Good afternoon. We reside on Innisbrook Crescent in Thornhill. Our mailboxes are located near the roundabout, just outside the park. The ice underneath the mailboxes is quite thick, and both my husband and I have almost slipped twice. We reached out about the same issue last year, but despite promises, nothing was done. As senior citizens, we are concerned about accessing our mailbox without the risk of slipping and getting injured. The ice is currently thick under the boxes, and with temperatures expected to drop to minus 8 or 9 tomorrow and even further to minus 15 at night, we are worried. Kindly address this situation. I shipped an item from Toronto, Canada, to Zambia on November 25th. After three weeks, the parcel had not left Canada and was only dispatched today from Quebec to the destination country. I am reaching out because I have yet to receive my mail. My current address is [redacted] 86A Ave, V3S 4T9 Surrey, BC. I was expecting to receive my results from the Coast English Test in New Westminster. According to them, the mail was sent on November 21st. It's been more than two weeks, and I still haven't received it. I am hoping you can provide some assistance, or let me know if I need to order a replacement at a cost.

I recently ordered a product with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. The initial delivery date was set for December 11th, but it was rescheduled to December 17th. I waited at home the whole day on the new delivery date. At 4:30 pm, I received a message claiming the delivery was attempted, but no one was there to receive it, which is untrue as no card was left. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time it has occurred. I even paid for shipping. The delivery person for our apartment on Old Yale Road seems to frequently have this issue. It's disappointing that he decided to stop attempting deliveries at 4:30 pm when the deadline is 8 pm. We also have a designated extra post office box for parcels, so there should be no excuse for this situation.

Tracking number #[redacted][redacted] indicates that the package was delivered to the community mailbox on Dec 16, [redacted]. However, I have not received the key to open the mailbox where the package was supposed to be. It is possible that the delivery person placed the key in someone else's mailbox, leading them to inadvertently keep the package. As a result, I am now without the gift that was intended for someone. I have diligently checked my mailbox every day to no avail. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue with a package delivery, and I am in need of assistance to locate the missing package. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I ordered an item that requires a signature, but it's been delayed past the original delivery date of December 14th. I leave the country tomorrow for 3.5 weeks and the tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. I made a purchase from Sephora Canada on December 10th, with a expected delivery date of December 18th. The Mississauga postal facility received the items, but they have been there for 8 days now. Although the items were processed yesterday and were supposed to be delivered on the 20th, they are still at the same facility in Mississauga. These are Christmas gifts, and Canada Post assured me that orders made before December 13th would arrive on time. My friends in the area have received their orders in just 4 days.

Yesterday, I submitted a Mail Forward request with an error, sending it to GD instead of our Florida address. After canceling and reprocessing the request correctly, I noticed I was double-billed. How can I request a refund for the duplicate charge? Furthermore, I attempted to reprocess the request today as I doubted its initial completion, only to find a message stating that there is an existing mail Forward order. Hello, I am currently on hold, attempting to speak with a customer service representative to file a complaint on behalf of my almost 90-year-old senior mother. I manage all her affairs as her daughter. Recently, I moved her into a seniors' home on a month-to-month trial period. She has held a Canada Post box in Grand Bank, NL, for over 65 years. Even though she still owns the house and pays property taxes, the postmaster, Colin Buffett, is insisting she return her postal key since she is staying at the seniors' home for the winter. She received a final notice informing her that no more mail will be delivered to her box. It’s disheartening to witness Canada Post allowing such treatment towards a vulnerable individual. I find it distressing that despite her property ownership and tax payments, she is facing this unwarranted pressure.

My mailbox key is not working. I need a new key. Can anyone advise where I can obtain a replacement? Should I visit Canada Post on High Street in Grand Falls or go to Shopper's Drug Mart on Bond Street here in Windsor?
It is frustrating not being able to reach a live person directly at the Grand Falls Post Office. Waiting over 30 minutes on the toll-free number to ask a simple question is unacceptable. I just need clarification on where to get my new key since the lock was changed without notice. The inconvenience of having to communicate this by email will also result in costly cab fare of $30. Can someone explain the reason for this sudden change and lack of communication? Thank you.

I spent 2 hours waiting on the phone to discuss this issue, only to have the call suddenly cut off. I am extremely disappointed with Canada Post's service. I am now seeking resolution this way. I placed an order and received tracking number [redacted][redacted]. Subsequently, I did not receive any further notifications about my package. Today, I received an email stating that the order was returned because the package was not picked up. I was unaware that there was a package to be picked up in the first place. The shipper is now claiming that the return label stated that no one lives at my address, which is not true.

I tried five times to register for mail forwarding online. After two unsuccessful attempts, I contacted technical support. They advised me to use Google Chrome instead of Safari due to payment issues with Apple devices. Despite switching browsers, I received the same error message. The following day, I attempted twice more with no success. Eventually, I used my husband's Microsoft Surface and was able to complete the registration. However, I have since noticed that my credit card was charged five times instead of once. I am seeking a refund for the additional four charges of $95.52 each.

I am trying to locate my package that was sent on December 12 via express post. It cleared sorting in Stoney Creek on December 14, went out for delivery on December 16, but has not been delivered yet. The tracking status shows "delivery pending" and it is already past the guaranteed delivery date. I have opened a service report, but there have been no updates. I shipped a package via express post on December 12 from postal code V2T 1B2 to postal code L8J 1S4. The package reached the Stoney Creek sorting center in Ontario on December 14. The tracking information showed it was out for delivery with the status "delivery pending" on December 16. However, there have been no further updates since then. I contacted the sender to request a resend of the package I purchased due to a Canada Post mix-up. The sender advised me to pay for shipping again, even though I had paid for it with my initial order. I feel that Canada Post's mistake, causing my package to return to the sender instead of being held for me, entitles me to a refund for the additional shipping fee I had to incur for the replacement shipment.

My package from the U.S. was returned to the sender by Canada Post, citing it as undeliverable because I wasn't home. I'm puzzled as to why Canada Post didn't hold the package at the post office. After checking with the sender and confirming all my details were accurate, they requested another shipping fee to resend the item. Since this issue stemmed from a mistake on Canada Post's end, I believe they should refund me the shipping charges I paid for the replacement delivery.

On December 5th, I sent a package via priority mail to an individual in Trois Rivieres, Quebec. Unfortunately, the recipient was not home to sign for it when it was delivered a week ago. The package is now at the post office awaiting pickup. However, the intended recipient is in the hospital due to a car accident and cannot sign for it. Others have tried to sign on his behalf, but the post office won't accept their signatures. They don't live at the same address. Is there a way for someone to pick up the parcel for him immediately? The recipient urgently needs it, and it must be handled promptly (picked up today). Please assist me with this issue.

Yesterday, the tracking information indicated that my package was delivered at 6:10 pm, but we were home and did not receive it. Upon checking online, the delivery was marked as confirmed. However, the status now shows that today at 7:11 am, the item was processed in Victoria BC and it says "The item has arrived at the destination facility for final sorting before delivery." I am confused whether the package is still on its way or if it was mistakenly marked as delivered.

I was informed by Canada Post that my parcel, scheduled for delivery on November 26th, is not in their system. The tracking number reveals it left Montreal on November 18th.
