To whom it may concern, I am experiencing issues with my £[redacted] being stuck on the Cash App. The app is requesting my UK driving license or passport to verify my identity, which I do not possess. Instead, I have my permanent residence document showing my residency in the UK. I have been a loyal user of the app for over two years, but recently my transaction limits were unexpectedly reduced to 0, hindering my ability to send and receive money. The automated responses from the in-app support have not been helpful, and I am in urgent need of assistance. I am seeking a resolution to this matter promptly, as it is impacting my daily transactions and financial obligations. A method to directly communicate with a support representative or a secure link to submit my identification for verification would be greatly appreciated.

I made a cash withdrawal for $35.98 on Dec 26, [redacted]. After realizing the money never reached my bank account, I contacted Cash App. Despite providing transaction details and screenshots, the issue persisted. After three months, I received a response in late July reopening the case, only to be closed without a resolution. Now, they ask me to file a new claim and wait another 10 days. It has been 8 months and 20 days of back and forth without my money returned. Despite supplying all required documents, the process remains unresolved. I'm disappointed with Cash App's handling of this issue and unsure if I'd recommend them to friends. If given a choice, I'd opt for PayPal.

I have misplaced my Cash App card awhile ago, and have been relying on Google Pay for transactions. Today, when I tried to use Google Pay for gas, it suddenly stopped working, stating that the card is inactive and declining my transactions. I have tried using my cash balance and my linked debit card as a backup, but the issue persists. This is urgent as I use Cash App daily to receive my pay and without it, I cannot access my earnings. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

I cannot access my old Cash App account, so I created a new one. I hope it will be ready to receive my funds today. However, I am facing issues with the link you mentioned sending me because I did not receive it. I need to set up a new SIM card before my money comes through. I am unsure if my account has been compromised, so I am changing all my details to ensure I can receive my medication.

I can't access my account as I lost my phone. I used this app to file my income taxes, and I have received my state refund, but not the federal one. It has been at least 2 months since I got the state refund. Last time I spoke with someone from customer service, they mentioned the money was in the account, but I forgot my password. There have been some changes made because the app prompted me to download or transfer data to the new version. I currently don't have a working phone. Someone has scammed my account. Whenever I sent money once, someone would double or triple it. On August 14th, they sent it six times. My name is Carol Huskins, and I am 80 years old. I just discovered this fraud going back to when I joined Cash Out. I have lost a significant amount of money. Due to personal challenges such as my cousin passing away and my husband having blood clots, I did not check Cash Out until now. The money was intended for my son to help with expenses after his wife was in a serious accident involving a truck. The fraudulent withdrawals increased significantly monthly, with June at $70, July at $[redacted], and August exceeding $[redacted]. Unfortunately, I do not have my bank statements, but the losses could be higher. If I sent $60 to Cash Out, they would send four unauthorized transactions. I have all the necessary information.

I was under the impression that Cash Out was a reputable company. My family needed financial assistance after my daughter-in-law was involved in a serious accident. She was in a coma for two weeks, spent four months in the hospital, and is still facing ongoing medical issues. In the midst of this, my husband also had health problems. I relied on Cash Out to send them money, but I soon noticed discrepancies in the amounts. I would send $21, and Cash Out would multiply it without my consent, causing confusion and frustration. It continued for months before I caught on. I was shocked and disappointed by their actions. I simply want my money refunded.

