During my visit to your Commissioners Rd location in London, I ordered the Peppercorn double meal. However, upon opening it, I was disappointed by how unappetizing it looked and tasted. I spoke to a staff member who admitted that the presentation did not match the promotional photo in-store. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the quality as it seemed like two plain Whopper patties without any flavor. Considering the price of $15.13, I expected better. This is my first time complaining, and I am not seeking anything in return. If this experience reflects Burger King as a whole, I am truly shocked and will not be recommending it. I rate this meal 0 out of 10.

I have been trying to reach out to you for a while now without any success. It has been over two years since my son, Joey R., left your company in Valley Springs. Unfortunately, the circumstances surrounding his departure were very distressing, and he tragically took his own life in his work uniform. Since then, I have been trying to get in touch with you to inquire about any remaining benefits or payments that were due to Joey. Despite numerous attempts, I have not received any assistance or information from your end. Joey left behind twin babies, and with Christmas approaching, it would mean a lot to them to receive gifts from their father's legacy at your company. I urge you to look into his accrued benefits and ensure that his children receive what is rightfully theirs. My contact information is as follows: [redacted], [redacted] Lewis Ave, San Andreas, CA [redacted].

Dear Sirs,
I would like to report the disrespectful treatment by Burger King employees. Today, December 29th, at 2:30 PM in Adeje, I ordered 3 ice creams at the drive-thru. An employee informed me they had no ice cream; when I asked for 3 at €1 each, she claimed they didn't have those either. Another employee, rather overweight, came to the window with an earpiece and questioned her colleague. When I asked for a complaint form, she denied it and raised her voice. I insisted, matching her tone, about the lack of respect. This behavior was disgraceful, and I will be filing complaints everywhere I can. Neither I nor my family will be returning to Burger King due to the lack of professionalism displayed by the staff.
Thank you,
E.B.M.

I am puzzled by the recent change at Burger King where they no longer allow customers to order a half French vanilla and half mocha iced coffee. When I inquired at the drive-thru, I was informed that corporate has issued strict instructions against mixing flavors. Surprisingly, the employee mentioned that there is no way to contact the corporate office for that store. Due to this inconvenience, I have decided to take my daily business elsewhere. I was a loyal customer choosing Burger King over McDonald's mainly for the mixed iced coffee, which I really enjoyed. After the revelation that there is no means to address this with the corporate office, I am disappointed and will have to reconsider my breakfast choices.

I recently visited Burger King # [redacted] at [redacted] General Booth Blvd in Va Beach, Virginia. I ordered a Whopper with extra tomato and lettuce, a Whopper Jr without pickles, a small fry, and a small cup of water at the drive-thru. Despite clarifying my order three times, the order was still incorrect. The drink was missing, the Whopper had almost no lettuce and no tomatoes, and the Whopper Jr had extra pickles, so I had to throw it away. This has happened before, but this time the mistake was clear on the receipt # [redacted] on 1/28/[redacted] at 6:33:22 PM, with order # [redacted]. With rising prices and wages, I expect better service. I hope this mistake can be corrected. Thank you.

My son, Joey R., was the manager at Valley Springs Burger King. To keep it brief, on July 24, [redacted], after a tough day at work, he tragically took his own life. Despite the circumstances, Burger King did not provide any support or acknowledgment. We are simply asking for what he had rightfully earned - his vacation time, sick time, and any outstanding payments. He left behind two young children who deserve this closure. For over two years, we have been trying to receive what is owed to him, but to no avail. Joey dedicated so much of himself to Burger King, and it is disheartening to see that they do not value him enough to settle his accounts. It's a painful situation that weighs heavy on our hearts.

