I sent an important letter to my son, who is stationed at Trenton Air Force Base, on April 14, [redacted], from Rexall Post Office in Brantford, Ontario. He hasn't received the letter yet. My return address was [redacted] St. George St., Brantford, Ontario. Can you please check on this for me?
Thank you, Patti Buckley.

I sent a small package to my grandchildren in Kansas City, Missouri on April 16, [redacted], from the post office in Gimli, Manitoba, at 12:17 a.m. I purchased a bubble pouch for $1.79, and the shipping cost was $7.54, totaling $9.55. Even though the service is non-trackable, I am concerned as it has not yet arrived after almost a month. Can you please investigate why this package has not been delivered? The barcode at the bottom is R: [redacted].[redacted]. I listed the content of the package as a bracelet. I would appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you.

Good afternoon,
I placed an order through PayPal on April 24 for a package being shipped from the UK. Upon receiving a tracking number, [redacted][redacted], from Canada Post, I saw that the package was in Mississauga. Although the delivery date of May 7 has been postponed due to delays, the tracking information showed it was delivered on May 12. However, the package has not been received, even after checking the local mailbox and ensuring the shipping address on PayPal is correct. I am seeking more specific details regarding the delivery location as the address was not specified on the Canada Post website.

Today, I received an email from Canada Post stating that my parcel was delivered to our community mailbox at 11:38 am. I checked my front step and the mailbox at our house but found nothing. I then went to the community mailbox on Trillium Terrace in Duncan, BC, but the parcel wasn't there. Yesterday, the tracking showed it was out for delivery and then returned due to a "processing error." I urgently need this package for my home business. I have been waiting on hold with Canada Post for over 2 hours. Tracking #[redacted][redacted]. Thank you.

I posted 2 standard size letters to India via regular Air Mail through Canada Post outlet #[redacted] inside Shoppers Drug Mart at Markham / 14th Avenue on March 24, [redacted]. The letters contained important documents for my Bank in India regarding a money transfer. Despite waiting for almost 10 days, my Bank confirmed not receiving them. The letters didn't leave Canada due to the pandemic situation, although there was mail delivery within India. The Post office staff in Markham failed to inform me about this issue. Last week, I received the letters back from Canada Post with a notice to resend them at no additional cost. However, since I had already scanned and emailed the documents to the banks, I am requesting a refund of C$7.75. Kindly provide a voucher for the refund so I can visit the post office and retrieve the money from the same Canada Post outlet.

Today, I came across a Delivery Notice indicating that an attempt was made, but no one was available to accept the package. I found it odd that the delivery person did not buzz me, and upon checking the package tracking, it stated that a card was left because of my unavailability.
My frustration stems from the fact that despite being at home, no attempt was made to contact us. Moreover, upon checking the lobby, there was no Notice card to be found. This recurring issue of packages allegedly being delivered with notice cards being left is troubling.
I have tried reaching out to speak with the delivery supervisor to address these problems, but unfortunately, contacting them by phone has proven to be unsuccessful. It is concerning that delivery personnel seem to neglect buzzing us and provide inaccurate information about their attempts to deliver and leaving notice cards.

Subject: Urgent: Help Needed to Locate Lost Delivery
Dear community members,
I recently realized that important documents I sent through Canada Post via Pharmacy Jean Cotu at [redacted] Fleury Street West in Montreal on 03/05/[redacted] haven't reached the intended recipient at Direction de l'Enregistrement et de l'Evaluation Comparative at [redacted], Rue Notre-Dame Ouest, 4th Floor, Montreal, QC H2Y 1T8.
Sender Information:
Name: Sameh Attia Samra
Address: [redacted]-20 Boul Heneri Bourassa West, Montreal, QC H3L 3N4
Contact: [redacted]
I reached out to the recipient, but they confirmed they hadn't received it after almost 2 months and 17 days. The pharmacy couldn't help as it was not registered. I believe the documents might still be found, as they are the only original copy of my graduation certificate. Your assistance in locating them would be greatly appreciated. Stay safe and thank you in advance for your support.
Best regards.

Hello,
My name is Michael Bullett. I reside at [redacted] McBride St., Abbotsford, BC V3G 1G9.
I have been making numerous online purchases due to the current Covid-19 situation.
On April 18, [redacted], I received an email at [redacted] stating that Canada Post had delivered my package. The provided tracking number is: [redacted][redacted].
Despite being home all day, I did not find the parcel in my community mailbox or on my front porch. I also did not receive an "attempted delivery notification" or instructions to pick up the parcel. When I contacted the Canada Post outlet on Whatcom Rd., they confirmed no packages were awaiting my collection.
The tracking details lacked essential information such as the shipper's name or package origin. The Delivery Confirmation PDF showed no signatory name as the "Signature option was not requested."
Could you assist me in determining the parcel's origin and current location?
Thank you,
Michael Bullett

I received a delivery email from Amazon.ca regarding a small item I bought on March 26, stating it was delivered on May 13. However, I never received the package. Additionally, I got emails stating my items purchased from Aliexpress on March 21 and March 23 were delivered on May 21 and May 23. Typically, packages like these would be in our community mailbox, but I searched everywhere and even left a note for the mail carrier. I have more orders coming from Aliexpress, and I'm worried about receiving them. When I contacted the sellers, they mentioned the packages have been in Canada for a long time. I don't have a tracking number, but can you track it by my name and address? My name is EC and I live at [redacted] [redacted] A St. Surrey, BC V4N 0X5, Canada. Your prompt response is appreciated. Thank you.

