimacy of the call and am unsure which number to contact for the fraud department. I missed a previous call on Jan. 9th at 9:45 p.m. and wonder if they will provide details on the attempted purchase. My card has been canceled, and a new one is being sent. I would like to know if there are additional security measures I can take with the new card to prevent further incidents.

Good morning, I am writing to address a delivery issue. Initially, I was given a delivery date before Christmas, but it was then changed to January 6th. It is now January 11th, and I have not received any updates on my order. I reached out to the seller, but have not received a response despite them reading my message. I kindly request the delivery of my order within the next two business days or a full refund of the amount paid.
I have other pending orders with similar issues. I urge for more reliability in order deliveries. These orders were placed well before Christmas and were intended as gifts for my children, who ended up with no presents due to this mismanagement which was out of my hands. I am currently in Europe and require assistance with a wire transfer and internet banking. I'm facing difficulties transferring funds from my Chase debit/credit card account through internet banking to an account in Athens, Greece. I am disappointed to discover that Chase branches in this country have closed, which was not updated on their website. I spent hours searching for a bank in Athens!
If I had known earlier, I would have chosen a bank like Citi, which still operates in Athens and is connected with Alpha Bank. Could you advise if Chase is linked with another bank in Athens, Greece, that I can visit? Additionally, I need to update my phone details as I am using a different number in Athens.

I am looking for a transcript of my previous chat history.
Last fall in [redacted], I responded to a Chase promotion offering a $[redacted] bonus for opening a checking account and setting up a direct deposit. My husband and I recently visited the Chase branch on Greenwich Ave in Greenwich, CT. We had some issues with the process involving Claudia, the branch manager. I submitted the paperwork as requested, but upon arrival, I was informed of additional documents needed, such as a gas bill and telephone bill. Despite explaining my situation with my ill mother-in-law in the hospital, they insisted I return with the documents.
Furthermore, there was confusion regarding our power of attorney and unnecessary delays. Even after completing the process, there were further requests for copies of IDs. This experience left both my husband and me dissatisfied with the service provided. I found the way I was treated to be unacceptable, especially given my caregiving responsibilities.