I went to Burger King #[redacted], and the person who took my order got it wrong. When I received it, I checked and told her it was incorrect. I had ordered a Bacon Big King, but she gave me a Big King. She insisted it was what I ordered, to which I replied that she was mistaken. Eventually, she asked for the burger back to throw it away and give me the correct one, demanding I pay an extra $3.00. I had actually ordered a combo initially for $7.74, but the final charge was $10.78. What's worse is that she made the additional charge on my card without my consent. Even if they can charge the total amount, they should always ask the customer first. My feedback is that the person was rude and arrogant. No matter how busy she is, she should double-check orders and confirm them, which she failed to do. Her name was Orfhy.

Hello, my name is Arkiva Williams. Yesterday, which was February 28, [redacted], between 3:20 and 3:40, I visited the store on Eastern Blvd. in Fayetteville, North Carolina. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger that cost around $2.69. When I tried to pay with a $20 bill, the cashier asked for exact change, so I told him to keep $3. I also requested water and was provided with a cup instead of a bottle as I intended. After leaving, I realized I didn't get my change back. When I called the store, the number listed online was incorrect, so I contacted another Burger King location to pass a message to the manager. When I returned to the store, the manager advised me to come back later to review the security footage. I plan to return to the store to address the issue further and will escalate it to corporate if needed.

On Monday, February 28, [redacted], I used the Burger King mobile app to place an order. However, when I tried to pay at the car for a pickup order, my card was charged $25 and then an additional $20, but the order did not go through. When I arrived at the restaurant's drive-thru, I had to pay $23 more, resulting in a total of $45 being deducted from my account. I am requesting a refund of the overcharged amount as the order did not go through properly. Despite submitting multiple online queries about the payment problem, I have not received any response or update on the situation. I just want clarity and for the money to be refunded to my card promptly. Thank you.

I am requesting that any refund and compensation we agree upon be applied as store credit to my BK account on the mobile app. This can take the form of a store coupon totaling the amount or regular credits that can be immediately used. I've contacted BK about this issue twice and it remains unresolved, causing me frustration as a customer. I expect prompt resolution and the credited amount of $23.31 refunded, along with a $25 apology credit from BK. The mishap in my order, where specific requests were ignored, is particularly concerning due to my children's food allergies. I urge for this matter to be rectified without further delay. Offering $50 in credit for the inconvenience seems appropriate to me.

I ordered dinner last night at the drive-thru, but my order was completely wrong when I got home. I had ordered a Whopper Melt and a Spicy Whopper Melt combo in medium size for both. When I went back to the front after waiting 15 minutes, they couldn't find my order ticket and requested to see my receipt. After waiting another 10 minutes, we received our food, which turned out to be two Spicy Whopper Melts and a small fry instead of what we ordered. I tried calling to address this, but the lady was very rude. I paid for a medium combo, and I couldn't eat my burger because I don't like spicy food. This experience was disappointing, and the poor customer service has deterred me from wanting to return to Burger King, even though I used to enjoy dining there.

My experience at work has been difficult. Despite never receiving any write-ups, a coworker disrespected me, and his grandmother made false complaints about me online. The GM and DM asked me to leave without addressing this issue. The GM neglected proper training, and several incidents occurred, including being assaulted in the drive-thru. They have not shared evidence with me from the incident, and no official reports were filed. After my son's surgery, they told me not to return. I am still waiting for corporate to respond to my investigation and provide evidence. I am pursuing legal action. Please contact me. Alisha Slape, [redacted]. (S. I35 Service Rd location)

At 7 pm, I visited the car service and encountered an issue with the employee taking my order. Despite repeating my order for three chicken sandwiches with onion rings at $2.99 each, the employee seemed confused and blamed me, which was frustrating. The interaction made me uncomfortable, as they insinuated I hadn't lined up properly. The lack of communication or assistance led to a rise in my blood pressure. In the end, I decided not to proceed with the order due to concerns about food safety. The experience left me feeling disrespected and disappointed, prompting me to consider discussing the matter with the cashier and manager. I believe the situation could have been handled better.