I have received mail from Service Canada that has been mistakenly sent to Terry Mitchell three times. Despite filing a complaint and initially resolving the issue, it has started happening again. My name is Teresa Adamyk, and my husband's last name is Mitchell. The recipient of the letters, Terry Mitchell, used to be our neighbor in Villeneuve and has his mail forwarded to his new address in British Columbia. His wife has been sending the letters back to me, and the loop continues as they are redirected by the Post Office to Terry Mitchell in BC. Our closest Post Office is in St Albert, AB, as we reside in a rural area with a community mailbox. The time-sensitive mail I am expecting is crucial as I am nearing retirement.

Good evening,
I am writing regarding a package I ordered from Amazon with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, I forgot to include the unit number in the address. According to Canada Post tracking, the package is being returned to the seller, which I noticed on Monday, May 25. I am wondering if the package has already been sent back or if it is available for me to pick up at a nearby location. My intention is to return the item to Amazon. Your prompt assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
David

I received two orders from Amazon today which were supposed to have guaranteed delivery with Prime. I was at home waiting for the delivery, but received an email saying it was ready for pickup at the post office. I need the items delivered as they won't fit in my car and one of them I needed today. The tracking number for the urgent order is [redacted][redacted]. The other item is not as urgent but also won't fit in my car. I am upset about this and tried calling Amazon's 1-[redacted] number but was directed to this live chat instead.

I recently dropped off mail at the mailbox located at the corner of Agnes Street and 6th Street in New Westminster. It appears that the mailbox has not been emptied for several days and is now full. The postman responsible for Agnes Street Mail Delivery informed me that Canada Post is no longer collecting mail from this specific mailbox. Our legal representatives, Kinman & Law on Agnes, have also deposited important documents in this mailbox. This situation is unacceptable, and we are seeking information on when the mail will be collected from this location.
Thank you,
J.J.

Lately, I've noticed a change in how my mail is delivered. Instead of being placed through the mail slot in my door, it's been left on my front porch. Even more concerning, my neighbor's mail from a different house is also being left there. This shift started happening about a week ago and it worries me as I live in a busy area. The security of my mail is important to me, especially since my military pension package due last week hasn't shown up. I've never had issues for the past 32 years, and my screen door is always unlocked. Could you please request that the mail carrier resume putting the mail through the mail slot? Your assistance is appreciated. Thank you.

I recently received a notification from Amazon indicating that my package was attempted for delivery at 11:38 a.m. on July 2nd, according to Canada Post. Despite being home in our condo at the time and seeing the delivery van, the driver did not attempt to deliver the package. Instead, he placed delivery notices on the wall between the entry doors of the condos and left. This recurring issue has been frustrating for all [redacted] condos in our building. It seems unreasonable that the driver would frequently leave packages at the post office without attempting actual deliveries. I urge you to address this ongoing problem and ensure that your employees carry out their responsibilities diligently.

Hello,
I posted a package on June 6th with Tracking # EE[redacted]19CA from Ottawa, Ontario to Australia. I am aware of the delays caused by Covid-19, but I opted for Xpresspost Int’l and was told it would arrive by June 15th. I have tried contacting Canada Post via email, phone, and chat but have only received vague responses.
First, on June 20th, I was told the package is awaiting departure due to service suspensions. Then on June 24th, another representative said it left Canada on June 9th. These conversations were through Canada Post Helps. Can someone clarify:
1. Is service to my package location suspended?
2. Which country is my package currently in?
3. Can I cancel the delivery and have it return to Ottawa if it's still in Canada?
Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I returned an item to Canada Post as a refusal at Shoppers Drug Mart in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. They assured me it would be returned, but I didn't receive any documents. Unfortunately, SouthPaw in Vancouver, BC, is not refunding me because they have no record of receiving it. The item was returned the week of February 10, [redacted]. The original tracking number it was delivered with was LL[redacted]96CN. The communication issue seems to be between SouthPaw and Canada Post, as SouthPaw wants Canada Post to contact them, while Canada Post requires SouthPaw to reach out.

I received a shipment of 6 parcels from Canada Post. As of July 15, I have received 4 of the parcels. One parcel was marked 'out for delivery' on July 17 but did not arrive, and the tracking now shows 'Delivery Date Pending'. The other parcel had the same 'delivery date pending' status but is now marked as 'out for delivery' today.
I am concerned about the inconsistency in the delivery statuses and wonder why an item marked 'out for delivery' was not delivered as expected. I am also worried about the possibility of the current 'out for delivery' item facing a similar situation.
These missing parcels are crucial, as the 4 received parcels are rendered useless without them. The missing items are:
1. [redacted][redacted]
2. [redacted][redacted]
Your assistance in locating these parcels promptly would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Terry F.

I am experiencing a frustrating situation with a package (tracking number: [redacted][redacted]) that was marked as delivered by the website on July 10, but was not received. Despite searching and waiting as advised, the parcel remains missing. When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and even suggested it was my fault for not reporting it sooner. The conversation was abruptly ended by the representative, who implied that I was to blame for the non-delivery. I find it unacceptable that I am being told to resolve the issue with the sender, rather than Canada Post taking responsibility for falsely confirming delivery. This experience has left me feeling unheard and ignored.
