I visited Burger King at [redacted] S Pine Ave, Ocala, FL [redacted], at 10:30 pm on Saturday, July 17th. When we arrived at the drive-thru, the outside lights were off, making it seem closed. Despite this, my boyfriend inquired if they were closed, and the lady on the intercom said they were open but not taking orders. It was disappointing because their business hours posted on their door, window, and online indicated they should be open until 11:30 pm. When we clarified we considered it closed due to not accepting orders, the response was dismissive and unapologetic, leaving us upset. There was no explanation or courtesy offered for the inconvenience, leading us to decide not to return in the future.

Hello, I recently visited your Burger King at Sasol Houghton with my family of 5. I stopped by on my way home from the hospital to purchase our meal, which included 3 double spicy burgers, 2 double spicy chicken meals, and 4 Cheesy Bites. Our total came to R209.50. Unfortunately, when we arrived home, we were extremely disappointed to find that the burgers were small, dried up, and lacking sauce. My family was very unhappy with the quality of the meal. The images displayed do not accurately represent what we received. I kindly request that you uphold the reputation of Burger King by providing us with the big, succulent burgers that are advertised. Sincerely, Ruth M.

Hello, I'm Angelica Perez. I work at [redacted] S Arlington Rd in Akron, OH [redacted] from 7 am to 2 pm. I'm disappointed to learn that I only earn $9 per hour without any breaks during my shift. I feel that my compensation is inadequate considering my workload, especially compared to others in similar roles at McDonald’s nearby who are paid more. When the Store Managers visited last Thursday, I requested a brief meeting to address my concerns about my pay and working conditions, but it seems my manager may have misrepresented my request, preventing me from voicing my grievances. Despite finding the job manageable, the lack of breaks, minimal benefits, and other issues make it challenging. I believe that the compensation does not reflect the effort I put in, and I hope for a fairer wage for the work I contribute.

I tried to redeem my FREE Whopper with Purchase code where I ordered a #10 Chicken Medium Meal with a Sprite, Two frozen drinks, and a Sprite to go with my Free Whopper. At the drive-thru, I was charged $15.96 instead of the calculated $10.49 + tax. The staff claimed my Whopper wasn't free because I didn't order fries. The situation escalated when the manager, who was rude, questioned my ability to read and even called me ignorant. After multiple requests, I received a refund. The manager's attitude was unacceptable, and I have never experienced such disrespectful treatment, especially at a fast-food restaurant. Additionally, when I requested the original receipt with the Free Code, the manager made a rude comment to the staff.

I visited a Burger King in Springfield, Ohio, on South Limestone Street tonight. I ordered three meals but only received two sandwiches when I got home. I called the store and spoke with a manager named Brian. He insisted he bagged the order correctly, but I know he didn't because he was talking to me at the window. Brian refused to replace the missing sandwich and only offered a refund for what I returned. I plan to visit the store tomorrow to speak to the general manager about this issue and escalate it to the district manager. I hope the manager faces consequences for arguing over the missing food. If necessary, please contact me at [redacted].

The drive-through experience I had was incredibly frustrating. The employee seemed more interested in her phone than getting my order right. After several failed attempts and 40 minutes later, I finally received my order with multiple mistakes, including wrong items and missing items, despite confirming it twice. The whole ordeal was a comedy of errors, and the service was beyond disappointing. It was a clear sign of the decline in quality in the fast-food industry. This specific store, number [redacted], really needs to improve its operations. Needless to say, I won't be returning and wish for better days ahead or even closure for this poorly managed establishment.

Before sharing my experience, I'd like to apologize to the female manager I had a heated exchange with. It's important for staff to communicate respectfully even under pressure. I stopped visiting this Burger joint due to consistent issues with cold fries and onion rings. Today, frustrated once more with cold rings, I returned them. Unfortunately, only two were fresh in the replacement. When I raised this, I was met with skepticism. Requesting a refund, the female manager approached, and the situation escalated into a heated argument. We exchanged unkind words and she eventually asked me to leave without my order. It's clear I won't be returning, but this incident was unusually upsetting for me.

Today at 12:30 PM, my wife and I visited Burger King. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes, and our order had several issues. Despite requesting no onions, the Whopper had onions, the french fries were cold, and my fish sandwich appeared overcooked and dry. This was the worst meal we've ever received from Burger King. While waiting, we also noticed the deteriorating building and trash near the drive-thru. We used our Savour Card for payment, but we did not receive a receipt. Our visit left us very dissatisfied. - P and D Grillo

I recently visited the Burger King located in Henderson, N.C. on Garnett St. The store was fairly empty with only two other customers present besides myself. I ordered 78-piece nuggets, but there was a significant delay in receiving my order. The staff behind the counter seemed more interested in chatting and laughing rather than attending to customers. Eventually, after waiting for quite some time, I inquired about my order and was told it would take an additional 4 to 5 minutes. It turns out there were two orders ahead of mine that were mistakenly given to other customers. When I requested my food so I could leave, the staff member rudely threw my bag on the counter. Not only was my order incomplete, but the service was disrespectful. As a 52-year-old, I felt the need to share this experience and doubt I will return to this location. Goodbye, Burger King.

I have been a loyal customer at Burger King for over 25 years, always enjoying the menu. However, my recent experiences at the 91st and Peoria Avenue store in Peoria, Arizona have been disappointing. On my first visit, the Whoppers I ordered had dry top buns and wilted lettuce, making them less enjoyable. Then, during my second visit, the two Big Fish sandwiches were overcooked to the point of being difficult to eat. These incidents have left me unsure about continuing to dine at Burger King. I have been a dedicated customer, but the recent decline in food quality is concerning. Thank you for allowing me to raise these issues.