I recently updated my phone number and email account, but now I can't access Cash App online. After contacting their customer service and providing my State ID and a selfie with my ID, along with my old and new contact information, I am still unable to use the app. It's crucial for me to have access as my federal direct deposit goes into Cash App, and I need to verify my account number for a business contract. Dear Cashapp Support, I'm having trouble accessing my old Cashapp account to update my information. I can't log in because my old phone number is no longer in service. Also, I can't verify my card details due to an issue with the information, likely stemming from having to replace my compromised card. The email addresses associated with my old account are not working, preventing me from using them to reset my password. When attempting to create a new account, I keep receiving a message saying, "Sorry, you’re not able to sign up at this time." Recently, I received an email stating that my email was unlinked from my Cashapp account, even though I didn't do this. Unfortunately, I can't even log in to address this issue. Contacting you via email is my only option as I am located in the UK and unable to call your support line. I have attached images to help illustrate my situation. I am reaching out about fraudulent activity on my cash account linked to case number [redacted]24. During my incarceration from May 20, [redacted], to September 2, [redacted], my direct deposit was stolen. I need to resubmit the claim that was previously denied. The evidence shows that I was a victim while in custody. A total of $[redacted] was taken, which is essential for my retirement through social security disability. I am formally requesting a fraud investigation into this matter. My cell phone and cash app card were at West Valley Detention Center in Ontario, CA, during my time there. While I was incarcerated, my Cash App account was fraudulently used without my authorization. I am Joe Anthony Lopez and I did not give anyone permission to access my account during my time at West Valley Detention Center. This can be easily confirmed by verifying my information. I am facing issues unlocking my card. After trying to log out and log back in, I ended up deleting and reinstalling the app. Now, I am unable to log in; the app prompts me to try again later. The phone number provided doesn't work, and the only option left is to reach out to customer service through the app, which is inaccessible to me currently. After a long work shift, I am frustrated as I cannot unlock my card to order a ride.

I am having trouble logging into Cash App. The app is claiming I have attempted to log in many times, which I have not. Today, when I tried to access it, it just kept loading. I urgently need access to my funds as I had bills due today. This recurring issue with Cash App is frustrating. Once this problem is resolved, I am considering deleting the app and finding an alternative. Majority of my paycheck is in Cash App, and it is hindering my ability to spend even a single dollar as I cannot access my funds to unlock my card.

I have been struggling to send a payment on my Cash App for two days. Initially, it informed me that my pin was incorrect, but now that issue is resolved, and my pin is working correctly. However, a new problem arose stating that I needed to connect to a network. I am connected to Wi-Fi and have mobile data with a strong signal, so I am certain I am connected. Later, it mentioned experiencing technical difficulties and that the payment would be sent shortly. It has been several hours, and I urgently need to fix this. I sent $[redacted] or $[redacted] between 12:50 and 12:53 AM. The web receipt confirms the transaction with a number. I have provided pictures, receipts, and timestamps, but the money hasn't reached me. Cash App notified me that all pending transactions were settled, but my account remains at $0. I've been trying for two days to resolve this issue and still have no money. I simply want to have access to my funds. Despite the confirmation that the payment was received and completed, my account balance reflects otherwise. I'm frustrated after spending time on the phone with Cash App discussing this matter.

When I tried to send cash out, they sent the same amount 2, 3, or even 4 times. I called customer service, and the lady I spoke with was extremely rude. She blamed me for the issue and abruptly hung up on me. As a loyal customer, I've lost a significant amount of money due to this error. I believe my account was scammed, and I am specifically requesting a refund for the extra money they charged me. Despite being 80 years old, they recognized me when I called. I am concerned about a situation where a friend accessed another friend's phone and transferred money from the Cash App without permission. The person claims that many accounts have been hacked recently. I believe it happened multiple times, around five instances. I need solid evidence to confront the individual with to prevent them from denying or lying about their actions.

I am experiencing an issue with a service violation on Cash App that I don't understand. I was using Cash App to pay for a casino game, which is something I had been doing for two years without any problems. However, one night I was suddenly cut off and haven't been able to use Cash App since. I am confused because I wasn't doing anything differently than what I had been doing for the past two years. After rejecting a request from an unknown individual and subsequently blocking them, I verified that the request was declined, but it displayed as canceled. I then ensured the person was blocked and logged out of my account. Upon attempting to access my account to check a recent payment, I noticed the home screen lacked the usual tabs at the bottom, preventing me from proceeding. Despite restarting the phone and powering it off multiple times, the issue persisted. I also cleared the cache in settings, but the tabs did not reappear.