Today, I visited the Burger King drive-thru as the dining room was closed due to my healing leg fracture. Around 10:30 am, I wanted to order a Whopper and onion rings. The staff member informed me of a delay in transitioning from breakfast to lunch and asked if I could wait 10 minutes. I agreed, as there were no cars behind me. While waiting, I declined to move to another parking spot since I was next in line and had already turned off my car. After almost 10 minutes, the staff member became agitated over their drive time and asked me to move. A female staff member then rudely approached me and demanded I move, causing a confrontation. I decided to leave due to the mistreatment. The unprofessional behavior and lack of customer service at the Barnett Shoals Rd Burger King in Athens, Georgia, require managerial attention.

To Whom It May Concern,
My partner, family, and I visited your new restaurant in Ayr. We were extremely disappointed with the service and food quality. The ordering screen was not user-friendly, and when we needed help ordering five takeaway meals, the staff struggled to assist us properly. The male staff member who intervened explained that we had to order each item separately and assured us the total price would be calculated at the end, which did not happen. Additionally, the restaurant had run out of large cups, forcing us to make do with bottles and a medium cup.
The most concerning issue was that despite ordering the vegan burger and requesting extra cheese and bacon, we were shocked to discover real bacon on our supposedly vegan burgers. This mistake was unacceptable and ruined our dining experience. We ultimately chose not to eat the meals due to these unresolved issues.
The lack of competence in processing orders, the pricing discrepancy, shortage of cups, and the grave error of serving non-vegan ingredients in a vegan dish highlight the urgent need for staff training. I request a full refund for the vegan burger meals and an assurance that such mistakes will not recur in the future.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

If Burger King continues its operations in Russia, it implicates itself in the tragic events unfolding in Ukraine. Instead of conducting business there, the company should consider redirecting some of its profits towards humanitarian aid for those affected in Ukraine, Syria, Yemen, and other regions in need. While there may be some Russians who lament their country's actions, the majority seem to support Putin's leadership. By maintaining its presence in Russia, Burger King seems complicit in the violence and suffering. Many individuals, including myself and those in my circle, used to frequent Burger King drive-throughs but have stopped due to these concerns. It's time for Burger King to prioritize human life over financial gain.

I've noticed a recurring issue when using older Burger King gift cards at their restaurants. After making a purchase that should leave a remaining balance on the card, I've observed that the system ends up resetting the balance to zero. For instance, I recently used a card with $15.21 on it to pay for an $11.42 order, but even though the receipt correctly showed the $11.42 transaction, it displayed the card balance as $0.00 instead of the expected $3.79. This mysterious disappearance of the remaining balance has happened twice in the past month with different gift cards. The first time, it took over two weeks of phone calls and emails to resolve the issue, resulting in BK ticket number [redacted]. This situation is frustrating, and I hope to find a solution promptly. Thank you for your assistance.

On April 25, [redacted], at [redacted] Jefferson Avenue, Washington, PA [redacted], I ordered a $5 meal from the drive-thru. While in my car, I took a bite of the DBL JR Whopper and encountered an unexpected object, causing me to feel pain and hear a severe issue with my tooth. I had to visit the dentist after enduring days of pain, leading to the removal of the damaged tooth. It has been 60 hours since the surgery, and I am still struggling with limited mouth opening and taking pain medication. In hindsight, I regret not preserving the object that caused the issue. Thank you, Burger King, for the pain and suffering I am currently experiencing. - John W.

I visited the Burger King SM Marilao Branch and was greatly disappointed with the service provided by one of the female crew members. She handled my order carelessly, almost tossing it onto my table. Additionally, the cashier didn't inquire if my order was for dine-in or takeout, resulting in my order being served incorrectly.
I reported this incident to the manager, Ms. Louisa, in hopes of addressing these matters. I'm sharing my negative experience to bring attention to this issue and hope that steps will be taken to prevent it from happening to other customers in the future.
I look forward to receiving a positive response from the management at Burger King.
Thank you.
