I didn't receive a tracking ID for my order, only an order ID. Despite rescheduling the delivery for May 19th after receiving a missed delivery notice, I waited at home all day and didn't receive the package. I got a call saying I missed the delivery, even though no one attempted to deliver it. When I contacted support, my call was disconnected. I visited Canada Post, but the consultant couldn't locate my order using the order ID. I haven't received any assistance from customer support yet.

On Friday, May 19th, a package was delivered to the community mailbox of my condominium. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. According to the delivery information, an access key was meant to be placed in my personal mailbox at [redacted] Islington Ave. #[redacted]. However, I did not receive the key and I am unable to retrieve my package from the community mailbox. Despite leaving a notice on the mailroom door, the postal delivery person has not addressed the issue. I am concerned that the package may be returned to the sender and would appreciate assistance in locating and receiving it promptly.

We relocated to a retirement village just outside South River, Ontario, three years back. The service was excellent until our Rural Route driver retired in May of 23. Sadly, we've been experiencing poor service since. Several times, our mail remains in the Rural box even after the regular delivery days. Yesterday was one such incident, with mail left uncollected overnight. This has become a recurring issue. In my years as a Postmaster, such delays were rare unless due to severe weather conditions, which doesn't seem to be the case here. I plan to address this directly at the Post Office today as it is essential for those who rely on daily mail services, especially those without transportation. Urgent resolution is requested! I am eagerly awaiting a package from La Jolla, California, USA that was shipped on July 11. According to Canada Post tracking, the parcel has left the US and is on its way to Canada. USPS tracking indicates that it left Toronto Pearson Airport on July 15 and is now in transit to its final destination. The tracking number is LZ[redacted]29US and the Package ID is [redacted]. The sender is Erica Stanga and the recipient is Lynda Stanga at 35-[redacted] Commissioners Road West, London, Ontario N6K 1E2, Canada.

On July 28th at 3:00 pm, I shipped a package from Regina, SK using Canada Post Xpresspost to an address in Hamilton, Ontario. I requested the parcel to be delivered by July 30th. Despite being told by the clerk that it would arrive in two days, I discovered, after tracking it online two hours later, that it was already delayed by two days. In my opinion, I was misled into paying for a service that Canada Post could not fulfill. The issue lies with Canada Post's misleading practices, which are either negligent, deceptive, or fraudulent. The clerk's promise of a two-day delivery was either misleading or misinformed. I am left feeling powerless against Canada Post's deceptive practices and seek a solution without justifications or excuses.

I have noticed some discrepancies with the Canada Post Business Neighbor Mail delivery in my area. Even though I am targeting a specific neighborhood, some people living in the heart of the area have not been receiving the publications, while others in nearby locations are getting them. It seems like the mail carrier might be skipping certain areas for unknown reasons - maybe due to them not wanting to stop at every location. This has led to me having to follow up with residents to check if they are receiving the mail. I contacted Canada Post this morning at 9:00 am Eastern Time, and they were quick to respond. They have started looking into the issue, and now I am eagerly awaiting their follow-up call. Although I dislike being in this waiting position, I understand the need for them to complete their process.

I placed this order over a month ago with an estimated delivery date of January 25th, but it has not arrived at my current address.
