My package arrived at the post office in Windsor on December 11th in the morning. The tracking information has consistently shown "in transit" for the last 7 days without any updates on when it will be delivered to my address. I know there may be delays due to Christmas, but this wait is becoming unreasonable for a domestic package. I was promised delivery within 4 days, so I'm surprised to be facing an additional 5 business days of waiting.

I'm concerned about the status of my package. The tracking information keeps showing "in transit" with different dates, such as "in transit Dec 15" today and "in transit Dec 14" yesterday. I am unsure if there is an issue causing the delay or if it's just running behind schedule. As I will be leaving for another city by the end of the week and relocating from my current address, I am anxious to resolve this promptly. The item in transit is a gift I need to bring home before I leave. Thank you for your assistance in addressing this matter promptly.

My elderly parents, aged 92 and 87, were granted permission by Canada Post to have their mail delivered to their home instead of to the roadside mailbox on their rural route. Despite the agreement for weekly Wednesday delivery starting on November 19, there has been a lack of communication with the Depot or the mail carrier, resulting in mail still being placed in the roadside box. We have since removed this box and seek uninterrupted mail delivery to their house. The carrier must be made aware not to return the box to the road. Although a doctor's note was provided and we believed the issue to be resolved as of November 19, [redacted], this has not been the case. After contacting Customer Service, they are currently unwilling to address the matter. Previous ticket numbers include [redacted]64 resolved on October 24 and [redacted]59 dated November 19. Delivery problems persist despite this. The address in question is [redacted] Hockley Rd., Mono, ON L9W6N1.

I recently moved to [redacted] County Rd 29 in Jasper, ON, K0G 1G0. Since moving, I have had more than a dozen parcels not delivered to my house. The delivery people leave slips in a mailbox down the street, requiring me to spend $50 on a cab to and from the post office to collect my packages. They haven't made an attempt to deliver to my home. As a veteran with mobility issues, this poor service is unacceptable and causes unnecessary strain. Can the parcels be dropped off at my door instead? There is no community mailbox, and these expensive cab rides for low-value parcels add to my daily challenges. I would appreciate if this could be resolved promptly.

I sent a trackable package via Xpresspost to the US and paid $30 for a signed delivery receipt. It has been confirmed as delivered, but I can't access the signature proof online due to "privacy reasons." I was instructed to call, but the wait time is over 10 minutes. The tracking number is EG[redacted]75CA, and the package is going to Palm Chevrolet in Ocala, Florida. I would like to receive the signature proof via email. Thank you. - K. Tait

My wife frequently orders items from Amazon. The packages are usually left near the front door without the doorbell being rung. This has been happening for over a year, even when someone is home. Recently, a package was left out in the rain, luckily with no damage. It's concerning because of porch pirates who might take advantage of these unattended packages. This isn't just a convenience issue but also a safety and neighborhood security concern. Many others in the area have experienced similar problems, and it's worrisome to think about the potential risks involved.

I purchased a set of small bookshelf speakers from Amazon. The package dimensions were 22" x 20" x 17" and the weight was 22 pounds. After a few days, I received a notice in my mailbox instructing me to pick up the package at the post office due to exceeding 50 pounds, which was inaccurate. Since I cannot drive due to a disability, I had to either pay $30 for delivery or send the parcel back to the seller. This experience has been frustrating, and I am disappointed with Canada Post. - Lorne S.

As a senior who is blind, I shipped two storage containers from Calgary to Halifax with tracking numbers [redacted][redacted] and [redacted][redacted] on November 30. They went missing after arriving in Montreal on December 4. Despite contacting the Canadian Post customer service line and engaging in live chat, no solution has been provided other than waiting until December 27. My daughter in Halifax is currently unemployed until January, and these containers were the entirety of their Christmas gifts. The explanations provided by Canadian Post, such as a broken conveyor belt, do not bring me any comfort. I feel stressed and have been crying for days. As a visually impaired pensioner, I am desperate for a resolution and for my missing containers to be located. Thank you.

I attempted to purchase Mail Forwarding online. I completed the process, entered my credit card information, which was accepted. Subsequently, it requested my birth date, which it did not recognize. Upon contacting Canada Post, they advised me to reach out to the credit card company, which verified that my birthdate on the card is accurate. The credit card company confirmed that the Mail Forwarding payment was processed. However, I have not received any confirmation email. I am uncertain if the purchase was successful. Username: danshay. Previous address: 51 Ridelle Ave., Toronto, M6B1J1.