My spouse and I were craving Burger King, so we decided to order the bundle pack and two drinks on Grubhub. Unfortunately, our order got canceled for no clear reason. To try and get our meal, my spouse attempted to order via Uber Eats, but that order was canceled too. We then contacted the Burger King location on 38th Ave and Happy Valley to inquire about the drive-thru, which was indeed open. When we got there and requested the bundle pack, we were informed that a coupon code was necessary, which we didn't have. Despite requesting to speak with the manager, we were met with the same unhelpful employee. Frustrated, we drove to the Burger King at 67th Ave near the [redacted] freeway and were met with exceptional service from Shea. He was courteous and professional, making our visit enjoyable. Although we love Burger King, we will avoid the 38th Ave location due to the poor customer service, but will gladly go out of our way to the 67th Ave location because of Shea's awesome service. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Local business owner J.

I had a negative experience at the Burger King on Delmar and Kingshighway this morning, 9/12/21, around 7:45 am. The worker at the drive-thru was very rude and had a funky attitude. I attempted to place my order with my sister, but she refused, claiming she couldn't take two separate orders alone. When I questioned this, she rudely told me to go elsewhere. I believe Burger King shouldn't employ individuals with such nasty attitudes. Although I don't know her name, as she claimed to be the only one working, I think it should be investigated. I believe she should be let go for her unacceptable behavior. This isn't the first time I've had such an experience at this Burger King location. Thank you.

I visited Burger King on Richmond Road in Lexington, Kentucky. I ordered Whoppers with cheese, each with different toppings, and onion rings. However, I received four sandwiches with the incorrect toppings. I contacted Lawrence, who promised to replace the order on my next visit. When my roommate went to pick up the replacements, they were treated rudely by the woman in charge. The Whoppers were still wrong. I reached out to Burger King corporate customer service, and they assured me the issue would be resolved and that I would receive a coupon for replacement sandwiches. Unfortunately, I never got the email with the coupon. I just want someone to address this problem. My email is [redacted].

I purchased a Plant-Based Whopper at the San Martino Siccomario location, which should be of vegetable origin, but when it arrived at home, it was meat. I called the store and later went there, but the staff didn't even check the sandwich, they just put the allergen book in front of me. I find this a big lack of respect for the customer. I hope that some measures will be taken.

I went to Burger King branch in Misrata today to buy a meal and pay using my bonus points at 9:15 pm on 19/11/[redacted]. The cashier struggled with the points system and the manager responded rudely, saying the system was down. I called the complaints line, but the representative, Khalid, refused to assist, claiming it was not his responsibility and that the system was not working. When I insisted on filing a complaint, he dismissively suggested I handle it myself. Is it acceptable to insult a business partner like we as a national company? Shall an employee at the complaints department refuse to assist in complaints? Cooperation on using points in a respected national company should be a priority, and I am disappointed in the high-handed treatment. I will file an official complaint regarding this matter. I believe those individuals should be held accountable. Have you reported the phone malfunction to we? Have you communicated that the system is down at the branch entrance? Have your company management been informed of the system issue? If your staff mistreat customers, it reflects poorly on your company's image and is unacceptable. I hope to receive a prompt response on how this will be addressed.

My husband and I visited the Burger King located at Cottage Hill and Hillcrest at 7:45 a.m. this past Saturday. The lady who took our order through the speaker was incredibly rude. We ordered two 2 for $5 fish sandwiches, one with double sausage and the other with ham, egg, and cheese in a burrito. When we reached the window, she informed us the total was almost $11, displaying an unpleasant attitude. I questioned the price since we ordered the 2 for $5 deal and a $2 burrito. She reacted defensively and claimed it was our fault for the higher amount. She made disrespectful comments within our earshot to a co-worker, mishandled the situation, gave us the wrong items, and was overall unprofessional. The encounter was so negative that I will not return to this Burger King in the future. Unfortunately, she did not provide a receipt, so I cannot provide the store number. I wish to highlight this unpleasant experience in hopes that better standards are upheld by your employees. I trust that the manager present that day takes appropriate action.

I recently received an email offering the dollar Whopper with a coupon code. I visited store [redacted] in Bemidji, Minnesota, to redeem the offer but was told they couldn't honor it. The manager, Sammy, was unhelpful, instructing me to leave the Drive-Thru. After contacting customer service twice, the issue remains unresolved. I am disappointed as a loyal Burger King customer and drove across town for this offer. My name is Richard Wayne Henry, email [redacted], and my phone number is [redacted]. I hope this matter can be resolved to ensure my satisfaction.

I've been a fan of the Whopper burger for years, and it's usually my first choice when I'm in the mood for a burger. There's a Burger King near my house that I frequent, but lately, I've noticed a decline in the quality and consistency of the food. There have been times where my Whopper was missing vegetables or the bun was dry, like last Sunday when they were out of burgers and I had to settle for a chicken sandwich. The overall appearance of the facility has also been neglected. I hope they can improve soon since this location has been disappointing me for quite some time. - Cathy S. I recently visited Burger King at R&R Seremban Northbound in Malaysia for the drive-thru, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When we tried to place our order using the "order here" system, no one responded even after several attempts. We then waited for half an hour at the payment window, only to be told to queue up again or go inside the restaurant to place our order. The staff's attitude was unhelpful and when we mentioned we wanted to make a complaint, they were dismissive. The service was truly poor, and the staff's behavior was rude.

I purchased 3 Italian chicken sandwiches and 1 Big Fish sandwich at the price of 2 for $6 each, expecting a total of about $14 with tax. However, I was charged $20 at the store due to errors in the system. Despite waiting 10 minutes in the store, the sandwiches were not as expected. The chicken sandwiches had the wrong cheese, and the fish sandwich seemed old. The store was not busy during my visit, with only a few customers present. This experience highlights a concerning lack of quality control at this location.