I am trying to track my parcel with tracking number EE[redacted]60CA. I am very frustrated because when I try to track it on the Canada Post website, it keeps giving me an error message about a "multiple pin." I don't understand what that means. I paid $[redacted].44 to send this package via Xpresspost for the tracking and peace of mind it provides. I really need to know where my Christmas gift package is located. Canada Post should have information on this, but I am not getting any updates. I am very disappointed as I expected better service for the amount I paid.

My package was scheduled to arrive on December 11th. I understand things are busy during the holidays, but it was sent to the wrong post office and is now back in Stoney Creek. According to the tracking information, it was supposed to be delivered today for the past two days. I would appreciate an update on what's happening. This is not a holiday order, just a regular one. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted].

I shipped an international package through Canada Post's Priority Worldwide service with tracking number [redacted]63 to Shenyang, China. However, the online tracking system is showing an incorrect address, even though I have proof that the address is valid. The package is now in South Korea, far from its intended destination. It's crucial that the item reaches its destination promptly, and I am concerned about the incorrect address issue. I need guidance on how to resolve this situation quickly as I cannot afford for the item to be lost during delivery.

I mistakenly provided the wrong addresses for 2 Christmas packages sent from Cape Breton and Ottawa to Edmonton for my nieces via my brother and sister. One was out for delivery on the 15th from Cape Breton and the other on the 16th from Ottawa. Is there a way to correct the addresses to ensure successful delivery to NW Edmonton, albeit different house numbers, without incurring any additional costs?

I am quite upset as my package from afar was returned due to a missing apartment number. It turns out the delivery company sent it back instead of leaving a door tag with my name at the apartment building. This was supposed to be my mom's Christmas gift, so I am very disappointed. Tracking Number: LL[redacted]25CN I have noticed in the past that others receive door tags when their address info is incomplete. I did try to rectify the address mistake upon realizing it, but unfortunately, it was too late. I even left a note for the mail carrier. I am unsure about the next steps to take.

The mail delivery at [redacted] Ellesmere Rd is continuously changing, making it challenging to anticipate when it will arrive. Today, December 16th, it is already 6:50 PM, and the mail is still pending delivery. This inconsistency is not isolated to the holiday season; it happens regularly. As a young single mother with a sick 7-year-old son awaiting essential documents like the baby bonus, this unreliable schedule is causing significant inconvenience. Waiting until 7 PM for mail to potentially arrive is unreasonable and disrupts daily routines. The delivery timing needs to be more reliable and consistent to avoid unnecessary delays and frustrations for residents like myself. Danielle P. [redacted] Ellesmere Rd M1G 3M3

Since March [redacted], I have resided at my current address. As a person living with a disability, I rely on Canada Post to deliver my medication to my doorstep. Despite being home consistently, I face the inconvenience of having to travel to Williams Lake BC monthly because the delivery person fails to bring the package to my door. I took the extra step of installing a new doorbell, hoping to improve communication. However, today, once more, no one came to my door, and I discovered another delivery notice falsely claiming that I was not home.

I made an online order from Ricki's, and I recently found out that the shipping address is wrong. I've already reached out to the company, but they have already shipped the package. The tracking number for the package is [redacted][redacted]. The current incorrect address is Suzanne Jeffrey, P.O. Box 2, [redacted] Mail, Albany, PE, C0B 1A0. The correct address should be Suzanne Jeffrey, P.O. Box 2, [redacted] Main St., Twillingate, NL, A0G 4M0. Can the company redirect the package to the right address? Thank you, Suzanne J.

I received my package a day earlier than expected. However, I did not find a delivery slip at my door informing me where to pick it up the next day. The delivery was by Canada Post with Tracking ID: [redacted][redacted], and since it's a DVD, it's typically picked up directly from the post office. I hope that it was indeed sent there so I can pick it up as planned tomorrow. Thank you, Cindy B. 26 Kyle Drive Ridgetown, Ontario, N0P 2C0

Tracking Number: LX[redacted]48CA My daughter sent a small parcel from Kingston, Ontario, on December 1st with the expectation of a quicker delivery by paying extra for tracking information. Despite being told it would arrive by December 11th, there has been no sign of it. Surprisingly, the tracking details indicate it was only received in Mississauga on December 12th, despite the initial mailing date. I'm frustrated by the lack of updates and the delay, especially after paying for expedited service. Can anyone clarify why we paid for tracking and speed when neither seem to have been provided?

I am concerned about the lack of updates on USPS tracking number UA[redacted]60US since December 5th. When attempting to track it on Canada Post, the system does not recognize the number. I attempted to enter it with both the letters and numbers on a phone keypad by converting the letters (U=8), but it was deemed invalid. Without receiving any notification in my mailbox, I am uncertain whether the package got lost or is currently being held. I simply seek an update for reassurance. Thank you for your assistance.
